  1. The image did a much better job at explaining it. All you did was complicate it, as humans continue to do, and the cycle goes on...
  2. Make decent amount of money, sell everything, build a home and live fully off-grid far away from society, you have mostly escaped the matrix. I know some jungles where people live like this, kinda like the movie the beach, there are such places, but you won't find them easy, nor I can share them with you. You gotta travel, and if you find the place that works for you, never look back. Unless you reach this guys level, then you have really escaped the matrix and beyond
  3. Well that superhuman feeling seems to be (for most people) after a few weeks on high (mostly tropical/sub-tropical fruit), some adapt overnight but many often struggle initially due to detox which can take weeks to months to clear (depending on how toxic and backup they are with old waste) and other times people are simply not eating enough. I would first jump into raw veganism, then gradually make your way to fruit-based / smoothies and mono-fruit. This is not something someone does because they read it somewhere, it has to be a higher calling and understanding of frequency. Its a transformational diet so if you are not ready it can smack you hard on all levels, but if you are, and have transitioned over-time with proper education and support and understanding, then it should be flying colours. This is why you have those who thrive and those who struggle. The same thing happens from meat to veganism. People jump from a mental / intellectual perspective and understanding when their cellular matrix has yet to catch up, it has yet to land within the body as a whole. If there are unconscious/subconscious beliefs that don't fully trust and know this, its already going to fail you. That's why most fail at veganism, because deep down they still believe they need nutrients from meat, there was no fasting, herbal cleanse / detox and deprogramming beforehand and proper re-education on a cellular level. Takes time my friend, ease into it, i've been going back and forth for years. So many things lifestyle, environment, social support, stress ect... come into play.
  4. I didn't know, I guess it faded out and wasn't pinned to top. Always welcome. A few more
  5. Jumping straight to fruit mono-meals can create quite a rapid detox process so the low energy is mostly due to detox-reactions, it can take time to feel better because its highly cleansing and clearing of a lot of old waste in the body. This is why some people incorporate sometimes smoothies, salads, avocado and maybe some nuts especially as a last meal for some slowing down of detox. Its hard to guide you over the internet but there are many groups on fb and channels on youtube with people who eat this way that may be more active and more supportive day by day. Ideally there are some good books out that you could purchase that may help while you are experimenting. Can't think of any at the top of my mind at the moment, maybe the 80/10/10 book by Doug Graham. I am quite occupied lately. https://www.facebook.com/groups/848839445195179/ Here some quick videos i saved that may help. Herbal Teas in between for support can help a lot too. All the best. Also a lot of info can be found on this channel i been following lately https://www.instagram.com/reel/DVAWm22jsUv/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==
  6. I've always resonated with Source best too. People continue to misunderstand this post when I have already laid out what i meant.
  7. I don't know the guy but i would never care what other people think either. I skimmed through his utube, definitely not for me. These days i value less words, more substance, shorter videos, more impact, less talking, more speaking, less thinking, more feeling. These days i am purging more things out then I take in, i realized too much knowledge and stimulation only dilutes and distracts one further from the truth that is. The closer you are to the true nature of being, the more answers come to you naturally, in all areas of life. If you read Tao Te Ching, you may understand better Once you start understanding how nature works, everything else naturally falls into place.
  8. Sure it does, it reveals what real therapy is, and why conventional therapy doesn't work most of the time. I was showing the original way and natural way of living so life itself becomes therapeutic where therapy is no longer needed. Its the lens you are looking at it from that doesn't give you an answer, because if you look deep enough, the answers are within the questions themselves.
  9. Thanks for your comments. I was simply attempting to remind people that language can be easily misused, and that "God" may not always be the best term to use. After all, you ARE - the Self / Awareness / Truth or True Nature - which came first. Even if people call that "God", its still a very loaded word. As a child, you simply knew you were, even before the thought or idea of God. That idea often comes later, along with a lot of cultural and psychological baggage, especially on a mass / public platform, that can easily create misunderstandings which is what i am pointing to. There are already many misunderstandings and arguments going around this forum. My post is to help clean things up for better communication and delivery and less misunderstandings, to suggest that being a little more careful and precise with terms might help reduce unnecessary confusion. All in All
  10. Be one with your sickness. What do animals do when sick? They fast, rest, keep to themselves, don't interact too much. That's how you assist and return to peace but understanding what sickness is and surrendering to it.
  11. Its like the term people in the spiritual community use "higher self", by using this very term you only distance yourself and keep your "true self" away from you, always putting it upon a imaginary pedestal never to be reached because its always going to be "higher than you", you see the issue here? Its similar with the god-complex situation i am attempting to covey. I understand what you mean, but at the same time i feel these points are still valid.
  12. The highest form of intelligence is to be who you truly are even when 99.9999999% are doing the opposite.
  13. Insects are cooler
  14. Each moment in your life is unique, so you have to take life from a moment by moment basis and respond accordingly / intuitively. If it feels right, follow that, if it doesn't, honor that.
  15. I once made myself hallucinate when i thought i had been bit by a snake so i started to almost trip out until my brother snapped me out of it and reminded me that hey, this is your mind creating the illusion. Then i sobered up just like that, in an instant. Amazing how the mind can play tricks on you where it actually feels real but its not. It really did look like a snake bite and sometimes they are babies and fangs are very small you don't feel it, but sometimes they don't release venom either, and especially sting, this did not but was my first encounter, good times Good lessons
  16. Does it? When i realized my true nature I realized "I" simply "AM" thus "I AM". The word or thought or notion of "God" was not there whatsoever? Rather what the mind fabricated afterwards in attempt to label or relate or contain it in some way, because I AM was far too simple and too ordinary. This very simple and ordinary aspect is the "essence" of the tao and advanced zen teachings that many seem to miss. Man created God, the Self simply is. I feel this term "god" gets us into trouble and is far over-used, and actually not needed whatsoever. The greatest teachers rarely used the term at all, because they touched something deeper, something I am attempting to convey here.
  17. Ignoring may not be the best or most understood wording but i completely understand what you mean. I believe Mooji said it best: Just don't feed the mind the biscuit.
  18. Thanks for sharing, if i were to chime in and help this, i would say: The most important initial step "i believe" to awakening is... or IMO. There are infinite ways of awakening and there is no one or more or less important things or steps or way, just our unique interpretation of it. Maybe for "you" it may be, but for others it may not. Just a little reminder on how we can better frame our sudden realizations, and not always make such absolute statements, as there is more than enough such statements going around on these forums which i feel only create more confusion loops. Hope this helps
  19. One big thing about sleep that most of us do not mention is screen time and artificial lighting. I don't think we realizing how damaging and disrupting it can be to our natural biorhythms and electrical currents in our bodies. Blue light alone greatly suppresses melatonin production (our sleep hormone and master antioxidant in the brain), but there are also many other things like flickering and rays, heavy metals, micro-flashes, radiation (yes radiation), and many other more subtle things that negatively effect not only sleep, but our overall health. A big one would be to turn off all lighting in the house in the evening (maybe replace with amber blue-light free lights), and limit screen time ideally 2 - 4 hours before bed, if anything buy some blue blocker glasses which block blue light and protect your eyes / brain from excessive exposure and damage over time and actually help you fall asleep faster. I have these lamps which have zero blue light and flickering effects that made a big difference in evenings https://www.blockbluelight.com.au/products/full-spectrum-light-bulb There are some programs like flux you can install but they aren't as effective as blue blocking glasses specifically made for the job.
