I don't mean metaphorically . I mean literally. I've met them. Yes , I surely sound like crazy, sorry for that. But I just can't be keep silent about this even though I should I don't merely mean psychics. Even though their psychic abilities are way stronger than of normal ones. Please don't share this info with those who aren't worthy of trust.

What do you think about my invention: 1) breathe with mouth as much as you want 2) squeeze chest muscles, hold it + also imagine sensation of warm sun core slowly heating up inside your chest + also put your right hand on chest I had very alot of times extremely strong and stable positive emotions/profoundly altered states of consciousness because of this method. I feel it's not meditation. This method is about developing Faith (with capital F)
