  1. If you know anything about Dhyanalinga, you will find this of immense interest
  2. I found this funny video that nicely illustrates what yoga is. Not just muscles and mass
  3. People assume priests are good people when actually only an idiot would choose to be one
  4. Nice One who gives is rich, one who keeps it to himself is poor
  5. put a drop of ghee in each nostril before you go to sleep for a few days. learned this from ayurveda teacher That will take care of it.
  6. Here's one way of doing it
  7. Try this chant for 7min.and then sit silent for 3min. See what happens It's best if you sit in cross-legged posture with your arms on thighs, palms facing upwards.
  8. Inner engineering program. Took me to a much higher levels of stability, balance etc. Social anxiety dropped phenomenally. Only in certain very intense situations it comes, like job interviews etc. But still it's much less then it was before. If I continue with the practice even that will go away. I have a theory that strong determination sits can help. But that is untested idea for me only. But shambhavi really works 100% i promise with my life.
  9. Sadhguru Shoonya meditation is something to look up to if you want nothingness.
  10. @Cortex first learn to talk to girls maybe, after that we will see..
  11. This happens to me also hard to explain this phenomena but I take that as good thing Btw this happens for me in churches sometimes, and from mooji satsangs. Almost like some grace is soothing and putting you to sleep. The same feeling happens from leo's videos.
  12. Isha Yoga is extremely grounding. Designed specifically to prepare the body the mind and energies, to bring balance, intensity, and ease to the system.
  13. For those who are lost in life and don't know what carrier to follow
  14. Go more serious. Go shambhavi mahamudra from sadhguru I suggest. But if that's impossible for you do some more serious form of meditation. Self enquiry vipassana
  15. probably forgot
  16. @dvdas look for someone else's teachings. Find an enlightened teacher you resonate with and his teachings Try echart tolle, mooji, rupert spira, sadhguru. Each of them offer different methods and techniques. Following Leo is a bit dangerous because he's not enlightened and he changes his mind as he grows. I personally think that meditation techneque you use is poor. There're more effective ones.
  17. We can all go together Wouldn't that be nice. I didn't realized there're so many people who experience the same thing.
  18. I agree. Poor use of time and effort and energy. Invest everything you have into sadhana and become a budhha Whether you're able to sit in a cave and meditate for 24h or not is not the point. Just whatever your capabilities are use everything for spirituality. Seeking carier, fame, money, relationships are distractions
  19. During the eclipse the food will not lose its nutritional value. But there're other aspects of food that science don't measure. It's pana/Chi/Qi or simply life energy. If you consume positive prana food it will give you energy and vitality and lightness to the body. If you eat negative prana food it will drain your energy. If you eat neutral prana food it will make you lethargic over period of time. So during the eclipse food's prana will go through 28days turning it into negative prana food, thus bad for the human system. If sadhguru doesn't make sense to you then it's probably just a question of maturity and understanding. Don't you remember silly things like "I don't exist" didn't make sense at all in the beggining. Just give it some time and be open. I'm sure no one is so stupid to make random claims about food that anybody could desprove and he would lose all his reputation. He's not that stupid. He didn't became so famous by making random claims that make no sense. Obiously it had to make sense to somebody.
