Been doing some dream yoga recently, it's amazing. There's so much potential there for healing plus it's fun. Had some wild and wacky experiences already. But it feels spiritually significant aswell, not just entertainment. It's something I look forward now to cultivate as time goes on, especially with the guidance that I was able to get, now it seem doable and it's making me excited, haha.

I recently discovered/got introduced to a meditation called twilight meditation. There's a period of time that happens after sunset for about 15mins when everything becomes "idle" and "stops" so to speak and then the "shimmering Light" comes back on again. It has been the most beautiful meditation for me recently. It's profoundly healing and soothing and there's a deep sense of satisfaction that comes when you come out of it. Like being born again. Totally recommend 👍

I think women are more in pursuit of love and men are more in pursuit of understanding. A loving and accepting relationship can help you heal from whatever burdens you carry on the shoulders. Women are more heart based so they look for someone who they can trust that they could share and open up and in process of doing it to heal. Men are more interesting in understanding so for that you mostly need to sit alone and contemplatate.

Nobody is 100% good and nobody is 100% bad. I hope and pray that those in charge right now use whatever good they have in them to do good things in the world. Mm 🙏🌍 Go Vivek!

The way I see it is that the point of a gift is to make another person's heart go "awww". And in that way to celebrate love. Finding the right gift is like finding the right key to someone's heart. It's very personal thing.
