  1. I guess it depends on whose reality we are talking about...either way it all begins and ends with belief. Take money for example. A dollar bill admits it isn't real but at the same time it guarantees that there is some place it can be used for real goods. There are at least two kinds of belief. The gullible, ignorant, superstitious belief and the kind of belief that allows one to bring into reality(manifest) that which only exists within the imagination. People can be victims of belief or masters of belief. if someone is ruled by fear and desire then they will always be victims of belief. Someone who takes the trouble to understand the power of ideas and how this power can be used and abused will become empowered within this reality. This power is available to all - to the wicked and the righteous alike and everyone in between - reality is up for grabs.
  2. Silence and solitude are great teachers. Best of luck to you.
  3. You have to go back to the loading program and there's only one way out of here.
  4. Yes, of course you're right. A rock and a phone are two very different things. Thanks for the revelation.
  5. Formulating the theory is one thing. Understanding the implications is another. In case you haven't noticed all these wonderful theories have done exactly jack squat in raising man up from his petty and ignorant vulgarity. Other than that, theories are shit belief systems. If all you got is belief then youre not thinking and seeking and creating for yourself. There's a big difference between faith and gnosis - faith is largely worthless and I sure as hell don't rest on it. Infinite existence is both a blessing and a curse but maybe its the fun kind of curse to be cursed by. It's up to you really.
  6. Its 'Be still and know' not 'Be still and form an opinion'.
  7. Here's what worked for me. The next time you are tripping make it a point to tell yourself over and over you don't want to let go of these insights when you are sober. It might take more than one trip but eventually you stop kidding yourself. As a side bonus, which you have already alluded too, other substances (like weed) will bring you to the same realization and then you can do away with the hardcore psychedelics if you so choose.
  8. Weed is a medicine. Most of us are stuck like chuck in routine monotony due to necessity and because of circumstances beyond our control. Weed helps many people get through the day and I don't blame them for it. Edible cannabis, in the right doses, is just as good as any classic psychedelic.
  9. 1. Still too Jehovah-ish/demiurgos, do better. 2. Whatever you decide. 3. Only when you create one, otherwise no. 4. Yes and only if you want to live that story. 5. You became man now you are trying to turn man into god.
  10. Comprehending the impossible isn't for the linear thinker's to grasp that's why they can't grasp it. If they did you would have nothing to say to them which is why you made them linear thinker's in the first place.
  11. When I get beyond ego there is no doubt whatsoever about who and what I am and what I am doing and why. There's even still a hint of human identity but I recognize it for what it is. I think no self refers more to the limited self or as a way of trying to describe an ineffable experience. Otherwise there is a definite I Am going on there.
  12. God wills it.
  13. Conspiracy theorists are better epistemologists than the voting public that thinks things are happening by fluke and coincidence but that aint saying much. Their larger problem isn't epistemology - the conspiracy theorist has plenty of things to be paranoid about - its that they let the paranoia get to them.
  14. Absolute sovereignty is the perfect blasphemy.
  15. Listened to the video today while driving today and I agree with interwoven. I've had a great many remembering's but all facets were present in each and every one of them. I thought the diamond analogy was fitting in that respect. All facets were present but I was choosing which one or several of them to focus on. As an aside, remembering I was god wasn't what blew my mind. It was the realization that I had always known.
  16. I need to and am going to watch that video linked in the OP to see if it jives with me but Ive always thought 'samadhi' was a way of saying 'ego loss'.
  17. Going home. Remembering.
  18. Opposites, like negative and positive, are the same thing just on either end of the pole. Same goes for one and many. It cannot be grasped, only realized.
  19. You always give up something to get something.
  20. "If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is, infinite." ~ William Blake
  21. Gives a whole new meaning to hidden in plain sight.
  22. ‘Other’ is not an admission, it’s the complete and utter lack of a viable alternative when it comes to discussing divine unity and wholeness in the world of appearances and polarities. The part of God that knows is talking to the part of God that doubts or doesn’t know at all. In the third dimension that takes on the appearance of two (or more) separate individuals hashing it out on an internet forum.
