  14. Most important one is presence aka being non reactive. Just practicing this one is a handful. These principles should be exercises in isolation and then put together with the other ones because they are holons. Each principle is part of another one but presence (consciousness which is the opposite of being in a deep state) is the fertile ground.

I live in one of the wealthiest countries in the world and medical help and especially psychological help is very dire. Books will exist just like how mechanical watches exist. Just a figment of the past. For example language learning through AI is already superior than just learning it from a book.   20. Wrestling with God, his newest book, is actually worth reading. One of the best books I read in a long time. There is no best book list. Most of the best books can’t be digested by regular people. They need that fluff. The best meta skill one can have is to know what to focus on and what is digestible for your mind at a particular time. It requires a lot of intuition.

Yesterday I had such a deep insight that shook me and gave me more humility than I have. Basically the collective consciousness of humanity is part of everybody and all we need to do is to add our cherry on top.
