Isn't existence itself the same as love? -

This is a beautiful image. But there is one tiiiiiinny nuance. So it is, and yet it is not (non-duality). And in order to comprehend it, you will have to abandon even it, all ideas of non-duality or duality, or whatever else you have imagined. Because it is all in your mind. In reality, everything will not be like this, but rather it will be something like this - everything you have heard, all 1000... variations and images about it, everything contains THIS and at the same time all these images dissolve in it, and you comprehend ONE, all this and at the same time an absolutely new state and at the same time infinitely familiar and infinitely close and dear. It will be neither this nor this and neither that. It will be such Elegant Simplicity and at the same time Infinite Complexity of Unimaginable Beauty of Endless Greatness of Incredible Fullness of Being. And also...you'll even have to give up this image, and most likely with pain, because the image is beautiful, isn't it? Anyway, don't fill your head with unnecessary information. This can only be understood by yourself, and the most truthful way to convey this to another person is Silence, or, as I do, Just Be, ahaha. -

The balance between the ego and the spiritual side... ahem... That's not it at all. It's not about balance or compromise, but about Truth. Unfortunately, those who say it's inexplicable are right. All I feel now is regret, and even a little relief and hope. No, you weren't rude to me, don't apologize. -

Even not thinking is thinking . Even the absence of emotion is an emotion - I feel coldness, I feel alienation, I feel detachment, I feel indifference, I feel stunned, I feel confused, I feel perplexed... This spectrum and its shades of emotion are large. Yes. -

Attempt number two. You don't need a ton of work to grasp this. The irony is that you already know it, you've simply forgotten it, or rather, even put it aside, but you feel it. The ton of work will be needed later, to integrate it into everyday life. Your main problem, as I see it, is that you live in your head; you need to establish contact with your body. You, how should I put it, see the situation incompletely. This is also typical of autistics, when they constantly seek structure and order and the constant repetition of the same rituals. They lack the emotional sphere and the ability to recognize emotions; they rely on intuitive-sensory perception, although both are the same thing; thought and feeling are one and the same. Basically, "turn off your head"—not in the sense of suddenly becoming dumb, in short... I hope you understand, but most likely not. Okay, I'm off to bed. Good luck with your search. -

When I wrote "ego," I didn't mean selfishness. Egoism is something else entirely. Your ego is a given right now, just like mine or anyone else's; it's your thoughts, your feelings. When I wrote that "ego" is a hindrance, that doesn't mean eliminating it, it means... but that's where it gets complicated, ahahaha. Basically, your spirit must nourish the ego itself, kind of burn from within... Okay, I give up, I can't explain it. Anyway, bro, don't be offended and don't judge too harshly, ahahaha. Try going to a retreat or something... -

The more you try to be right and not deceive yourself, the further you are from sincerity. You've come up with some obsession and think that solving it will bring you happiness. In reality, it's just an empty game. It's just your ego that wants it, or rather, your ego distorts it, while it's your soul that wants it. But what do you REALLY want? "c" We look into souls and find the answers "c" -
Malkom replied to Agrande's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
We're all like that, don't worry, bro . Just let go and allow yourself to be deceived, accept it, and forget about it. This is what I just tried to demonstrate as an example of how to combat self-deception, by first acknowledging it. I certainly haven't invented the perfect method, but you never know. Hehe -

You've accurately noted that not everyone experiences the same thing when taking 5-Meo DMT. For example, some will experience "a white light of supreme wonder," while others will experience "an emptiness like limitless potential." Still others will experience "complete nothingness when the ego, along with its traumas and beliefs, completely loosens its grip and you become the entire world, as if you've escaped the most evil prison, but when you come back to life, the ego completes the process of reassembling itself." I've described this schematically. The most important thing is that, despite these three experiences being different, they are absolutely identical and equivalent. Personally, I honestly can't describe what it was like for me. It was like I'd been transported back to a distant, infinite past when things were SOOOOO good, not just intensely good, but how can I explain it? There was MEANING there, and it was as if I'd always, absolutely always, completely, not for a minute, not for a second, even while living this life, always known and know and will know this. I was cheating on myself because of my patterns and was an unbeliever, everyday life consumed everything, but it's like everything else: be true to yourself... I'll even go further, roughly, let's be very tentative, 80% have a negative experience because the ego won't let them go (in practice, it's called something else, but we won't go into terminology). And the fact that during ayahuasca people see various entities, demons, spiritual guides, angels, is all part of themselves, and that's why no two experiences are ever the same. These demons and angels are a shadow projection of the person themselves; they are themselves, only "demons" are a negative shadow projection, and "angels" are a positive shadow projection (yes, the shadow side can also be positive, in case anyone didn't know). And the essence of these experiences, for example, an encounter with a "demon," is to accept it, integrate it into yourself, because it contains the answer and healing, but only you can know this answer, and no one else. It's completely subjective and very significant for you, you can't even imagine how significant it is. It's the same with angels. You are both an angel and a demon in one person, in fact. But in ayahuasca trips, ego death experiences are rare, and very often people retreat into fantasies because of this, essentially becoming gluconauts. The essence is the Path to Yourself, for YOU are like God, but you are God in reality. And live a REAL life. Create, love, do good. -

In a certain sense, perhaps even in the full sense, yes, it is a fiction. But here we need to clarify something. The thing is, chakras, or demons, or angels, are structures in your psyche, or ego, if you want to call them that. And you can work with them as a model, if you accept it. Personally, I rarely use the word "chakras" and then only in colloquial and even joking manner. Take, for example, the lower chakra, Muladhara, it is the energy of the earth, a connection to reality, firmness, reliability. Then there's the chakra, Manipura, for example, it is will, determination, and, if I remember correctly, Anahata is the heart chakra, Sahasrara is the connection to the cosmos. I remember one woman telling me that my Sahasrara is open, but the lower chakras are closed. Ahahaha. That was a long, long time ago. I asked her, "Why do I need the lower chakras? Let's just take the upper seventh one right away." It was a naive approach. Speaking of kundalini energy, it activates all the chakras. When all your chakras are activated, you're like a celestial being. And see how it really works. The point isn't the chakras at all; they're just a model, a convenient model for working with the psyche. The point here is to become a whole, complete person, and you don't necessarily have to work with the chakras or demons, for example, with your "dark side." You can take a completely different approach. You wrote it correctly; at the most enlightened level, these are just fantasies. The point is for your "true energy" to flow and express itself through you, because that's who you are. For example, you can work with your body instead of just the chakras, which is much more effective. Wherever you're experiencing a spasm right now—in your throat, in your chest, or your head, where your energy is tense—is this blocking your energy? You might be holding yourself back, maybe forbidding yourself, maybe embarrassed, maybe not accepting yourself. The point here is to be yourself and in touch with yourself. That's all. Nothing more is needed. And what's next for you to say? And then you'll understand everything yourself, and the most interesting part is just beginning. It's right that by dissolving the ego, having such an experience, you no longer block this energy within yourself; it flows freely and expresses itself through you. That's why the experience of ego death, for example, in a psychedelic trip, is considered the pinnacle of achievement and the primary goal. The goal isn't to travel through worlds and gain impressions, but to find contact with yourself. This is truly the most incredible thing and the most fundamental thing that should be. Well, if you really, really want to use the "chakra system" like that—well, it's a complete obsession, you like it. Then there's only one option: chakras DO NOT exist, and even if they do, there's only one, the Heart Chakra, so develop it. -

As someone who studies quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity, I'd say it's all much more interesting... And quantum fields aren't exactly what they seem to be; they're cutting-edge, but they're still in the research stage, and that's not a given. It's not fields that are fundamental, but so-called "vacuum oscillators," and certain "symmetry principles" that are fundamental. I'm putting this in quotation marks for a reason, because there's no clear definition yet; it's a rough draft in the research stage. As for the theory of relativity, in Minkowski's five-dimensional spacetime (Einstein worked with him, and so did Lorentz and Poincaré, but we won't go into details), time is the same coordinate as space, and evolution or development simply doesn't exist there. And "time" itself in this 5-dimensional space-time is a "world line," and when something happens, the "event" is again in quotation marks, because there are no equivalents to this in our 4-dimensional space-time. And light in 5-dimensional space doesn't MOVE, and you or anything at rest already moves at the speed of light by default, and this is two of the many reasons why nothing can move at the speed of light in our 4-dimensional space-time. I'll even say more: if you look at the metric tensor, time comes first, and space comes second, so it's more logical to call it time-space, not space-time. And time is always energy, so what does that mean? Energy is primary... Question... A little joke - theorists constantly want to simplify everything and make it uniform, while experimenters, on the contrary, want to discover something new. Does this prove that Consciousness is primary from a scientific perspective? No. Science doesn't work that way. And that's normal for her. Science has its own rules, and if you don't follow them, you're no longer doing science, but something else. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to enjoy the benefits of civilization. Is Consciousness primary? If you're interested in my humble, useless opinion, ahahaha. I'd say absolutely YES.. -

@Someone here Being alone. Reminded me of that one guide on how to become a genius. Yeah, it's a bit clickbait, a bit of a joke. But there's some truth to it. What's the difference between a genius and you or me, for example? A genius has less junk in their head. Imagine, metaphorically, that your mind is a room, and in it, an orchestra is playing, a rock band is playing, in another, people are chatting, in a third, they're sorting things out, and somewhere... somewhere, a little mouse is squealing, but you won't hear it—that mouse is a bright idea. The point is, don't beat your head against a problem or question (which usually happens to some people), but simplify it and solve it or find an answer (simplify without sacrificing meaning, don't oversimplify). You just need to get rid of the information junk. If some nonsense comes into your head, just... POOF. -

It's not just another three-dimensional reality. You can see as if your eyes had grown all around your head, spherical vision, and it's an absolutely indescribable experience; you just have to experience it. But traveling in the astral plane of the physical world quickly becomes boring. Plus, you usually don't always end up where you intended, and it's extremely difficult to do everything as planned. I've only heard stories like that, and I doubt it. And everything they say online about the astral plane is a scam. Almost a scam. This requires diligent training, not just one month, or even a year. Yes, yes, yes, indeed, most often it takes several years of practice. Another important point: if you decide to take up these practices, start now, because the older we get, the more difficult it becomes. -

@Jowblob I don't use a chatbot, and even if I do, it usually agrees with my opinion unless specifically asked to disagree. So, it doesn't even expand on my understanding; the most it can do is highlight nuances. -

Start with the very first step—write them down, and don't get up abruptly, otherwise the dream will be forgotten immediately. But it won't help some people who have a feature called aphantasia, but since you wrote that you still see at least something, I dare to assume that you don't have it. -
As I understand it, I will apply a rational and logical approach (logic is also part of God and Reality, and you cannot deny it, and logic is Beautiful, although God is beyond logic and everything else). I will manifest, so to speak, the "masculine principle," the "logical principle," the principle of Creation, the principle of Power and Will (at first, of course, I sense and feel it as the "feminine principle," okay, let's not get into wordplay. Let's begin. If we use this context (but it's just a context, the main thing is that it's currently working, not in an absolute sense, but that's not necessary for now), the Feminine, as I already wrote, is feelings, it is being itself, it is the heart, and in a sense it is more reasonable, and seemingly more primary and important, although in reality both are important and both seem to be nonexistent, it is One. But there must be Fullness. It is impossible to be on one side or the other. So Here you go. Many desires are illusory; they stem from ego structures, but behind them lies an unconscious part, the part that you also Are. These ego structures block the true energy of the Self—traumas, beliefs, limitations, and so on, for example. And liberation from desires is death; life is Desire itself, it is Pure Being, it is Pure Desire. The point is not to get rid of desires, but to let the flow of the "true self" flow (to free yourself, to release the spasms in your soul and body, to feel "flight," "peace," and "tide," so that it manifests through your ego, through your uniqueness. The point is not to get rid of the ego, but to get rid of the ego structures that have created a prison for your Consciousness, to allow you to see everything from different perspectives, multidimensionally/infinitely, and at the same time have your own position. The point is not to get rid of the ego, but to create a healthy ego so that you are as in touch with Reality as possible. To be like "Mercury" envelops objects, is them, and at the same time always is Yourself, plays with objects like "life" itself, or is like "fire"—it's always different, it's alive, it's primordial, and at the same time it's Fire and it's One, that metaphor. Or, as many say, "emptiness"—it fills everything, and at the same time is nothing. But these are just metaphors and concepts for understanding (if you think about it, "emptiness" is also something, so it can't be true emptiness, just Be ahahahaha). Sometimes I think that many spiritual teachings are missing what I just wrote, and I think they're talking nonsense. Practicing Nonduality and being in a non-dual state nonstop is just another religion, just another belief, it's not Nonduality. On the contrary, they lead you away from yourself, from true nonduality, which has no definition, otherwise it's already duality. This is just my opinion. I have a fantastic a flair for such things, the truth is somewhere nearby. Truth = Reality

Accepting reality as it is is important for several reasons: A foundation for development: A true understanding of the world around us provides a solid foundation for any action and achievement. Without a clear perception of reality, it is difficult to move forward effectively and consciously. Self-awareness: Being honest with oneself helps one recognize one's own limitations and strengths. This allows one to direct one's efforts where they will bring the greatest benefit. Practicality: Many abilities and achievements become possible by working within existing conditions and resources. Ignoring the real situation makes it difficult to realize one's plans. Mindfulness: Only by understanding and accepting reality can we clearly see paths for our further growth and change. Mindfulness opens access to inner resources and inspiration. Mental health: Accepting reality reduces stress and anxiety because it eliminates the internal conflict between expectations and reality. This creates favorable conditions for harmonious personal growth. Thus, accepting reality is a prerequisite for the full development of abilities at any level, including superpowers. -

And they talk about "emptiness" and that everything is empty, as if they're experiencing derealization and depersonalization, which is a mentally unhealthy topic. After all, even if you take psychedelics, it's to become healthy, if we're talking about the true purpose of psychedelics, and not to cripple yourself. A digression. Emptiness in the context of Nonduality is Potential, Limitless Potential, without content, as if pregnant with existence. This is not emptiness in the conventional understanding of the mind. -
Malkom replied to Ramasta9's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That's all true. I also noticed one more thing. Many people talk about "emptiness" or "non-duality" or "nothingness"... Forgetting the most important aspect—they don't know Love. Although I personally am extremely skeptical when someone talks about love in spiritual movements, because they are too primitive, there is a grain of truth, albeit only vaguely.
