  1. Well,to me a "fun" workout to me is pushing my body to the limit on the verge of puking. That keeps things interesting. But if you're doing the same shit day in day out, then of course you'll get bored with it.So vary it up a little bit.
  2. haha a friend of mine associates smoking with coffee drinking. He says if he quits smoking then he'll have to quit coffee lol.Me myself...I've associated it with alcohol...when I'm boozed up pretty badly and someone in my cricle has a ciggy, then I'll get cravings lol. It seems food/drinks associations with cigarette are common.
  3. Well for me it was easy to quit, the fact that I had difficulty breathing and harder to exercise was enough to convince me to quit. The first few days were the hardest.Maybe you're around a lot of people who smoke, hence why it's harder for you to quit?
  4. @popi haha you're Greek too?I thought I was the only one.
  5. jerk off to porn for an hour, don't cum, then do a sit immediately after. do it in ice cold water do it in a noisy place full of commotion put clothespins on your ears and nose just a few suggestions...
  6. Start out with something like 20 minutes...and slowly through time ramp up the time. But be consistent with it.It's better to do 30 minutes consistently than an hour and skip days.Me I have been meditating for about a month now for one hour, there are highs and lows but I'm making huge gains with SDS!
  7. @Arik Thank you.Yeah pretty much my whole life I'd been 'drowning out' the voice of the "fearful child" inside me.I'm going to let him speak and do his thing from now on,since meditation reminds me everyday I have no control over anything. I haven't seen any Matt Kahn videos,I'll give those vids a listen
  8. Hi.I've been getting a lot of intense fear of meditating before my sessions lately,it's like my ego is trying to convince me to stop meditating through sheer panic.Where does this irrational fear come from?Anybody else get this or am I nuts?
  9. of course the psychedelics can't do the work for you, that goes without saying. But they're really good for giving glimpes of what's possible and get you started on a spiritual journey.
  10. Leo talks about inspiration in this video, some methods on how to be inspired: But sometimes inspiration (passion?) departs us no matter what we do,so discipline is needed to actually finish a project! That creative muse just goes for a coffee break from time to time.So what is the difference between a professional writer and a non-professional writer? Not talent but discipline!
  11. @Natasha yeah I tried to find a way to fine-tune already existing text too.So I made all the English subtitles from scratch for this video: so you can translate this in your native language if you want. The time tags are already in place...you just have to fine tune the google translate result (or make it from scratch...however you wanna do it).
  12. You do realize that she doesn't really want a threesome, right? It's just a test
  13. If this an authentic desire then yes,go for it,you have nothing to lose (just take your precautions). If you're doing this because you think less of yourself because you're a virgin or peer pressure, then fix your self-image first, because going to a hooker won't fix these internal problems.
  14. Having fun IS personal development!!That's why we came here on this Earth! I do a lot of chimpery stuffs,I assure you they're not 'guillty' pleasure, hehehe.(Video games,sex/masturbation,WWE,chess,movies/series (Person of interest, walking dead, going to clubs and getting wasted etc)
  15. Hmm...500 calories seems too low, where are you getting this number from? (1) Skinny fats can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. So, in the beginning I'd recommend to build muscle. (2) Don't stop cardio! It's good for general health.Running might be too intense though, might interfere with your weight training (Especially HIIT).Walking, biking are better suited for weight training. (3)You can do them on the same day if you want to,but why not do them on alternating days? That way you'll be doing something everyday to stave off boredom. (4) Here's a tentative schedule: Mon-Chest & Triceps & Shoulders Tues-Cardio Wed-Back & Biceps Thur-Cardio Fri-Legs & Abs Sat- Cardio Sun-Day off (5) Figure out how many calories you're eating right now, get a kitchen scale and for a week count all the calories you're eating for each day. Add all the total calories for the week, divide by 7,then you get what you require each day average for maintenance. To bulk, just add 200-300 calories above that.
