@Lamp Hello I have been using Holosync for quite a while and all i can comment about it is absolutely positive. Only thing you should worry about is instructions and keeping the habit and the rest will come to you. Leo himself used it for a while and he gained results from it, but he said he prefers normal meditation without audio aids and the reason for that is simply because some other meditations are more suited for inquiry and enlightenment work (for example ''Do Nothing'' ) which was his current goal at that point, and Holosync may not be the best meditation for that but it is not any less effective. My personal experience with it says otherwise, since i had some amazing experiences with Holosync like Kundalini awakening (i think it was Kundalini since it was very very powerful and really hard to describe... closest i can describe is like having epileptic seizure in very pleasant form but only if you let it happen to you )... Also i had few experiences like being omnipresent, being outside of my mind etc. But the goal of Holosync is purge all the emotional garbage from your subconcious mind which in theory can be cleaned so ego is less hectic because the thing you realize after you meditate for some longer period of time is that you can not actually do nothing to change ''yourself'' because there is no self you can control. There is ''self'' that is being experienced but you have very strong illusion of control. So only thing you can do is to observe it with awareness which is goal of most meditations and let awareness ''fix'' the ''self'' because you can just observe the thoughts you have and not react to them which is killing the illusion of control and thus increases happiness you get (if you can understand what i am trying to say here). Now, the important thing with Holosync is that you need to follow the instructions. You start with Awakening Prologue and you lsiten to Dive for 2 weeks (if i remember ) and then you add Immersion and you listen to both for 4 months. After that you can start with actual Holosync CDs and here is copied instructions : CD1,2,3,4 correspond to immersion tracks that are combined with CD that has Dive track on it. After that you just repeat the process with every Awakening Level. After that, you can decide if you want continue with Purification and Flowering because it will take lots of time to complete (5 - 10 years). But for what i experinced, it is totally worth it and besides if you do not wanna meditate every day for rest of your life, why you even bother in first place. Btw use high quality headphones since most of them can not play all harmonic content (low vibrations) that are key for Holosync. So invest like 50 dollars but after level 4, i think you need some that cost more than 100$ + that are capable of reproducing all frequencies as they are. Most brand are bullshting when they say their model can reproduce 20 hz (i know this from experience since i am audio engineer and music producer). Get some Sennheiser, Akg, Beyerdynamic or Sony ... and keep away from those Beats by Dre or any other hyped up crap. I have these ones https://www.amazon.com/Beyerdynamic-DT-990-Pro-250-Professional-Acoustically-Applications/dp/B0011UB9CQ/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&redirect=true&ref_=as_li_tl&linkCode=sl1&tag=studioheadphone-20&linkId=4f6a3c77637c87e106ed509038aa3df5 I use them for my studio work and they are really good. Ask if you need any more info about Holosync -
By using wisely, you mean doing other stuff like meditation, doing self-inquiry and raising awareness levels and using then psychedelics from time to time to open you up to get better view or ''perspective'' on some meditative experiences ... because after meditation for 1 year for 1 hour using Holosync i had some very deep stuff going on there but i can see how that can be ''expanded'' (expanded is to shallow to explain it tho)
-
Has anyone here experimented with this ? Is it possible to get different waves with meditation and synchronise both parts of you hemispeheres ? I have only found about Holosync so is there anyone experienced in this field ?
-
@Leo Gura You tried ayahuasca yet ? Because i am about to go to my first ceremony soon, so i was wondering if you have some inputs on it.

@DizIzMikey Hello Mike I personally use Holosync at the moment and i must say, it has given me some amazing results and experiences in my meditation practice + it forces you to meditate for 1 hour which was for me, really helpful to build my habit. Now, i do not know for how long you used Holosync or other programs because you listed quite a few and to judge their efficiency would take quite a lot of time, because you probably know that brainwave programs start to work after some longer periods of time after you start using them ( after 2,3 months you start see first results but they are nothing compared to some other ones you get 5,6 months into program ) They say in brochure that after 1 year of Holosync, you will get results that are promised and then you can expand on them and i can see how is that a case. When i researched my Holosync lasts longer than any other brainwave program, i saw that reason is that it takes time to build solid neural networks in your brain so you can build new ones on it and that's why it is important to stick to the schedule. I do not know how long it takes for other programs to give same results but in my opinion, in modern times just to break into the market, you have to market something that will give you same results but faster because we live in that mental state as society (just give me quick results, i do not have time to commit to something that will take 4,5 years to complete). It is same with losing weight in just 2 weeks Now, i am always open to try new things and i saw Ken Wilber has suggested it, but yet again, it could be just a marketing trick. But given the fact that i am audio engineer/designer and i know which psycho acoustical effect is being used to generate different low frequency patterns, given the science how it is created and knowing there is nothing that you can improve to make work better.. i mean if you need 6 hz audible wave in your headphones, you can generate that very easily if you know how to do it and it will always sound the same and there is no way that there is something different in each program.... only music above those frequencies is different as far as i am concerned. Of course you can use different sound waves like sine, saw, pulse wave to generate 6hz but it just creates different harmonic content, but it will always sound like 6hz wave. And the end result with each program is to generate low frequency pulses that mimic the brain wave patterns in you head and that it very easy to do and there is no unique way how anyone can do it.

@Emerald Wilkins Strange things can happen when yo overdose on drugs, or you just take bad ones without knowing... But anyway, that opened your mind to different states of consciousness, like my seizure did if i look at it from my meditation perspective because i experienced semi seizure like experience during my sessions but once you embrace it fully, there is nothing to be scared of but ego is scared shitless I remember at that point my mind was going, " Dont go there, stop stop'' but i applied awareness / mindfulness over the experience and over thoughts and embraced everything fully and it felt amazing to hold it for next 5,10 mins but unfortunately, it did not last. @Leo Gura Yo, update that book list asap We need some new stuff to read...at least i do Btw update the link for Rupert Spira Presence because that release is 100 dollars now and unlikely anyone will buy it. There is affordable version when you search the amazon.
-
@Emerald Wilkins What you described is heavy epileptic seizure from my point of view and experience. I also smoked weed at that period of time (if i remember correctly ) but weed was not cause of the my seizure. I had brain tumor at that time that started growing again and it probably caused some chaos in neural paths ( i am not an expert on this so i can say how epilepsy actually works) and i did not smoke for couple of days. But my friend had very similar experience (comparing to mine) after he smoked a joint and what he described was some minor form of it. Plus... when you said ''i thought i was dying'' the very same thoughts were coming to my head and it really felt like that. Your sense of reality goes berserk. @Leo Gura Interesting, but yet impossible to conceptualize, so when the time comes, i will experience it But first schrooms, LSD and ayahuasca.
-
@Leo Gura When you mentioned panic attack, how it felt like ? Because i have experienced epilepsy that really struck me down, best i can describe it is this : It came in waves and i lied on the ground (with my friends' help) and i lost touch with my body and some very weird stuff started to happen which i remembered when you talked about your 5 meo experience. Imagine that your body is like very chaotic filed of energy that you completely lost touch with so if you think of legs and arms, they could be anywhere at same time ( something like quantum theory where electrons can be found in any part of the atom when observed, if that makes sense). I did not feel the ground and what i was ''observing'' was that i literally bouncing off ground in waves ... like oscillation (but there is no ground at this point). After that everything went dark and i woke up after losing conscience. But funny thing is that i actually created similar experience ( let's say it was like 20,30% of it) with my meditation. I am using Holosync and i am on very deep levels atm and after 45 mins this comes up, and funny thing is ...ego tried to block it away because it was scared like shit..after that i decided to let go and fully embrace myself into experience because at this point with my meditation and self-inquiry i know there is nothing that can happen to anyone (if that makes sense). It felt very pleasing embracing it because i think i got a little taste of my true nature. As someone would say, i have seen the few hairs of the ox tail So i was wondering how fully can you embrace the experience of whatever is going on while on 5 meo ? Because epilepsy was really fucked up experience for me at that point, but from meditation point i could embrace it more naturally. Would you suggest meditation for longer period time, let's say 1 hour+ and then taking meo 5 so embracing the experience and not fighting it comes more naturally ? Because i wanna do schrooms like this, i feel like taking them during meditation will create greater effect.

@Yertle the Turtle I will tell you my personal story just to prove to you it is possible to have a musician carrer but to be brutally honest, it will really hard. Please read it because it can serve you as a good guide how to start. When i was in high school, most of my time (to keep the story short) was spent not going to school and smoking weed and mostly not a giving a sh*t about anything. I did not even think about my future because in a way, i grew up in wealthy family so i was kinda in a way what you call a ''spoiled kid'' ( nothing drastically, but still this type of behavior comes when you have a cushy life ). Before that, i was kid that every parent wanted to have : I had best grades in school, never caused serious trouble but yet when you are boy, you get in trouble by doing stupid stuff I was type of kid who waned to explore all there is to explore and i was feeling the happiest when i could figure out something very complex... for example a math/science problem etc. Anyway... because i was seen as geek or something like that, i had some social issues which i still have now because some kids used to mock me that resulted in all those behaviors in my high school. The kid inside me was buried so deep that i started to develop all sorts of anxieties. Luckily for me, in high school, i used to go to rave parties and i really got hooked up with Psy trance music and i always wondered how that type of music is being created, because all the sounds are not from acoustic sources but yet, they sound very musical. At that point, the seed was planted in me. When i turned 17/18, it was time to decide which college i was going to enroll and given my marks in high school, i could not go to any public college. Luckily for me, SAE Music production school came to my city (you can google it) and when i saw the advertisement, i knew that this is somethign that i want enroll and i did but to be honest, it is quite expensive school that costs like 8000euros per year but in my case, money was not issue. At this point i have to mention that i am 18 and i have no any clue about anything related to music. I do not even know notes names on piano. The school lasted for 2 years (i had some serious medical problems so it was 3 years for me but i paid for 2 due to health problems) and i must say, at that point, i had very solid basis how sound works in general because school's direction was more to audio engineering and less actual music. Audio engineering parts i understood very good but music was something very odd thing to me, even tho we learned about music theory but not in some practical way because most of the people in class played instrument and i did not, and that resulted in me finding myself in total confusion is this right thing for me. After school and given the knowledge that i acquired , i build my studio to start learned how to actually produce music, because as i said, i wanted to produce electronic music ( psy trance genre for me was dead as a dream). So what i forced myself to do is to learn music theory however i could. That meant i spent hours and hours watching music theory tutorials and to amateur, it was like learning some very hard language. After 2 years of doing that, i can proudly say that at this point, i can talk to any musician and have very deep conversation about music just because i spent some much time learning this. I even came up to my own personal hack that helps me build melodies and harmonies very easily... it is not like i am trying some random notes and see how they fit, not at all. I actually can make melody to sound sad, dramatic and keep the flow going however i want and on top of that, i can layer it with harmony with no problems. Now, to someone who plays music for some time, this sounds very simple but for me, given that i learned this in only 1 year starting with absolutely nothing (the stuff i learned at school about music was long gone and i didn't not understand it all) so i had no basis to develop on) But now it gets interesting ... Because electronic music is all filled with somewhat unnatural sounds that mostly come from synthesizers, right ? I actually dedicated time to also learn synthesis which is one form of sound design and by far, the one of hardest skills to master in sound design field. I spent time learning how to make my own sounds, so for example, i need a string sound, i make it. Now i am at the point that i can hear sounds in other people's music and recreate it from scratch (it will sound 80,90% same but sometimes i got to 98&). If you are familiar with Hans Zimmer, the great movie composer that did all the famous movies like Interstellar etc. I can actually recreate some of his sounds and make same melodies as he does... which i challenge anyone to achieve in 1 year time. Now the point of the story ... I achieved this on my own by dedicating 2 years of my tim and i am excluding the school, because in these 2 years i saw how little i know and how more is there to actually know and more importantly to master. So if that does not trigger something in you that some things are possible in life if you dedicate your time to it, i do not know what else will. Now, i would like to thank @Leo Gura personally as well, because he was one of major triggers in me that made me achieve so much. His video ''how To stop caring what other people think about you'' struck me very very hard because it ripped all the dirt from my inner child that i buried in myself. At that time, i needed to fix some shit in my life and it would be huge post just to name a few. On top of that, the book ''Mastery'' really showed me what is needed to accomplish something and most important lesson that i learned is this : It is about the journey. I keep finding myself with constant challenges but i know they will come naturally if i stay on the path. I am now getting close to 23 years old and i can't even imagine my life in few years. So if you are 18, trust me, you are very young to start, and i will have to quote one of actors from Californication tv show when father gives advice to her wannabe writer daughter (it was something like that) : Good thing about being young is that .you can have loads of fucks ups but yet it is more easier to stand on your feat and start over. I was 18 when i decided to produce music and i am more than satisfied what i accomplished at this point because in two years, some things will become effortless and yet i will have more chalenges upcomming. I plan to learn how to code/build electronics and do digital visual art so i can design my own live music show. After that i will probably to do some movie scoring... So i hope this will open your eyes.... Btw contact me for any resources/questions you need, you can send me a private message where to find best recording tutorials that will help you stand on your feet because if you are doing this out from some wishy washy kinda state, you will not achieve nothing.I was that person and i when see people around me who are and who are not on same page as me, i just know by the way how they speak about certain subjects if they are worth something in their field or they just talking shit. I know this because i am actually doing on my own what it takes for 5 people to do on their own because i need to compose, arrange, record, design my own sounds mix and master my own music which is really hardcore thing to do but yet... it costs like 500,1000 euros minimum to pay someone to do it for you ... if you are lucky to find someone to do that at that price range because in some places it ranges upto 5000-10000 euros. Now i am giving advices for free because i do not consider myself a master yet, so use me now as much as you can
-
I can not say for sure because i got this program from a friend so i only have the video files on me but yet i implanted the most concepts into my life and gained results. I was never coached by Eben so i can not say much about him, but what i have seen, he is amazing guy.

My add on on Leo questions ( Btw these are worthless to answer by using logic or reason or any mental activity, you need to meditate for some longer periods of time, like 1,2 hours per day, do the self-inquiry and practice mindfulness/awareness while doing absolutely nothing) : 1. How that meaning creates reality of meaning in first place This is kinda hard to explain to someone who did not meditate, but if you meditated a lot you would get a very good taste of awareness over thoughts. The biggest insight you can get from it is the following: We tend to experience reality by making a conceptual image of reality that we are surrounded by objects and we observe them. We experience external objects as phenomena ( wiki page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phenomenon ) but interesting thing is we fail to recognize that our own mind is the just very same phenomena we observe as any external object. If you meditate for 30 mins, you can get start to get to state where this really becomes where clear but from awareness perspective. After next 30mins to 1 hours, if you mind starts to break (there are mental purges that can occur in this sections of meditation) your mind become so stilled and you perceive it as any external thing. Now as Leo mentioned, we have three levels how we ''think'' we observe reality. We have numinal world, what is very real thing;2nd is the phenomena that we can actually experience and it covers the numinal world and 3rd are concepts, labels and ideas of reality that repsent a vivid image of phenomena but it is never the actual phenomena. For example. when you imagine a elephant, you must recognize that vivid image that you think is inside your head is not the actual elephant. This is perfectly demonstrated with Leo's example with this image : Now the interesting thing what i have noticed while i was meditating for 1,2 hours (cant really remember) and used audio binaural beat program when i went to sleep to half meditate and help me relax, i actually was in very insightful state where i saw that thoughts and whole constructs that are following the thoughts (like visual and audio sensations and so on) are like noisy representations of reality. Imagine that your mind is old rusty movie projector that has very distorted image and it skips all the time.. that is your mind al the time but you are not aware of it but it is very alive and vivid thing when you close your eyes and calm your mind. And now for the final point : Why the so called focus of awareness follows this phenomena of thoughts and mind (or it looks like it does) and why it gets lost inside so easily because i said it, your mind is not the real representation of reality. Second, how on earth it creates meaning ? Because we take our minds as very meaningful things. But the trick here is that we can not answet this question with any meanings but yet to observe mind as just any phenomena seems very odd and i wonder why in first ''nature'' set it that way. I hope you get my point I will post more, it is really late at night.

I always wanted to suggest you this video but i could not explain in the way how i wanted. I will try to do it now and i hope you get the point. The thing is when you start doing work on yourself, you start to realize a lot of stuff you are doing unconsciously just because you are hard wired to do that stuff due to some past experiences in your life. I have been doing this for the last 2 years and i was going very deep into my past and discovered certain values i got from childbirth effected the way i will react in the world. It is funny to me is how we take that stuff for granted and we do not even question them, and just because we never question them (because we have no awareness of our story we keep telling to ourselves), our ego faces so challenging obstacles that we cant cope with and we get into victim mode. For example, someone who has ego with value of family, will go thru life unconsciously looking for proofs to layer that self image. I call this a robot who has a code to find certain data that only fits the code, just in real life, data is very complex. Now let's imagine that person marries someone who never had value of family ( let's say they can empathize with them and that's how they got together) and later, that person starts to cheat because the family for that person is not most important thing. Ego of first person is being stuck with serious problem it can not cope with it and it leads to self sabotaging behavior. Important insight i got from here it is self fulfilling prophecy and if you are not aware if it, you are screwed. Good example i saw is when Eben Pagan said that some important person in his life asked him simple question : What is your story , who are you ? The question struck him down a bit and later he realized... when he at school party, he wanted to be outside of the crowd, not get involved. Then he realized , he had script of being outsider. Important fact for this video would be is that, everything you are experiencing is what you actually know. You take that as you reality and you are the one who thinks " I got it, none else does'' in a way. But important insight is that everything you label in so called ''external world'' is just part of your personality. So each person you meet, you see that person thru you. If you start to think about how they see the world, still it would just you seeing parts of your own personality. So if you arguing with someone, you are arguing with some parts of your personality but of course, our mind does not see it that way. So, what we know is really important to be aware of, all our values and beliefs because it is our script how life should be. When you see how script is just series of really fascinating events your mind mapped in certain way, you begin to see pattern. My friend for example, had a self image of being a good person that he got from mother in early days. He faced serious challenge in childhood because his ego who adopted self image of being good person could not cope with that challenge. Fear was formed for that event so his mind can protect him from outcomes when similar event happens and that fear caused to unconsciously to form self image of him being insecure type of person. As you know, other kids can see when someone is insecure and they will most likely bully him. That led to more insecurities and whenever someone said something mean to him, he would take that as true. Someone said he was ugly and his mind unconsciously just layered that over insecure self image. Person who has self esteem and healthy self image, would take that ugly and take it is as unimportant because mind had so much proofs of that not being the case. I know this is a lot of information here and i hope you get what i mean by this , but it would be nice to see this packed in one video. I got these insights when i connected dozens of your videos and observing my mind.

Hi guys I am planning to make some changes in my life that i thought about for some time now but i kinda need some tips on what is important. My goals are : Changing my diet from vegetarian to vegan, but maybe i will stay vegetarian (i will test it) Currently i mostly eat raw veggies and tuna/salmon with some add ons (the stuff i find in the fridge) but i would like to make a nice daily diet with proper breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now, I am not really into nutrition myself so i am kinda lost in all the information but what you should eat for each meal.... i dont know about what should i eat for breakfast etc. So if you could help me out a bit. I am planning to go to gym to exercise several days a week (probably 4 with possibility of doing morning cardio every day) so i would like to fit that into my diet as well. I am not really aiming to get buffed or something like that, but mostly for the exercising itself. When i used to go gym i felt very good after exercising but i had to quit due to some medical reasons. Third thing i need advice for is supplementation. I am looking for some add ons for vitality, not for gaining muscle or anything like that. Something like fish oil, vitamins etc.

Hello everyone As discussed in this topic We should focus more on doing ''more honest work and discussion'' ( pardon me, but i don't know how to say it different). We all can talk about ego as illusion just by spending some time watching Leo's videos and understanding it on logical level. Other case would be some of read some books from Leo's booklist so we are biased in some way that may distract us from looking deeply. So the focus on this topic would be sharing honest personal experiences. Now, it does not matter if it is meditation or enlightenment experience, everything honest here is welcomed. Maybe if this topic grows, we could open sub forum where you could share some of yours most deepest experiences (just like journal page). So, I will start first : - I am doing enlightenment work mostly everyday by doing meditations that last from 30 mins minimum to 1 hour. My goal is to get most out of meditation so i am not really stressed about time. Anyway, my most strange experiences happen when i go into 20 mins of meditation (sometimes it starts after 10 mins, depends on my focus during that day). I am observing with my eyes closed what i am experiencing in each moment and after some time, the visuals in my head start to vibrate and massive tension builds up. This tensions feels like my mind is going explode, however it is not something really unpleasant (by the way, i have to stress on the fact that i am not forcing this to happen). I can ''hold'' this feeling for very long time and after that it fades away. The state of being in that phase cant be truly described but i have a sense that this is not something which i can call enlightenment experience. However, once i felt some sort of strange void-like sensation in which all sensations were just happening. This was one time when i was into 45 mins of meditation and it was my second tension build up. But still, i dont know what that was.

@PeakPerformance The guy talking is just introduction for the program but it is not the program itself. There 2 tracks that are only music called Dive and Immersion without anyone talking that both last for 30 mins which you need to listen in each level of Holosync. First one is called Awakening Prologue and then you have other levels once you complete each Awakening fully. After that it will take something like 5 years to complete all of them. If you just tried it once or for few days, it counts for nothing because this is long term benefit program but it is proven it works. Here is Leo's quote about it :
-
@PeakPerformance Hello mate. I will tell you what i am have been doing for the last couple of months and it gave me massive results. Download the meditation program called ''Holosync.'' It is binaural beat program is you are familiar with it you will know what it is about. If not,in nutshell it is basically audio recording of low frequency beats (i wont go in deep science how it is possible to produce audible frequency waves below 20 Hz) but the general idea the beats force your brain to sync with the beat. The interesting thing about it is that the beats correspond to your natural brain waves that are produces in different brain activities. Some of them you probably heard of, such alpha, beta, delta , theta etc. so the recordings are set to guide your from let's say alpha all the way to theta. Once your brain is synched with the beat, your brain hemispheres are synced which over time builds new brain structures because it forces your hemispheres to communicate better with each other which is rarely the case in modern time in age of overstimulation. When your brain is overstimulated, both hemispheres can't talk to each other and it creates neurosis. So i highly recommend it. The program lasts for 1 hour and you have to do it each day so it will create a good meditation habit. It is kinda hard to do it, but trust me, if you meditate for 1 hour and you sit still and do nothing, you will get some serious benefits. I wont go in details what improvements i got from it, if you can trust me on it, you will be well off. Leo used it for some time, but he stopped but he basically said that it definitely rewires the brain as it is explained, which myself have experienced and i can't imagine what will happen in next 1,2,5,10 years. Also, if you purchased Leo's booklist, you find the book from the creator of Holosync on meditations and many more.

https://peterralstonblog.wordpress.com/category/podcast/ Recently, Peter Ralston has been updating his page with all sorts of interesting stuff. There are some podcasts and some exercises on facebook page that you can do (mostly based on observing some aspect of reality). Enjoy.
-
I recently noticed that there are eCourses on Peter Ralston websites ( http://personalempowerment.me and http://chenghsin.com/chenghsin-main.html) that there are few eCourses that are suited for people who either can not attend his workshops or they can not afford the DVDs from his recordings (it costs 1400$ for people outside the US). There are few of them and they are set in two categories : mini courses that last for 6 weeks and the 1 year intensive courses. Prices range from 100 to 600 dollars depending on type of course. The lectures and exercises are sent to you each week in PDF format (i do not know if there is some video included ). So my question is : Has anyone bought one of these courses and would you recommend it ?
-
@Ajax Most of the Leo's videos about enlightenment are sourced from this guy's work. I plan to get the hard copy of the book, because i found ebook online and i saw it is good stuff (plus 2 of his books are on Leo's booklist and they are both rated 5 stars ). But i just wondered if someone actually did some of his courses because there was one topic here about his workshop ( which cost like 4k ) so i expected that someone tried it.

Hello Has anyone done Bootcamps ? I am considering doing one and it is not expensive around here .It costs 100euros (it is 180 normally) for whole day and the guy is really good guy and practical. The guy offered me a better deal because i could not go on group bootcamp (some setbacks due work) but i wanted to try out 1v1 anyway (plus he made a good business deal few days ago so he said it would be bad karma to ask full price when some great stuff started to happen in his life so it is like a thank you universe sort of thing ) You approach women in 3 separate periods during the day (you can do how many you want in those periods) and you get instant feedback. After bootcamp, you are left with practical advices on what to do next plus you can meet up with some other guys to practise in group (it is free contact). Anyway, after bootcamp i can contact him anytime about anything so it is not one time thing, plus there are some extra features that come along. I am mostly doing it for my personal growth so i can push my comfort zone, and everything else i consider a byproduct, so women and sex is not my primary goal. Also i am aware of all negative outcomes but as i said, you first need to grow and then face next challenges. So I am mostly interested in hearing some experiences about the personal growth you got from doing it.
-
@Falk Serbia. The standard is lower here so that's why it is cheaper.
-
@Falk @pixelwave @Lynnel Had to cancel it due to unexpected expenses. But i will be doing the group bootcamp for 80 euro which also 2 days. I think that is even better option because i will meet like minded people who will have same goals (in terms of doing more approaches).
-
@Lynnel I am aware it is not a magic pill, it is more like a jumping board for later work. After i am done with bootcamp, i plan to approach women so i can practice. There is online group where you can meet up with other guys and go out and approach. I will see what i am going to do next but i am considering doing just for the insights on the spot. @Fighter30 Best advice i can give you is do the thing as @Corte said, do not see her and do not date for a while. I will tell you why you should do this and this comes from personal experience : When you start relationship with someone, you always get attracted by certain attributes of that person. Now the thing is that you always attract something that you think you do possibly do not have in order to feel satisfied. This does not apply only with our relationships but our lives in general. We are constantly thinking : If i only had this, that etc. The truth is and this is hard to admit, that you are unhappy with your life and you are filling the emotional voids with that other person. In the beginning, this is not obvious because you are in love and emotions mask it. But after while, you see that relationship goes sour and it did not turn out to be what you thought. And this happens all the time and it will always happen. What you need to do now is question yourself : Why i needed this person (your girlfriend) to feel happy ? Why i strongly believe i will be happy if i am with that person. If you answer is love, sex or something like that, you should go deeper. You should discover your root cause why you need that person in your life what you cant give yourself. The reason why i am telling you this is because if you do not do this, your next relationship will end in same way. People never question themselves after they break up with other person because of lack of emotional intelligence and they just let their emotions fuck them. If you question this what i told you and you are being honest with yourself, you should realize how selfish you are in a way. But, in reality, all human beings are selfish but if you discover where your selfishness comes from, and mostly it is grounded with emotion of fear (that's is why no one wants to admit to themselves how selfish they are and they see it is just easier to blame other person), you will learn how to love. This video perfectly sums this up : I started watching Leo's videos after i broke up with gf. After watching some really deep videos that really resonated with me, i saw how i selfish i was. That's why i did not date for 2 years. The work on myself gave me what i thought i needed other person to provide me. So my best advice and if you are wise you will do the right thing, work on yourself to become a better person that can first love himself and be totally independent of others and you will attract someone on your level and that relationship can be something really deep rather than being emotional parasite. Of course, there will be some swings but that's what life is all about.

@Arielle Here is the thing ... First i wanna ask why you want to exercise and cut junk food for 30 days ? If you want to get in shape or lose specific weight, you might have bad motivation towards it. Now, this might sound confusing because i know in general that is your goal but let me explain what i mean here. When you set a challenge of or some goal that is generally something that you want to change about yourself, you need to realize that whatever it is you want to change about yourself, it comes from negative place. By negative place i mean it is mostly some negative emotions about some parts of ourselves. Sometimes it is not the case, and maybe you are not in that position, but it is really important to be aware of it. The reason why this is important is that whenever you have negative motivation driving you, you will be type of person who will maybe check his wight after gym if he/she made progress by checking himself on scale. Bad side to this if the person relies on scale (and is driven by negative emotions), compares himself to others' progress, he will most likely quit. I am pointing out this to you because this usually is the case with a lot of people around me when they say to me : I am not doing this for 30 days, or i am taking 30 days challenge. I know upfront they will fail because i know implanting new habits work and trust me, this is only way : You start tomorrow and you never quit. Ever. You should not care about results, you are just doing it for the habit itself. You are not doing it to gain something. By doing this, you lose all the stress you put on yourself when you make something very strict. This is how i implanted my vegetarian diet, meditation practise of 1 hour and next week i am going back to gym (i was on brain surgery so i had to rehabilitate) There are many other things i implanted too but they are just improvements for these 3. Now... there is 30 days process that makes a habit stick and what you need to do is survive those 30. And here is the great trick on how to do this : Dont tell yourself that you have to exercise that day. Tell yourself the goal of that day is just to exit the door of your house. Do you see what i mean here ? I am breaking the great process into something very simple but that simple part of process is crucial part of all that process because if you exit your house, you will just have to go to the gym. And really, how hard is to exit your house ? And really buy in into this idea that your whole point of your day is just exit the house without even thinking about how much you need to exercise in the gym. Apply this to everything and you will see how easier and smoother everything will go. Also be mindful about ego not wanting to make change, so your mind will play tricks on you It will say bullshit like : You did so hard yesterday, you can rest. Dont take as excuse Be aware that is just your mind playing tricks on you. I hope you will kick ass now Good luck with your habit. Btw.. one more thing.... implanting one habit each 90 days. If you want to exercise, do that for 90 days and then do something else. If you want to cut junk food while exericisng, cut step by step. If you like eating chips, eat them but cut of donuts or smt which are less important to you. Start small and thats the key. Do not stress yourself by doing lots of stuff at once, no one can it.
