In order to repopulate, you create incentives for families to have more children, this is easy to do and nothing new, not an original idea. Think, lower taxes to no taxes, depending on how many kids a family has. If we had a proper design of society we'd be producing an abundance of food and in turn you could offer healthy free food or discounted price, once again dependant on amount of kids. Same thing, dependant on how many kids a family has you could create incentives which lower costs of housing. We send billions to other nations for war, and considering the level of sophistication, intelligence, and technology applied to it all, we could apply all of that energy, attention, intellect, and resources to building our nation. If we had real representation, broadly speaking, you wouldn't see phony's speaking to the importance of bankrupting our nations and future generations because it is the moral thing to do to give billions to other nations. We've been sold lies for generations just like we are today. The phrase "melting pot" comes to mind and it ain't a white thought.
