Wake up at between 4 - 5 am, set intention to enter the dream with absolute lucidity, lay on your back, resist turning over or moving, breathe deeply and relax, and either let go or willingly arise from your body without actually moving an inch. Also if you wake up don't turn any lights on or anything jarring, and if you need an alarm put something like very gentle (low volume) zen flute or nature sounds, you don't wanna shock your system. Try that, see how it goes -
Things have been mostly great for me since I reunited with myself back in 2012, after that things only became easier and easier, in all areas of life, especially as i learned to relax and surrender more and more.I never resonated with the "dating life" in the traditional sense, nor ever went out seeking, I simply allowed things to unfold naturally and had some very deep and meaningful relationships and big lessons of growth and expansion since. Now don't get me wrong, not saying it has been perfect, there was a lot of ups and downs, but its been a very enlivening process. I stopped looking at age, and looks and such long ago too, i only see my spirit getting brighter and brighter the more in alignment i stand within myself. I know this may sound full-on but its really simple, if you can be yourself, rediscover who you truly are behind all the masks we wear, everything changes, everyone will notice you, be drawn to you, curious, or even threatened by you, you become an electromagnetic beacon. I used to suffer from some of those things you shared, nowadays they barely exist, maybe a tiny spark here and there, at most. So yeah, i think it all comes down to how true you can be to yourself and allow that to shine through, that's what's attractive, your uniqueness. God gave you a fingerprint no one else has so you can leave an imprint no one else can. We often fail at life when we try to copy others. Fine your souls tune, and express it. Excuse my spiritfullness

Ahh good old Jay, he was a good soul, very heart-centered, shared a lot of good videos, then left the online platform entirely. I believe his original channel was called (Master of Earth), that's when utube was good and spirituality was more simple and not all over the place. I'm in total alignment with what he says about hair being an extension of our nervous system. I also see them as roots or energetic roots. I feel far more grounded and connected with long hair, and especially in tune with nature and the environment around me. I can pick things up much sooner and sense things from, afar like weather changes or danger and what not. I simply gave up on having to continue to cut it or trim it, the routines started to bother me, and as i became more and more sensitive, i started to get the intuition to allow what nature had gifted me to develop naturally in its full expression. Now its very wild and beautiful and two toned. Women be jealous i tell ya -

Yey more psychic pollution ! Lets all continue to insert foreign images into a persons mind and make them want things they don't need that gradually weaken focus and distract them from their soul purpose. We must keep them asleep and in cycles. No critical thinkers, no awakened ones. I have add-blockers everywhere, ghostery and duckduckgo to name a few, there is also an app called 'brave' if you want to watch utube on your phone without adds. I am glad i found this because i enjoy listening to long tracks or podcasts while driving, and I am not paying a dime for some premium bs, we're already paying for enough. Whats next we have to pay to breathe and think? Its so off-putting, always having to find a work-around things. RIP the good old days, when things were simple. And trying to make profit out of every little hole they can find is one of the biggest diseases man faces today. A psychological parasite at its finest. -

I thought I was Nahm and I can't "play" you? Now I am a mystery? Make up your mind? and why does it matter so much? What's the underlying "urge" or "need" to know? What is it that i represent that makes you uncomfortable? Maybe the fear of the unknown? :0 -

That's cause We Are. There is nothing we can do about it. We are literally e n e r g y ~vibrating~ at various f r e q u e n c i e s. And there would be no point to tell a hungry homeless man that unless he was receptive to make use of it, but first I'd still give him food. That's how you build a connection, give people what they need, not what you "think" they want. -

Thanks for sharing your perspective and understanding, appreciated. I haven't heard of Bernardo Kastrup, I'll have to check him out one day. -

No, the owner of the "other forum" created these little non-dual Nahmlings you see everywhere, I am the one who attempted to bring this inevitable "side-effect" to his awareness, as did Leo and Joseph I believe. Such teachings should not be 'broadcasted' onto a wide-audience, and ancient teachings and spiritual lineages know of this and have spoken of this. Unfortunately the modern / online world, and the lack of real guru-disciple / mystic-initiate / teacher-student relationships are missing, hence, you are left with people in~between realms and not truly grounded and embodied in their truth. And different folks require different responses. I live and behave intuitively, in that case, placing a clearer mirror felt needed. -

@Natasha Tori Maru There's a fine few moderators i resonate with, and I feel someone like you is exactly what this forum needs. Keep it up -

Its such a weird but hilarious take tho, I do admire the effort. I think Leo and Nahm can both learn of one another, but honestly, I feel these days I relate with Leo more than Nahm, even though I don't always agree with their excessiveness in regrades to somethings I won't get into. I would really be amazed if you can figure out who I am, or was. I've given many hints away already, but it doesn't really matter. I have little to no attachment to the past characters and plays, why I never mind creating new accounts. -

@Someone here Hehe, Nahm may say: "Horseshit" to that @Carl-Richard Thanks for your exchanges. If i am being honest, I find it challenging to resonate with your comments in many different topics, and often don't know how to respond. I don't seem to feel them as much. To me, they come across as more top-down or too meta-analytic, and they can feel somewhat disembodied from the experiential side of things. Just sharing my experience, that I often feel this "offness" with your comments. -

Indeed. I have been dealing with this for some time now, and attempting to convey the importance of what you said, and even made some posts on multiple forums about it, unfortunately only a few grounded and more open individuals seem receptive enough, or willing to admit the truth in it all. There is a "spiritual-hierarchy" role that is being held onto too strongly with neo non-dual teachers, and especially on online forums. I find my nature simply threatens that paradigm because I am not afraid to point things out that others aren't seeing or pointing out themselves, and often when I do, whether its Leo, Nahm or anyone else, I mostly get shit from all the minions that blindly follow them without realizing the truth for themselves and the greater importance of the core message that i am attempting to convey. Whats coming from love is then seen as the threat. There was a whole post on depression i recently had to detach from, and the person expressing it only became more confused in the end, he did thank me though, for keeping it real and meeting him where he was at and needed to be met, while N was completely ignoring or oblivious to this. And I feel its all because they become too Identified with the "teacher" role, that their presence on the forum is built around being the one who "knows", and needing to appear "unshakable". And when people introduce anything that suggests vulnerability, relatability or the emotional field, it threatens that very self‑image. Simply avoiding being humanized, as that would potentially collapse the imaginary pedestal they stand on. Otherwise i feel this "clinging" to the nondual realizations is used to avoid feeling their own disowned emotions. And that's what denial looks like in a spiritual context, The Absolute becomes (armor) against vulnerability. This is ego trying to survive under the mask of spiritual authority. Its too masculine and to one-sided, the feminine has been divorced, and one becomes blinded by the light. -

We are drowning in knowledge but starving in wisdom. -
Ramasta9 replied to Ramasta9's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah not that he wasn't he was great, but where i was attempting to bridge-the-gap was that the non-dual concepts don't always land too well, especially online when you cannot feel and read the energy of the individual your communicating with, so you can't always truly sense what they need in the moment, so i was nudging to find a middle way, bit closer to an human/earthy relation and point of reference. I think this is why Leo had to ban him from the forums because of the almost non-human like responses that may be conceptually true, they didn't always, and more often than so, actually help instead cause more confusion in forums, which i feel Nahm was more suited for advanced seekers. I been on his other forum on and off and I have notriced people who struggle to grasp his method and teachings naturally find meaning in my comments. I still love Nahm, even though we have our differences. -

Hnm... thanks for the exchanges and explaining that, and not to be a conspiracy nut but I have been targeted before, don't really want to get into it. And its not really paranoia, I haven't experienced those things since i was a teeanger, just observational pattern recognition. And yes good old Nahm, my old buddy, he did go a bit too non-dual tho, i did try to help him keep both feet on earth. -
Some old gems here nice, also nice profile photo and name, sneaky bastard

@chess_king Did your medications run out? And why are you talking about IQ when you have yet to develop a third digit?

Ramasta9 replied to Ramasta9's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There is no God - only Self. God is an idea imagined by those who have not yet claimed the fullness of their own being. Its easy to put everything in gods hands, but can you chop wood and carry water all by yourself? That my friend is God. -
Ramasta9 replied to Ramasta9's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Awareness. Alignment. Embodiment. Integrity. Knowing. Love. Truth, for me, is not a belief, its unmistakable, it's something you know, something lived and experienced directly. Someone else's truth is real for them, but to see if it aligns with Reality, you can feel it through observation, consistency, or even empathy. Ultimately, truth becomes clear, not as a story, but as what stands when all assumptions and distortions fall away. -
Nuclear detonations affect more than just the physical world, they send shockwaves through dimensions, timelines, and the broader cosmic ecosystem. That's the one boundary advanced intelligences do not allow us to cross, and we have no right to destroy a planet, its far too valuable. There are multiple military testimonies (US, UK, Russia) from highly credible people about missiles mysteriously powering down, launch codes going offline, and unknown craft hovering over nuclear silos. This is on record and reoccurring since the last nuke went off, and especially used in warfare, not a single nuke has been successful (above ground) since 1980. Higher lifeforms exist whether you believe it or not. They let humanity grow, struggle, and evolve naturally, but nukes cross a line because they can completely sterilize a planet, destabilize the solar system, collapse the biosphere, and cause rips in the fabric of space/time. Its a boundary put in place on a higher level. Just like we have governments and presidents, there are higher councils who oversee the solar system and so on. This isn't science‑fiction, it's the deeper reality behind the illusion, the infrastructure of consciousness, and the hidden governance that keeps this realm from collapsing under its own immaturity. Cosmic Law ~ Starting a nuclear war now would be insanely stupid and far too risky. The real wars already happening. WW3 has been going on for a long time, but quietly. It's fought through technology, the economy, culture, psychology, media, chemicals… a silent war, slow and deadly, gradually disconnecting us from the inside out. Just look at all the arguments online, none of this is natural; it’s all part of the side-effect. What’s happening now is far more sophisticated. A war with no battlefield, no uniforms, no declared enemies, just a slow erosion of coherence.

@Natasha Tori Maru No worries. I couldn't reply until now. I've tried to send you a message a few times about some concerns i have on these forums but not able to. Multiple times throughout the day i cannot post (there is nowhere to comment or make a topic), nor i can send people messages, only reply to those who message me first. Not sure if Leo or other mods are targeting me, but I've seen this type of behavior before. If i try to send a private message, I get the message: You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day. Please try again later. That's been there as far as I can remember. Recently I was discussing with someone who valued my posts about how such topics and posts can be a threat to the spiritual hierarchy on these forums, that its mostly ego-disguised as wisdom, and instantly after that reply this came up: You have reached your posting limits. Please wait 24 hours and try again. Almost as if they are being watched and read.. Either the forums is really broken or there's definitely some sneaky business going on, it wouldn't surprise me. Anyways thanks for your words, support, and most importantly for keeping it real <3 -
I highly recommend reading the book: 20 Questions & Answers About Dry Fasting: A Complete Guide To Dry Fasting by Dr Sergey Filonov, who is the leading dry fasting expert in Russia and hosted hundreds of retreats. If you want a shorter read and basic guide, the book: The Phoenix Protocol / Dry Fasting for Rapid Healing and Radical Life Extension: Functional Immortality is a good introduction. Dry fasting is not something anyone just jumps into, it takes months to years of self preparation to do it properly and effectively. It will come naturally as consciousness deepens and the mastery of fasting becomes familiarized, but again if you are new to this i highly suggest read those books first and maybe watch some videos of experienced dry fasters. 14 days is far too long and can be dangerous for most people. You first should start with 1 - 3 days, integrate, eat clean, read, practice, meditate, discipline your mind and body, then after 3 - 6 months you can try 3 - 5 days, repeat the process, then go for 7 - 9 ect... Some people can do longer right off the bat but those people are usually very advanced souls and already hold intuitive self-mastery. Most people need books and guides or professionals like Dr Filonov who does dry fasting retreats all over the world. If I have the money, i would do it do, the support system helps tremendously, especially for longer fasts. Most people fail at fasting or detoxing solely because they don't have a team or support system to guide them through. Here to help <3

Whats truthful will always be triggering, I cannot help that. I can only be myself and express authentically. I have absolutely no need or desire to put others down, what I am doing is freeing and liberating, if you can ground yourself and put your ego aside, wisdom can shine through. -
Find things you do or enjoying doing that keep you actively engaged and more present with the task at hand, rather than multi tasking / overthinking. Like going for a walk; simply go for a walk, don't bring a phone or headphones to listen to music, but learn to listen to nature, use your eyes, nose, senses and embrace the fullness of whatever it is you are doing. When you eat, don't scroll or watch tv or do anything else, just eat and enjoy the meal fully, close your eyes, embrace the flavours and textures, and can be done this way, everything really, daily chores, exercise, shower, even watching a movie. This is a form of meditation in itself. There are many examples of being mindful and it really means being fully present with the moment or task or activity at hand and engaging fully. The Dog here is a good example of being Mindful
