this is well said. eating clean really makes a difference - you can literally feel it in your body and mind. that clear, energized feeling after a good, nutritious meal just doesnt compare to how you feel after junk food. these days, whenever i have junk, my body is way more sensitive to it. its almost like, “nope get this shit outta here“ like it knows better now.

i wonder the same haha. for me, it always depends if i feel like listening or not. most of the time if @Nilsi or @Cireeric post something new i tend to listen because we have a similar taste in music.
