  2. You somewhere said that sugar is not bad and is not the problem. Here you say that. Could you elaborate a bit please on point of sugar? Because I hear a lot that sugar is bad, but you said somewhere the opposite.
  3. I`m confused about the calorie deficit: if I eat, in example, 3000 calories a day, then I start eating 2500 calories a day for like month or two, will my weight keep going down or my body just adapted to 2500 calories and now I need to eat like 2000 calories?

  13. Yeah, I`m consistently on 70 kg for like 2 years. The only thing that change that body fat percentage, but it`s been changing when I`ve been going to the gym.
  14. Yeah I did a bulks before. I lost like 10 kilos 3 years ago. Fine, after I will be 99% certain that I really do 1000 kcal I will bump here, because for now I’m certain on this one for 70%.

  16. Yeah, quite active compared to "normal" human. No thyroid issues. I don`t have scales at home, but I eat once a day and I cook by myself or what mom cooks for me. So it`s quite healthy food, no fast food, no cola-colas, etc. So I can`t physically stuff myself with a lot of food with one take. Will consider that. Thank you Oh yeah, I`m sorry. I`m 70 kg which is 155 pounds. Now, I don`t go to the gym, but I have a bit of workout everyday. Everything that you mentioned is fine besides healing from injury. I get injuries very often, especially when I`ve been going to the gym. Props it is some calcium deficiency or whatever.
