  1. 7/10 Mexico city I was lucky enough to live in a city, because overall, Mexico is falling apart as you might have heard. But somehow Mexico city is like a bubble inside the country, it's still pretty bad, don't get me wrong, but It's not a -2 like in other parts of the country.
