theres alot i want to say about this but. go watch what this guy has to say for yourself. https://www.tiktok.com/@trueimmortal777 his youtube u can find easily digestable live stream q and a's that i've found helpful youtube: trueimmortal777 the last thing i can say is it took me a long time to hear what he's trying to say there's alot to this, i'd suggest as deep of a dive as possible. for reference im about 5 weeks into transition and feel amazing. *edit: optional, you can save alot of time and confusion by buying his ebook. its about $20 USD. and i know that may make this post seem like an ad but, it's not.

considering someone a cooker is a very easy way to dismiss what they have to say so you don’t have to do anything about it. he is telling people how to eat and get mucus out of the body, and what eating animal products and fat is really doing. he then is passionate enough to tellas many people as he can how to do it. seems like someone pretty grounded to me. That’s what I wanted you to see from the other content he has.

@Natasha Tori Maru natasha, please tell me you watched more than just that video, honestly, me posting just that link by itself does not do justice to the message and understanding he is trying to communicate in all of his videos. its like me asking another forum, what do you guys think of this leo guy, here's his video called real time spiritual awakening; oh no he looks like a nutter. the reason i specifically chose that video is because he is clearly talking about something alot of us wouldn't understand so i was seeing if anyone in this forum would.
