  1. This reminds me of dreams i used to have, especially as a child. Fantastic share, a wave that realizes the ocean that it truly is
  2. You can realize you are already enlightened in a single moment, this is still far too complicated and far from the easiest method. One of the biggest misunderstandings people today have is when they think they can calculate or map out how to be god. Its absolutely going to fail, because everyone's unification and self-realization process is totally unique to oneself. Paradoxically, the easiest and quickest methods are often the most challenging for the human mind. I tell people all the time, if your truly serious, drop everything you own and know, wander into a cave, and cease everything. but 99.9999999999% of humans simply cannot do this, its too challenging to let go of food, water, thoughts, life, money, home, family, ect... even monks and yogis don't do it right, are you truly willing to die? if not then don't sweat it, live your life, allow the natural unfoldment to occur.
  3. The path of Truth should not feel forced, rather the path of least resistance and effortless action. I rarely meditate these days, i just live more mindfully and simply, and yet there are many who religiously meditate for hours and hours and still have little to no peace or calm in their being. They still have no idea what Truth or True Nature is, they still don't know who they truly are, cause they are trying and forcing and striving to get beyond themselves, not realizing by simply being, there you always are. I go through phases but nowadays for me meditation is more about being more mindful and present in all areas and aspects of life, this then becomes effortless meditation. Life is a balancing act, don't do things religiously, observe the cues and signs, ebbs and flows, balance between movement and stillness. Each moment is a unique calling of being.
  4. There is Truth in every book, but not a single book contains the whole Truth. Many are far from it. The only book i say is closest to the Truth or True nature is Lao Tzu's - Tao Te Ching.
  5. I like how one person put it: God is just a religious or modern term early humans made in attempt to explain infinity.

  7. My friend and close brother i knew for 12 years recently got stabbed in the neck and killed in Sydney. And this is not anything surprising to me, i seen many deaths growing up, not all of them even reach the news, only Bondi was popular so it made it global cause its a rich and popular area, but the poorer areas even worse things happen that usually only make local news, especial western Sydney. Growing up on the streets, people get killed just as often as worst places in USA. Mental health system and education and government here is a joke. He worked his ass of every single day for 15 years and was a very nice and caring person, did nothing bad to anyone, was just standing by talking on his phone when a random killed him and 2 other people. He was a Muslim man from Afghanistan and the Australian government refused his application for granting him permanent residence i think 11 times costing him over 100 - 150 thousand in lawyers expenses, and all he wanted was to go see his mum and was heartbroken, and hopefully bring his family here for safety because there is war there and Taliban control. Yet any English or white person or Jew would of got perm residence i a very short amount of time here. The government is very racist and corrupt here, as with most western countries, run by the same evil parasites. People are blind and brainwashed here, they see only the news and surface layer, they haven't lived in the in the midst of all the madness. The indigenous and original people of this land are also treated like shit and have little say in things. The real news and stories are edited, twisted, altered to make it seem like this or that happened but its all manipulation. So best country? not even close in my eyes, yes the nature and landmass and some places are very beautiful, but many places and many people here are pathetic slaves that only care about beer and meat and porn and footy until something really bad happens to someone they know and love.
  8. Why do you think people have more eye issues today then ever before? Screens keep eyes in a fixed-state, no exercise of eye muscles, basically training your eyes to not be able to see far. Why do people who live in nature and especially mountains have superb vision? Very simple. My friend healed her eyes by gradually reducing her contact lenses and retraining her eyes in nature daily looking close/far, bates methods, palming, healthy eating, staying off screens and no longer wearing glasses which also keep eyes in a fixed state.
  9. If you want omega 3 and are worried about things why not skip the "middle man" and get it from the Source where fish get theirs? ALGAE !
  10. "If someone is watching pornography everyday and orgasming, they are basically getting 90% of a similar experience to physical sex." More like 9%... If you had real sex... no pornography is ever going to come close to the experience itself. Most people haven't had real transformative orgasmic sex, just average sex.
  11. I think America is not even real anymore, rather a reality TV show now.
  12. Yeah, everyone has to find their unique way. It hasn't been easy i must say, but its where i feel best so it haunts me when i don't live up to it. Its been a good 7 - 10+ years transition for me, a lot of back a forths, a lot of slip ups, blood, sweat and tears, finally this last year or two i feel i have a greater grip and understanding and more of a balanced approach what what i need and works best for me and better stability in it all. I also don't beat myself up anymore if i slip up, but make peace with it and forgive myself as soon as possible, even though i don't feel as good and sometimes can feel terrible afterwards due to the contrast, but often the acceptance and forgiveness helps transmute a lot of the pain and suffering that comes the following days afterwards. Its been really challenging to let go of many of the foods i grew up with, especially during denser times of emotional and stressful situations, and especially in unsupported environments and lack of social support of people who live and eat this way. In Bali it was easy because i met many people who eat and live this way, but in Australia, especially in the city, most people are heavy on meat, bread and processed food, so everyone around me, family, friends, community, eat and live very differently and it can sometimes hit you like a truck and then you relapse. Having the support makes the worlds difference, especially when still transitioning to a lighter and brighter way of living.
  13. No, unless i introduce other foods like bread, rice, pasta and such which then seem to clash with the fast digesting fruit and veg and often creates stagnation and fermentation. I haven't consumed that stuff in a while but i know initially it was challenging until my body cleared up all the gluten and other stuff that was very slow and sticky. I also did a lot of fasting and detox / herbal and juice cleanse to cleanse my body which helped a lot. Once I was with my partner at the time and we at thai food the previous night and had a watermelon the next morning, we experienced a lot of pain and bloating because the watermelon is extremely fast digesting and pushes a lot of fluid to the colon, and because we had thai, pasta, fats, oils the previous night, it was struggling to push all the slow and sticky foods from the previous night out and it was quite painful for 15 - 20 minutes and bloating for an hour or two. When you just eat fruit and veg, or mostly, after a week or two, there is no longer bloating or other issues, as long as you don't mix hardest to digest foods, grains, processed stuff ect... These are somethings I have observed eating this way.
  14. Yeah I can understand. It was regarded by NASA as the most complete form of exercise pumping every cell of your body. Saying 15 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 1 - 2 hours of most other exercises in health-effects on the overall body.
  15. I do cardio and body-weight exercises mostly, yoga, qi gong style things. I abstain from meat for many reasons, mostly for health, inner-realization that we don't need to kill to live, and spiritual purposes that its ahimsa / path of living and contributing to minimal karma. I believe we all have abilities but are clouded by the food, diet, environment and lifestyle we live, once we free up space and clear out, live simpler, eat lighter, dormant abilities can reactive as more energy and (chi) can come into the body and consciousness.
  16. I am probably the "Alien" here I eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, sea vegetables ect... NO meat, dairy, processed / packaged foods, animal products, junk foods ect... Occasional I enjoy some baked potatoes, hearty vegetable rice, or a warm meal for special occasions, maybe coconut pumpkin soup, but I don't feel as good as fresh living foods. Tend to pass out and feel drunk sometimes when i eat heavier. Sometimes i have a coffee, sometimes some raw cacao, its pretty simple, but its where i feel best and most alive and clear and in touch with my emotions and spiritual side, otherwise i tend to feel worse or angry or more numb if i introduce other denser and denatured foods. I don't really count calories or nutrition anymore, just live / eat intuitively, but i believe its around 40 - 60g protein a day and 1800 - 2500 calories. I am medium-light athletic build, and the more i train more muscle i pack on regardless of how much protein i consume, i don't pack on a lot of muscle-mass due to my light diet, but i can look ripped and muscular if i want in a short period of time. Nowadays I am more about consciousness, intelligence, clarity, psychic abilities ect... than physical attributes and looks. Its more about energy and power for me these days than about strength and size. I discovered this type of diet, (mostly raw plant-based foods) keeps my energy and vibration the highest, mental clarity the sharpest, and ability to process and integration of emotions and life-experiences best, and in balanced and stable manner. I feel less like I am drugs with live foods. I once experimented with 1000 - 1500 calories a day and still maintained muscle mass, the only time i lost was when i stop training. There are many others who i know who eat and live this way, but very few on this forum. I am just playing my part
  17. Slavery is still a thing, the trick is they replaced the chains with the "coin"
  18. These days I am looking forward to not hooking up as much, but seeing how long we can ride out a dance before we finally give in. Sometimes the build up and foreplay is the most fun and enjoyable thing. I usually spend weeks sometimes up to a month or so with someone until we go into the naughty room, but that's just been my fate i guess, i never push because I already know whatever is destined will be, and if it comes really quick, so be it. A friend of mine has been with a woman for 7 month now and they are deeply in love but still haven't made love. I find that highly inspiring and admirable. That is some maturity level not many are embodied in, nourished in other ways of love and support and sexual becomes rather a very sacred act, maybe to create life, maybe this is how it was meant to be, who knows but its fun to explore new ways of relating.
  19. Its a mini-trampoline, doesn't use up much space, mines only 110cm in diameter, and some can be folded up and stored away easily.
  20. When you realize who you truly are or true nature, or buddha nature, whatever you wanna call it, that is called Self-realization, the realization of the True Self. You simply realize and remember who you truly are, the fundamental nature of Consciousness. Adding "god" to it is yet another layer of mind~play i feel, and can actually keep us one step further from the truth in perpetual and potentially unconscious seeking thru disbelief. I feel this happens when one doesn't truly recognize who they truly are, or doesn't believe it fully and hasn't integrated where its no longer a belief but a "Knowing", hence to "Know Thyself", are so then are labelled (by our minds) "god-realization" or "god consciousness", but even before that, there was / is The Self or I AM. So in a sense, when the mind reintegrated, it was still in a type of "shock" you could say, and hasn't merged and landed fully, rather partly or prematurely, thus the god-complex arises. This "god-complex" then becomes an issue that many are struggling with today. This could be a good discussion, or it could go side-ways, I felt its important to touch upon, what do you think? or feel?
  21. Etsy is good option @Miguel1 https://www.etsy.com/au/search?q=scarf&ref=search_bar online shopping tho, hit n miss And yes @Natasha Tori Maru Feeling is everything for me. I have a few that were given to me, feel divine to say the least...
  22. Yeah i get that, same here, i was just curious its not done purely for the presentations. I noticed once myself when i made a video talking about a spiritual topic, i felt to wear a robe/scarf to look more spiritual, but now I am thinking what even for? some of the deepest spiritual people I know were regular clothes, even things like branded clothing, nike, adidas ect... and don't think too much past it, and don't need to do such to appear in a certain way. I like the feel of natural clothing, and if your are guided by feeling and energy more so than looks and appearance and show then Its a different story I can understand. @Leo Gura Interesting. I guess there is an art to it with presentations and such.
