You somewhere said that sugar is not bad and is not the problem. Here you say that. Could you elaborate a bit please on point of sugar? Because I hear a lot that sugar is bad, but you said somewhere the opposite.

I`m confused about the calorie deficit: if I eat, in example, 3000 calories a day, then I start eating 2500 calories a day for like month or two, will my weight keep going down or my body just adapted to 2500 calories and now I need to eat like 2000 calories?

there is tons of them. Like doing some micro-politics thing, creating businesses, something with languages, making youtube channel on specific niche. Btw I`ve already tried 3D, programming, graphic design and photography. ENTJ speaks inside of me that I`m not that.
