  1. Rituals are essential. But this is my personal experience, which I've gleaned through experimentation. You can listen to me, but you'll find your own through your own experiments; everyone has their own psyche. Yes, I keep a journal. Journaling dreams, while seemingly useless at first glance, is one of the important factors in achieving them. One of my rituals is meditation, the most ordinary meditation: I relax my body and my mind. And then I fall asleep. Unfortunately, I can't achieve lucid dreaming through meditation (in fact, it's the most difficult method; few people can do it, but some can). Then, after I've slept at night, early in the morning, while everyone else is still asleep, I wake up, walk around, and then go back to bed. And at that moment, how can I say this correctly, I seize the moment. This is just my personal experience. Although at the moment, I just need to mentally prepare myself for the experience, and it happens. It doesn't happen all the time, which is normal, but I just increase the chances this way. And the most important thing, which few people talk about: If you want to get a good night's sleep, don't practice lucid dreaming that night. You need to approach this in moderation; everything has its time. To summarize, write down your dreams and practice meditation; they help a lot with lucid dreaming, although not directly.
  2. True Vacuum I was indirectly asked not to make my comments overly complex. So, simply put, True Vacuum (it's actually very similar to Consciousness, even if you follow a purely intellectual and intuitive approach). A long time ago, I asked an AI to imagine itself as a hundred-dimensional being for fun, and if you saw the True Vacuum as a direct experience, describe it. It gave a very curious answer, beautifully, I would say. And yet, its answer doesn't correspond to the correct description, which is understandable.
  3. I've never experienced sleep paralysis. However, while researching this topic, I learned that those who experience sleep paralysis have a much easier time achieving lucid dreaming. But lucid dreaming has been, and still is, a thing. I remember walking, then trying to run, then thinking, why run? I'd rather fly right away. But faith (a limitation of the adult mind) prevents me from fully flying, but I was able to convince myself. I flew, but somehow strangely. I started going up and down, like on a roller coaster. It became incredibly breathtaking, so much so that I felt like I was about to fly into higher dimensions. But such a rush of feelings broke my concentration, and I woke up. This has happened a couple of times. If you experience sleep paralysis, perhaps you need to practice certain techniques, and things will improve. I don't know exactly which ones, but I do know that they exist. Of course, they are chosen individually in any case, through personal experimentation.
  4. In my opinion, conflicts will exist until we have real telepathy - not just mind reading, but with all the images and stories, complete telepathy.
  5. By the way, asking yourself "Am I dreaming?" in reality and getting into the habit of checking reality for dreams is one of the practices for achieving lucid dreaming.
  6. Is it possible to convince someone that they've been possessed by a dangerous idea? No! They have personal experience. But personal experience isn't a criterion for truth. Who am I writing this to? NO ONE. NO BO DY
  7. It's all your imagination, bro. And what kind of God am I looking for? Should I even look for Him? Or what are you hinting at? Or am I lacking love? Or do I have problems? What are you getting at? Or do you want to show me God? And if you don't want to, then why did you write this? What was the motive, what was the purpose of your writing? Or did you just say it from the heart? And what do you think your soul is like then? And if you didn't write this for me, but for the author, and it's none of my business, then why are you bringing me into the conversation when I'm not in the comments? Don't you think this is gossip? Is this backstabbing? When you're being kind, you can be a little clearer. Thank you. I won't talk about the AI chat, because it's pointless, as I've already realized. There are people here with Dunning-Kruger syndrome, or maybe with more interesting characteristics. P.S. I also noticed something interesting. After communicating with you, for some reason I get banned for a day? Are you a snitch? Is this how a conscious person behaves? Okay. I won't speculate. But it's quite curious and even funny. P.P.S. If you really wanted to help me, you could have told me, dude, to smoke marijuana. Because I have PTSD, and marijuana relieves those symptoms, and stimulating the vagus nerve also relieves those symptoms. Put simply, go for a run or a walk, just regular deep breathing with the diaphragm engaged, and making guttural sounds, and also just rubbing your eyes. The larynx, diaphragm, and eyes are all connected to this nerve. But all of that is just symptomatic treatment; a deeper, more thorough level is needed. But none of this has anything to do with Awakening, because these aren't thoughts, bro.
  8. And I will now explain and substantiate. What is dogma? Dogma is an impenetrable fortress, dogma is a majestic rock. This is the true meaning of dogma. And only God is Dogma, absolute chaos, absolute freedom, absolute boundless expression, absolute order, absolute rigor. Only by "becoming" God will you see the beauty of Dogma, and all contradictions will be resolved, and everything that was harmful and seemed base is not base in itself, everything EXISTS! But God is always not what you think. Be. Forget what is written here. Clear your mind. Open your Mind Feel
  9. I've already determined the path and the way for you to stop doing this. Once, a man joked about looking for power. He was told, "Go to those mountains, you'll find an Indian there, he'll find you himself." And they met. He said to him, "Indian! Show me power, I need it urgently!" The Indian started talking to him, and the man replied, "It's very long, can you do it faster?" The Indian responded, "The quick way, then. I knew it." And he threw an axe at him. He fell and immediately woke up.
  10. Ok. I was too rude to you. And I started talking to you in a prison-like way slang and vibe. If you go to a monastery or go to prison, you'll understand what I'm talking about in a broader context. I'm just kidding, of course, you don't have to go to jail. As I said before, a smart person will understand without negative experience, and if you resist, Reality will beat you in an indirect or direct sense. Sorry dude, I love you ahaha
  11. You'll never understand what I'm talking about. You sit there and provoke me, waiting to see if I'll fall for it. I'll tell you this: I don't give a shit about your provocations. Interpret whether I'm falling for them or not, however you want with your sick brain. But in reality, I wouldn't try to explain things to you like a child and make excuses. I'd simply knock you out, that's what I did to you, like an adult. I know from experience that explaining to people like you is useless, and people don't change. One punch and you'll understand everything better than a thousand words. If you were smart, you wouldn't even have to talk, but you can't explain it to a fool. You're not the first fool I've beaten in my life. Now fuck off.
  12. I don't talk to narcissistic pompous fools who are in constant confrontation. Don't write to me, I won't answer. You said it all back then. If you keep writing to me, then I'll give you an ultimatum, either I'm on the forum or you are. Point. And let them ban me or you. I've said it all.
  13. And the child has the most direct imagination. Think about it. Live with it now ahaha
  14. There is no awakening. Awakening NO Exist. You made it all up. You're hallucinating and waiting for a response from the same hallucinating ones, and you'll discard the ones you don't like, but reality doesn't have to obey your desires. The best way to wake up is to forget about waking up altogether, go for a walk, get creative, play with the kids, pet the cat, go for a ride in the car. Look around you. The only thing you need is maximum authenticity with yourself within reason, otherwise it's a fixed idea and neurosis again. When your expression is sincere. And it's not about removing masks or roles, it's not about ego destruction. It's about the free flow of your energy, without clamps and blocks - this is Life How does awakening feel? Remember yourself as a child. Get in touch with your inner child, in a good way (and not about moodiness, infantilism, immaturity, selfishness - I don't want to, you don't want to bebe e bebe ahahaa) only this is not childhood at all, but a real full-fledged maturity.
  15. This is how I did it, but this is my personal experience, it might not work for you, but there is a general pattern. First, I do meditation, just a regular one, because it helps me concentrate; your psyche teaches you to concentrate. And then I go to bed. At night, I just sleep, and in the morning, after waking up, I first write down the dream, and then go back to sleep. And sometimes it doesn't work out - it's not my day, or it's night, ahaha. And so on. The thing is, for many, morning is the best time for lucid dreaming. For some, yes, at night and even every day, there are such gifted people, but don't emulate them, even if you are gifted. but it's better to take it easy. From there, follow your intuition. And be sure to write down your dreams; it trains your memory. Take this seriously. Moreover, when you reread your notes, try to recall more—this is also an important point, and shouldn't be ignored.
  16. And I almost forgot. You'll experience many disappointments along the way. That's normal; everyone goes through those. Keep that in mind. The main thing is the goal. And if you have two or three lucid dreams a week, that's a huge success; they don't happen every day. Don't overemphasize why I don't have them every day.
  17. The very first thing you absolutely must do is start writing down your dreams, without skipping a single one. Write down as many as you remember, either in a notebook or on a voice recorder. It's best to write in as much detail as possible. The second point is to focus primarily on feelings, not images. You may have a poor memory of the images, but feelings are remembered, and feelings are more important than images. You'll understand why as you go along. Few people on YouTube can advise you on how to get started. They mostly give easy advice, claiming you'll learn it in a day. It's all hype, clickbait, a ploy. Have patience, and the path will be mastered by the one who walks it.
  18. Only Infinity always surpasses Infinity. Live with this now ahaha
  19. So, I'll answer the author's question . Is God self-aware? He is, in essence, the Most Self-Aware, and that includes through you. I'm going to bed.
  20. Sorry, I'm probably just sleeping. So. This phrase about something or someone asserting something, who asserts it? It seems taken out of context. Some blogger asserting it? Or a school teacher? What materialism? Or is it asserted in feature films? Or is it simply someone's personal experience that asserts it? Does "emergence" mean anything? Emergence is the emergence of completely new properties that "things," so to speak, didn't have before they began interacting. The concept of emergence can be applied to anything. For example, a crowd of people, a society of some kind, develops completely new properties that are not inherent to individuals, even properties of certain computing programs. That's emergence. And the idea that we're just a bunch of unconscious matter gathering to form emergent consciousness—well, that's an extremely oversimplified answer... I'm off to bed.
