  1. Im in the same situation. Im turning 28 in 2 months and my country is going to its worst crisis on its history which makes it even worse. However, im beginning to feel more hopeful.
  2. Well, I think you keep on the self-development talk for yourself. It's not a good idea to talk aout it in front of your friends when they have no clue or are not interested about it. I know that from personal experience. It's only good to talk about it when someone asks you. It's kind of sad because we want to help other people and improve ourselves but it just the way it goes.
  3. There are similar concepts so it can be hard to draw the line between the two.
  4. The problem i'm facing right now is very embarassing to me. I'm in college and I cant focus to study well. I keep getting these bad results over and over again even I'm being fully conscious about it. I been very sad about it lately. Its like an spiral of procrastination and laziness. I'm 27 which makes me feel even more frustated. I dont know if I'm depressed or having an existential crisis. I do like the career though.
  5. I already translated 27 minutes on the "How stop being a victim" to spanish. It has been bit tiresome to me. Anyone wants to help ?
  6. I would like to know how Leo build his own online marketing business. I'm interested in getting that field too.
  7. I'm 27 and I never took dating very seriously. How do you believe being able to have a sexual activities with several women can improve other aspects of my personal life? I think I'm bit too old and I should focus in developing a good and a long term relationship with a woman instead of being a libertine. What do you think?
  8. How the music you hear can affect your self-actualization journey? I listen to wide range of music but mostly heavy metal. Most metal lyrics deal with dark subjects. I wonder if that can affect your mind in some level.
  9. What's you take on this philosophers and how do you think some aspects of pessimism as a philosophy can help improve your life? Fernando Savater once referred to Cioran's philosophy as a "pessimistic optimism".
  10. Hi there. I'm from Venezuela. I began to face some type of midlife crisis since 2012 which have developed in bouts of depression and procastrination. I'm studying informatics at the university. This institution offers an technical degree and a engineering degree. I've already have the technical one. I need 2 years more to finish the engineering one. The thing is that I'm 27 and feel disappointed about myself because I should have graduated earlier. Hanging out with my friends probably have done some harm too because I've seen some scenarios worst than mine even though I dont any do drugs or smoke anything. I've seen recently that me and my friend have some lack of matureness. In some way i think we believe that we are still 18. I've never had a job or a girlfriend. It seems that my mind has get used to the idea of expecting for life to expecting instead of taking massive action. I've a recurring sorry in my head about all the things I should have done in the past. It makes feel very frustrated to know that I can't change all the mistakes I did. Most of them have to do with my career. Also, the situation in my country makes me feel very sad sometimes. We are in the worst crisis in out history I began to watch the videos from Actualized.org and it's been awakening for me. I'm feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time.
  11. I have seen his ads on youtube and watched some of his videos but the fact that he always appears partying and living a luxury life makes me feel a little suspicious about him. What do you think?
  12. Hi everyone. I know that some of this topics has been adressed before but it would be great if Leo would talk more about this. Cheers.
