Alot of feminists claim that all the world problems are created by men. If men never existed what would the world look like? Would women have taken on all the male roles? Male roles throughout history include construction, engineering, inventing, war, crime, murder. I think all progress is a form of violence on nature and women are less violent. Therefore in a world where only women exist society would be similar to pre-colonial native American lifestyles focusing more on harmony and community.

He could have a point. American media (like their medical system) is shamelessly for profit. This can have undesirable consequences such as higher levels of polarization.

You guys gave good reasons. I would guess it's because democracy inherently is polarized with multiiple sides competing for power. Dictatorships by definition don't allow other poles. Since the US is the largest, most influential, and globally impactful country (culturally, economically, and militarily etc) the stakes are higher, it gets more attention, and there are more interested parties trying to lobby for influence. Thus more news coverage, influencers, and attention. Interesting question.
