Hello. I`ve been struggling with pain in my back for almost 3 years now. Specifically pain in lower back, shoulder blades and neck. Below I provided detailed background of my back pain, I think it would be useful. If you don`t wanna read it, just give some advice that you think would be useful to me. Thank you! Here is my background: 2.5 years ago I started going to the gym and lifting weights. Then at some time I begun training shoulder on hammer shoulder press machine (pinned screenshot of that machine). At some point I started feeling pain in my left shoulder blade. But I was stupid and kept on going. And every time I did this exercise, I felt that pain in left shoulder blade. Later pain appeared in my right shoulder blade and there I started doubting whether this exercise is good or not, and I stopped doing this exercise. So this episode of my life that I told you right now, I think, launched all my back problems. Of course I`ve been to the doctors, chiropractors and even spiritual healer. But still to this day, I still have this pain.

Sup everyone, last year went through a Life Purpose Course of Leo`s. But the thing I was left with is just ambiguous directions that I can, maybe, move to. Hello, for all my life (I`m 18) I`ve been gamer and stayed in front of screen at least for 6 hours a day. On weekends it is around 12 hours a day. And my eyesight for all this time was literally perfect, 100%. But few months ago I got my first job as a salesman. So I had to speak with people in google meet for 8 hours a day. From that point on I started noticing that my eyesight started depleting. A month ago I was at ophthalmologist and she said that now my eyesight is 0.9 (90%). So, what`s the deal? How is it that I`m for almost 13 years played games for more hours than I do now and had perfect eyesight and then it just dropped in one month to 0.9? And how to recover my eyesight to normal again? Thanks.

Tbh my life didn`t really change after 2022 war. I visit mostly youtube. And now just with VPN. So if you think I lost something - I didn`t. But it`s me. Some people really need paypal, but it doesn`t work here. Like, I can`t buy Leo`s booklist, but it`s ok. Russia is a scary place to live if you some social justice warrior or celebrity. But I`m Mr.NoOne, so government doesn`t care much about pawns. Maybe that`s I`m blind, but I want to escape this country, but at the same time don`t have much reasons for it besides that I can get drafted to war. Maybe you help me?)

Yes, I don`t need VPN to visit actualized. Youtube, facebook, instagram, X, almost all google services and all those "foreign" websites are blocked. So I can`t access them without good VPN. And here we have local messengers like Telegram, VK and Max. The last one basically spies on you 24/7, more than any googles and apples out there, if you have it on your phone.
