Yeah, quite active compared to "normal" human. No thyroid issues. I don`t have scales at home, but I eat once a day and I cook by myself or what mom cooks for me. So it`s quite healthy food, no fast food, no cola-colas, etc. So I can`t physically stuff myself with a lot of food with one take. Will consider that. Thank you Oh yeah, I`m sorry. I`m 70 kg which is 155 pounds. Now, I don`t go to the gym, but I have a bit of workout everyday. Everything that you mentioned is fine besides healing from injury. I get injuries very often, especially when I`ve been going to the gym. Props it is some calcium deficiency or whatever.

I think it`s mostly stress.

Following Leo’s work I wonder: who would I be if I didn’t find him? But nonetheless, why is that so that to have amazing life that most of us on this forum are striving to, to have that life we need to be philosophical? What I mean is naturally, I’m not skeptically or rationally minded. Only after I started watching Leo’s videos, I begun to care about truth and critical thinking. Why is that so? Like out there exist people like me, who are naturally not inclined to have critical thinking and caring about epistemology, in example. Are those people destined for misery and “normie” life?

Before I found actualized.org, I thought that the only way to get knowledge is through books. Like to me it never occured in my life that I can contemplate and think about stuff. What if someone has more outgoing and extraverted type of personality and is not predisposed to contemplative-like thinking? I know you`re not omnipotent and omniscient in the practical sense, but why there are just some people who are prone to be anti-contemplative, per say, than others? Why doesn`t every human acknowledge their ability to think and use contemplation?

I read Gandhi`s autobiography and he told about his mistakes honestly in that book. What do you think?

Hello. I`m figuring my life purpose in life (I`ve gone through Leo`s course.) and when I think of when animals suffers it makes me cry and I want to change it. But I doubt a bit that it is just my feminine side (I`m man) acting out and that`s it. Maybe this is my purpose and I`m just overthinking? Who feels the same towards animals? Thank you for reading.
