I've been eating according to the ayurvedic/tcm principles for a few years now. I can say eating food in proper order and in proper combination makes a huge difference for the digestion. Normal science is also starting to say similar things now. "Goddess of glucose" is one example. According to the sources i mentioned before, you always have to put some veggies, leafs before the carbs or protein.

It's been 5 days but already so many miracles have happened. We weren't planning but somehow we got to attend a satsang at Lisbon with mooji. I got to speak on the microphone and got a hug from him. I recently was spontaneously contemplating the same thing and arrived a at similar conclusion. Lifestyle and a sense of rank in the society are the main things in my perception. Although there will always be an exception. Genuine love does exist tho.
