If you watch porn it is very hard to limit yourself to a girl because you are used to variety. Porn is a like an all you can eat restaurant with different kinds of cuisines. And if you have a gf you have to limit yourself to not one cuisine, but to one dish. So your nervous system and your brain is not used to it. And the worst part of it all is that IMDB rating are way off. People gave a 6.9 to the soulless creation called Gladiator II. Just sitting through it was a torture. I wouldn't even give it a 2. Mainstream movies are like nowadays mainstream women. Too puffed up and too much make-up. Plastic surgery and aspiring unnaturalness. Big attitude and lack of self reflection. Too big of a body count and not lack of truth and acceptance. Absolutely no taste and lack of a personality/agency of their own. Too focussed on the outside and not on the inside. These movies have absolute no depth. It is all about puffing up cheap emotions. It is such an abomination. I looked out for this movie for months. The movie Gladiator was so dear to my heart and they shat on it.

It is the old guard that keeps the structural problems in tact. A country usually changes when the old guard dies out.

Kasparov wrote an amazing book called how life imitates chess. I think he answers this question amazingly. For me chess is an amazing way to practice mastery. And being a student of mastery means you aren’t following your bliss. If you are following your bliss you will jump from one craze to another craze and never get good at anything. And the thing is if you get good at one thing very well you can transfer it to another skill. For example I play chess but I use that strategic mind in boxing too. Being a good thinker is a meta skill and I think chess is the best way to practice it.

People are just looking for stuff to get upset about. And a lot of men have this savior complex which is an inferiority complex in actuality. They think they can fix her and make her their wives. It is a failed strategy from the start. Just like you say. There are pornstars who swallow 100’s of loads and do much worse stuff. Or a regular prostitute probably has that body count every week.
