  1. I contemplated on your advice and came to the conclusion that I just like the sound of typing on a keyboard. That’s the first thing. Second thing I liked is putting my thoughts on paper. Also I’m in the flow when I’m typing some text. I dunno what kind of life purpose this could possibly be lol You know, likely I’m not the artistic type, because when I played guitar, shot photos, made music in fl studio, created something in blender, I just felt: “Yeah, this is all cute and beautiful, but it really doesn’t matter.” And when I think to myself: “If this doesn’t matter, so what matters?” Answers I get on this question are only about helping poor, like people in Africa, helping animals. Because to me, all this artistic shit like music, films and art overall is not available to people who don’t have food to eat, like some girl in Gaza, don’t have law and schools. This is what really matters.
  2. "Unscripted" by MJ Demarco is quite good
  3. Do you think that is better approach in work than working at a certain time for fixed amount of hours? I mean you probably have a lot of things to work on, doesn`t it feel like you need to be super-productive to get all your projects done?

  10. Leo sometimes talks about that if you meditate mechanically, you will not get far much. What are properties of mechanical meditation?
  11. Life is a mess. If you want to help a lot of people, it is better if you take care of your health and live till 80 years old, not 30. So to be helping people a lot you need at some part to be selfish. If you`re talking about being selfless just monk and sitting here meditating without any help to society, then yes, you can have instead of protein the holy spirit. You can be selfless only if you survive, where surviving is inherently selfish.
  12. To me that would be nature. I`m freaking fond of nature. Maybe in past life I was a giraffe eating eucalyptus leaves.
  13. Hey, now I`m more into materialistic pursuits, so to not degrade much in spiritual domain I want to keep some habits, things that are essential in pursuing spiritual work. So what are they? Thanks for your attention.
  14. man you`re fucking legend for sharing this. and the author of this article is even more legend
  15. Thanks. But I think that to have spontaneous insights you should make your mind spinning it`s wheels, which is sitting and making it to concentrate on a specific question. Then, you just having a shower or hear someone speaking about something irrelevant, and insight just drops. Leo talked about this in how to be insightful episode.
  16. Contemplation is setting aside some time for deeply thinking about anything you want.
  17. WTF Steve Witkoff acts in movies??? How beautiful Trump`s precidency is!
  18. Thanks. What about contemplation? Is even 15 minutes a day, in example, worth it? Or if ever contemplate, to do this for at least 1 hour? Thanks. In a nutshell, living mindfully
  19. Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs. And I want to be highly conscious but don`t know what awakening does with being highly conscious.
  20. You avoided the question btw.
  21. Hey, while Leo deconstructs rationality, I`m at the stage of development, when I need the opposite. Because I`m quite green without strong orange foundation. So, question in the title as says. Thanks!
