Oh i see thanks I would say both it really depend of the song Usually i would say melody when the beat is kind of simple When i dance the intro of the melody often give the immediate feeling or vibe of the song But some hidden gems song have sometimes really creative and good beat who are able to get the melody in a totally other dimension and the beat alone is a melody in itself i feel The melody is the skeleton of a song and the beat the muscles more or less thick

I don't think that you are answering my question, You are basically tell me to contemplate and it is important that is true But it is long and that doesn't help me to help people And i don't see how it will help me to talk to my subconscious and reprogram it And even less to other people

This post follows another post I made here : I think I have found what works for me, to prepare my trips. I’m sharing it because it might help some people here who could recognize themselves in my experience To explain a bit how I got there : In response to some comments on Leo’s mega thread here : Leo suggested that I contemplate “what a visionary is”. So I started doing it. I contemplated, over several sessions, CONTEMPLATE : What is a visionary : I started by taking different examples of visionaries, according to me. People like Jeff Bezos, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Nintendo, but also Leo. And also, for me, visionary creations like Google, cornflakes, supermarkets, etc. From there, I started to analyze some of their common points These are things that changed the lives of millions of people, whether on a global scale or on the scale of a niche, like Nintendo for example. But also because, for me, they seemed to be visionaries or works of visionaries. Because they often simplified life, removed problems, or improved already existing solutions for millions of people Often, a visionary starts from an idea or a concept that already existed and improves it. But sometimes not. For example, Bill Gates created Windows from nothing. Well, no software or type of Windows existed at that time. But he still designed Windows for PCs, for computers that already existed at the time. And I came to the conclusion that a visionary creates a solution to improve or remove the flaws of a system, a concept, or a way of life, etc. And I also asked myself : But I realized that in the end, all the visionaries I had taken as examples had created things. So I asked myself, for example, are Martin Luther King or Mandela visionaries ? And for me, yes, they were visionaries, yet they created nothing So I wondered if it simply came down to finding solutions. And whether a visionary, as the word suggests, had a vision ? Or whether a visionary does not need a vision ? And I came to the conclusion that, for me, yes, he had a vision. Does the vision come before the visionary proposes a solution, or does the solution come before the vision ? For example, did Steve Jobs have the vision of a world with iPods, or did he create the iPod before having this vision of “helping people”, etc. Did the creators of Google create Google with the vision that today everyone would use it, or did they first create their search engine and then what happened happened. And I came to the conclusion that no : for me, a visionary is someone who has a vision and proposes a solution to reach that vision. I already thought I had gotten pretty close to what a visionary is, and that I had started to grasp something about it. I decided to plan a 5-MeO trip. And for the first time, I decided to plug it. I took higher doses than the previous doses : 20 mg. And as I explained in my previous post, I didn’t really know what to do to draw conclusions from it, and to have realizations that actually impact my life after the trip So I decided, before my trip, to do things differently : By following the plugging protocol (mixing 20mg of 5-MeO freebase with 3ml of water and 2ml of white vinegar) I decided before plugging to contemplate “what is a visionary” for 30 minutes, which would give time for the 5-MeO to dissolve even better in the solution And once again, I feel that I got quite close to what a visionary is. I also started to contemplate what it is to be creative, what a vision is, etc. And I came to certain conclusions : Visionaries always have fairly simple visions, that attack problems, and then they propose creative and imaginative solutions to solve these problems. I of course came to ask myself what creation is, what it means to be creative, what it means to be imaginative. Are visionaries really creative ? Because in the end, they often have simple ideas. But just because these ideas are simple does not mean they are not creative. In the end, everything is creative. Everything that makes up our human life today is creative. It’s just that we are so used to seeing it that we no longer realize that it is creative. Some visionaries will be much more creative than others, and moreover, very often, the more creative they are, the more successful they will be. But in the end, the vision of a visionary is original, and his vision is a creation. And a visionary will also work to make his vision real, he will work to make his creation real. This is where I ended my contemplation before my 5-MeO trip. And I really thought I had gotten even closer to what a visionary was, and understood it even better. And in fact, during my 5-MeO trip, I realized that I was very far from it. TRIP REPORT I had to let go so that my level of consciousness could increase more and more, and I reflected on several topics wich i will talk about I saw a woman that I know And I saw in my mind that she was very interested in me, extremely interested in me. She was very flirty and physical toward me More than she has ever been, but not overly exaggerated compared to usual And it’s funny because I knew I was imagining, and at the same time I said to myself : “but it’s incredible how real what’s happening is”. And in fact I started to believe it : “it’s real, she is really into me”. Then I said to myself : “but that’s in my head”. Except that I realized that what is in my head is real !! But it is only real at my own scale, internally It is not real for you or for someone else, even if the way it feels real to me will allow me to influence the external world to match this reality …. But wait a minute : A visionary materializes his vision into the physical world !!! And that’s when I had a first insight, which led me to many others. My mind then drifted a bit, thinking about women, about what I want in life, etc. At a certain moment I came back to the subject of my contemplation, and I asked myself again : what is it to be a visionary ? At that moment, I thought again about that girl who was really into me And I said to myself : “but that’s a vision actually”. So in the end, if what happens in my head is real, then my vision is real !!!! Because I felt EXACTLY as if she was in front of me, my internal state was EXACTLY the same. So my vision is real ! INSIGHT : OH MY GOOD !!! I AM A VISIONNARY ! I started laughing by myself ! Then my mind started drifting again, imagining myself with many women, seducing women, etc. And I said to myself : “but what happens in my head is real”. And at first, I really felt like I was attracting them into the real world. And then I said to myself : “oh my god, I am a visionary actually”. Then I said to myself : “in fact, everyone is a visionary”. Since everyone can materialize their vision into the real world. Because what happens in our heads is just as real as what happens in the real world. In the end, what happens in the real world happens in our heads. Our eyes take in information from the external world, but it is our brain that constructs the image we see. In reality, we don’t “see” directly : it’s the brain that creates what our eyes see. So our brain could, in theory, construct a totally different image from what our eyes actually perceive. Anyway, what happens in the real world happens in our heads, and what we imagine also happens in our heads. So what we imagine is just as real as what happens in the real world. But then I asked myself : if there are so few visionaries, why are there so few visionaries ? And I told myself that maybe it’s because… if for example I want to be a visionary… here, it happened to me kind of by chance. I thought about women and I felt it was real, especially with 5-MeO. But maybe in the end, it’s because I still don’t know what my vision is. So if I want to be a visionary, I first need to start by creating my vision, and then make it materialize. And in the end, if I don’t know what I want in life, it’s because I don’t have a vision. If I have a vision, then I will know what I want in life. However, what is interesting is that right after this incredible epiphany, my life immediately started to make much more sense. The next step for me is to learn hypnosis. FINAL NOTES : I tried to briefly explain my thoughts and conclusions so you could understand the key points. However, I reflected on many more things than what I wrote here, and I can’t fully explain everything clearly. It would require a lot of effort and time, because there are many nuances behind my words and reflections. That’s why you should always do your own contemplation and gain your own insights in order to fully grasp the meaning of any subject. I also think that I still may not fully know what a “visionary” really is. So of course feel free to add your own conclusion or thoughts about it i will contemplate them too ! Take Leo’s teachings very seriously, because they are extremely powerful, and I feel that what I just experienced is only a preview.
