Before I get too deep, can you relate to the notion of "awakening" to a realization of "simultaneity" on a grand scale? So grand that it becomes non-dual?

Realizing simultaneity reveals both the underlying correspondences and the over arching principles which contribute past, present, and possible-future events. In other words, it cultivates a sharp intellect, like a whip.

In brief? Simultaneity.

My contribution: 1) Intentional breathing: Observing the breath on its circuit. The breath follows the mind; the heart follows the breath. 2) Intentional perception: For the past 20+ years I practice intentionally "watching the world through a wide lens", for lack of better words. It's intentionally including the full extent of periphery eye-sight while walking and doing daily activities. 3) Rapid trance state: in the heat of the moment, if needed, a rapid trance state can be achieved within 2 or 3 breaths by closing the eyes and observing and probing deeper and deeper into the red, yellow, orange, and green little dots that naturally appear. ( the colors vary depending on circumstance ).

I'm weak on this one. I could be very wrong, but, the closest analogue that I've found is "Nirvikalpa Samadhi". See here and here. I'll appreciate feedback on this.

The best way? The best way is if it's her idea. ... kiss the girl, then draw back. Look in her eyes. Soften yours. Then kiss her again. Repeat. In general, if the interest is deferred the debt can be ignored for now. If not, the interest rate determines if and when to start chipping away at the debt. The last item on your list was a conscious-job. You currently have a job. Any glimmers there?

Are there glimmers of financial freedom, conscious job, and helping family in your life right now?

What does happy-healthy-successful look like for you in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?

Clarity is absolute sanity.

A seed falls on the ground. It's covered with dust and debris. It's moistened and germinates. It sprouts. Pushing down and up, it roots into the ground and develops into a tree. Within the life-cycle of the tree, the ground-state is where it remains while it is improving. The state in which one is born is the beginning where an individual is being rooted. This rooting event is eternal. Going back to the analogy of the tree, each and every moment of the tree's life-cycle is depending on and emerging from the ground-state.

1) not "or"... "and". " ... understanding can be developed and some are born ... " 2) "Understanding" of consciousness can be developed while "knowing" and "knowledge" of consciousness cannot. Understanding is relational and doesn't require apprehension. All that's needed are good models and metaphors. Developing good ( useful ) understanding comes from developing good ( accurate ) models and metaphors.
