They are effective when absolutely needed. When I was flying off the rails, Olanzapine was one of the only things that could bring me back down to earth - so for that I think it's a good thing. But if you are stable and showing no signs of psychosis long term, I don't think it's necessary. Just my thoughts.

@Ponder I was put on Olanzapine after a psychotic episode last year and was on it for a total of 10 months. I really didn't want to be on it. The stuff was so sedating it was making me sleep 12 hours a day and I constantly felt numbed out of life. I felt stable enough mentally to stop taking so I did. The withdrawals were pretty rough but it was worth it. Way too strong for me.

Saying no is a superpower. Most people are too needy and desperate for approval to effectively say no and mean it.

There are other realms and dimensions of consciousness. I've accessed them and yes they can be incredibly beneficial, in many ways. You will probably need help from a substance to access them though.

You really gotta take action, experiment, and actually try things out. See how you feel when you are doing them. I believe Leo called these "Mini projects" or something like that in the course. Once you try enough things out you will start to get a better sense of what you actually enjoy, not just what sounds good in your head. From there you can iterate and start practicing to master skills in that field. That's when it gets really fun.

Few thoughts on this one: 1. "Death" is a transition between states of consciousness. 2. Nothing is lost at death because there was never a separate individual you to lose in the first place.
