  1. You’re free to think that. Most people judge what they haven’t experienced. Come back after you’ve actually tried anything beyond comfort.
  2. Good. Two or three days is more than enough to understand the direction of this path. Just remember that the point is not to push the body. The point is to listen so deeply that the body itself tells you when to stop, when to rest and when to slow down. Approach it with awareness, not ego. With calmness, not tension. As inner observation, not a challenge. If you stay conscious and gentle with yourself, even a short period without intake will reveal what it needs to reveal. Your experience will speak louder than any belief or theory.
  3. My friend, you’re still looking at this through the lens of biology, and biology is only the last and most superficial layer of this experience. People repeat the “three days without water” idea because they’re talking about a hydration-dependent organism. Dry fasting shifts you into a completely different metabolic mode where the body stops depending on external intake and begins using internal water, fat-bound hydrogen and subtle energetic sources that normal physiology never activates. This is not about survival. It is about switching operating systems. I don’t need to stream myself twenty-four hours a day. When someone needs proof, it means their mind is still in fear and doubt. People who rely only on the mind demand evidence. People who enter fasting rely on direct experience. These are two different realities entirely. Regarding the solar plexus, when that center activates it is not about losing the desire for food. It is about no longer being controlled by desire. You can still enjoy food, but you are no longer a slave to it. Freedom is not denial. Freedom is conscious choice. You mentioned your water keeps getting shut off every day. Life often prepares people before they understand what they are being prepared for. Sometimes the environment pushes you toward purification long before the mind catches up. You don’t need fourteen days. Begin with twenty-four to forty-eight hours of dry fasting. Do it calmly, without fear, without expectations. Feel the internal shift directly. Direct experience will answer every question your mind is asking right now. If you truly want to meet the Divine, quiet the body, quiet the senses and quiet the external input. What remains is God.
