  2. @Nemra sorry if it felt like I was making fun of you. I still have a bit of a mean streak at times. I'm actually genuinely wishing you the best. hope everything is perfect for you.
  3. @Nemra all the best mate, have a wonderful day. remember to smile! I hope the sun shines on you, and many blessings come your way.
  4. @Nemra My mother was such a good woman. I miss her, but also have accepted her death, and have let her go (to some extent.)
  5. Nah, i don't eat McDonald's any more. I had too many, and put on weight. I prefer healthier options like grilled salmon, or a medium steak with a side of vegetables and roast potatoes. Yum! I also like ketchup on my steak, which is not everyone's preference, but I like it nonetheless.
  6. Here's a question to you all? If it was your last day, would you be on a forum talking about spiritual mumbo-jumbo?
  7. this is a great thread by the way. makes me think.
  8. @5-D - L O V E what's your favourite animal? I like the seahorse.
  9. What do you prefer? coffee or tea? I like both. Coffee can give you a nice energy boost, but a cup of tea is more relaxing.
  10. @PurpleTree A purple tree would be quite divine. On a beautiful island, with waves lapping at the shore, and tropical birds singing. I'm talking about a purple tree, not you.
  11. @Nemra but the thing the beilief is about, may not be in your direct experience. I
  12. I think what he's saying is that non-duality sees everything as spiritual. How can Trump not be a perfect expression of the divine any less than anything else.
  13. Have you considered travel? Pick a place on the planet, and make a trip there. It can be wonderful to change your scenery once in a while.
  14. @Nemra How's having no beliefs and only experiencing what is in your direct experience going? Good, yeah? I hope so.
  15. Yes I am, and it's OK for you to think otherwise.
  16. Well your kid nephew sounds like a brat. God gives us a conscience and free will from birth. We know what we do is right or wrong because we have a "conscience", which means "with knowledge". And if we have knowledge of good and evil, then we can choose which path to take. I'm not perfect. I'm not Jesus. But listen to what Jesus said, because he was onto something.
  17. Don't complicate things. Look at the world as you did when you were a child. Good and evil are like black and white. It's not complicated, and easy to see the difference if you are aware. As for your next question, yes, Hell exists as well, but it is possible to escape. I should know.
  18. OK, one thing I will say is that it definitely helps to do morally sound deeds in order to ensure that you get back there. But even people who have committed evil acts can return there if they repent. The story of the prodigal son is an example of this.
  19. If you think God is something you can figure out with the mind, then you are misguided.
  20. No, I think I described it as accurately as I needed to.
  21. There's nothing sad about the truth of the existence of Heaven. Our temporary suffering on Earth is part of God's plan for us to learn from. So in the greater picture, no it is not sad, it is incredibly beautiful and perfect in every way.
  22. You're welcome. Everyone knows, but most people don't know that they know. Because they've forgotten.
  23. Ah. That's easy to answer. It's a beautiful place of Love and Light that you came from, and will return to when you die.
  24. The only reason you don't believe in Heaven is because you've forgotten where you came from.
  25. Hey guys, I've still got the biggest dick.
