  1. Probably true, at least to some degree.
  2. There's no doubt users on the platform are guilty of crimes. But like questionreality mentioned, that's true of most communications networks. 10)Provision of cryptographic services aimed at ensuring confidentiality, without mandatory declaration. This one is especially bad. Is this part of the EU's new DSA? Are you not allowed to use encryption at will in EU countries? 11)Illegal provision of cryptography beyond what is necessary to ensure confidentiality. 12)Illegal import of cryptographic tools beyond those necessary to ensure confidentiality. I wonder how this qualifier is determined.
  3. 13)Complicity in not providing France an easily accessible backdoor into Telegram. Yes, the creation of precedent here is quite terrifying.
  4. There's no doubt that conspiratorial thinking is like a black hole which feeds on itself and expands ever larger into absurdity. Alex Jones would be an example of where it has had time to grow to cartoonish proportions. It's especially bad when the mind doing the theorizing wasn't especially bright to begin with, because the beliefs shoot into the stratosphere with no limiting factor or grounding. It's a delicate balance though, because there likely are such things as real and concerning conspiracies. We don't want to foster a knee-jerk reaction of disgust at the very notion that those in power can plan amongst each other in a coordinated way to their benefit above those they rule. It just needs to have some basis in verifiable fact. If we were to simply auto-disbelieve, God knows what we may miss.
  5. Fair enough, the choices I presented were obviously exaggerated polar opposites. No doubt you and everyone else here falls somewhere in between them. My whole point in making these posts is to shed a bit more light on a specific type of belief that many people have, and it's a strongly motivating factor for them indeed. It could be worth a closer look just to understand the basics tenets of the conspiracy theory. As a tip, an AI chatbot of reasonable quality will do an excellent job summarizing if you feed it a query such as "According to the conspiracy theory relating to the World Economic Forum, what are all its goals?" If you observe those bullet points and then compare them to statements made by certain public figures, a lot of understanding regarding motivations should click into place.
  6. Awesome, looking forward to both.
  7. Would you draw a distinction between the two choices of simply claiming your enemy is a frothing-at-the-mouth raving lunatic and comprehending their motivations on a deeper level? Which methodology would you rather use to go to war?
  8. RFK made the moves he did because he believes in the dangers of an upcoming illiberal technocracy posed by international centers of power such as those affiliated with the World Economic Forum. From listening to his words and having a loose understanding of the conspiracy theory, it's quite clear that's what he's referencing. So he views Trump as the lesser evil when compared against something of that magnitude. I saw a post a few months ago where someone asked Leo about the WEF, and he replied that he wasn't informed enough to comment. I'm guessing nobody else here has a strong grasp on any of those details either, as it's not the type of reporting that'd make its way into this circle. That's perfectly fine and good because there's little evidence the conspiracy actually exists, but it's caused you all to be scratching your heads as to why RFK would do this. For the record, I don't know much about the WEF/NWO mythos either, but I know enough to recognize when others are aware. I'm not posting this to start a conspiracy argument. I just wanted to point you guys in the right direction so you have a clearer view as to why RFK would do such a thing.
  9. Who's to say what any person would do if they accidentally stumbled on the truth of spirituality. If I remember correctly, you yourself were an atheist before having an experience that made it undeniable. I know my life would have gone in a very different direction if I didn't have the knowledge. As for Trump and billions of others, it's quite difficult to aim your aspirations at something when you're not even aware it exists. Hilarious video. AI is incredible.
  10. Apart from the reasons UnbornTao is giving, I think it could be fair to respond with the simple answer that he may be lying or deluding himself. It's always possible that's the case without our handy Awakening Meter™ to provide objective validation. I'm not necessarily saying he is being dishonest, but we seem awfully quick to take him at his word for something more radical than radical.
  11. For those paying close attention to the details, it's obvious a fusion needs to occur between our understandings of physics and genuine spiritual phenomena. Scientists like Tesla were clearly aware of this, at least on some level.
  12. If the laws restricting privacy that they've attempted to pass over the years are any indication, it's obvious those in high positions would rather we're unable to communicate with each other in a way they're incapable of eavesdropping. Thankfully, the public becomes wise to the attempts every time and they're quickly shut down. But they've been inching it forward for decades, and we may find ourselves frogs in a pot not realizing we're about to reach boiling.
  13. This is especially true considering the encryption protocols used by Telegram. Short of some type of malicious exploit, it shouldn't be possible for a third party to view one user's message to another. I'm sure France and many other governments hate that, but it's the obscurity afforded to us by the technology. Hopefully this arrest isn't a step towards limiting rights to encryption in general, similar to what's happened in China.
  14. Yes, the main question of the thread made me think of this exact thing. Thanks for posting, because I couldn't remember the title. As I recall, her description from having the left hemisphere partially deactivated had some close similarities to real mystical states. I'd have to imagine there's some significant differences as well though, since she was pretty much disabled due to it.
  15. Oh man, of that there is no doubt. The moment it moves from the fringes into the spotlight, I can't imagine there'd be anything else worth discussing more.
  16. Fair enough, I trust you more than myself to sort out the proper locations in your own forum.
  17. By the way, this thread seems really out of place in the Politics section. I'm fairly certain that everyone who frequents this section could not believe less in anything UFO related.
  18. New interview with Luis Elizondo and Ross Coulthart.
  19. Yes, exactly. Excellent observation. When you're in this state, a type of somatic cleansing naturally occurs. Traumas, or rather, little pieces of your false sense of self, are palpably shaken loose from your energetic system. It's a profound form of healing that produces very obvious results in your everyday life. Awesome, that line stood out to me as well. It's a very important distinction in the understanding of the heightened state we're aiming for here. The mind doesn't seem to disappear per se, but rather it takes its rightful place as slave instead of master. The true identity as consciousness is revealed. This in turn causes the mind to be quiet, as it no longer needs to jabber on to maintain the facade of your false identity.
  20. And here's a description from Adyashanti of the after-effects of one of his awakenings. This aligns extremely strongly with my 5-MeO-DMT experiences. Awareness is laid bare in the present moment to such a degree, it's as if everything in reality now has 100% persistent novelty. Like Adyashanti mentions, it's a miraculous state of existence. It truly needs to be experienced to be understood. The next thing that happened was that I took a step, just an ordinary step. It felt like the way a baby does when it takes his first good step and then smiles and looks around as if to say, “Did you see that?” and you can see his joy. So I took a step, and it was like, “Wow! The first step!” and another step, and then another, and I kept moving in circles because every step was the first step. It was a miracle. In each “first” step, formless consciousness and Oneness just merged together so that the awakeness that had always identified itself as form was now actually inside of the form, unidentified. It wasn’t looking through any thoughts or memories of what had come before, just through the five senses. With no history or memory, every step felt like a first step.
  21. Here's a pretty good definition by an AI chatbot. This aligns with my understanding and experience, so I figure it's worth sharing. In mysticism, "no-mind" (also known as "no-thought" or "thoughtless awareness") refers to a state of consciousness where the mind is free from thoughts, concepts, and mental constructs. It is a state of awareness that transcends the thinking mind, where the individual experiences a sense of unity, clarity, and freedom from the constant chatter of the mind. In this state, the mind is not actively thinking, reasoning, or conceptualizing. Instead, it is a state of pure awareness, where the individual is fully present and aware of the present moment, without the filter of thoughts, emotions, or mental conditioning. The concept of no-mind is often associated with Eastern spiritual traditions, such as Buddhism, Taoism, and Advaita Vedanta. It is seen as a state of liberation from the limitations of the thinking mind, where the individual can experience a deeper sense of reality, unencumbered by the constraints of thought and conceptualization. No-mind is not the same as a blank or empty mind, but rather a mind that is fully aware and present, yet unencumbered by thoughts and mental constructs. It is a state of awareness that is often described as effortless, spontaneous, and natural. In practical terms, no-mind can be experienced through various spiritual practices, such as meditation, mindfulness, and contemplation. These practices help to quiet the mind, allowing the individual to access a deeper state of awareness and experience the world in a more direct and unfiltered way.
  22. lol true enough. I'm guessing that's the typical result when an especially effectual leader gains a large following. The cult-like characteristics instinctually flip on in many of the followers' minds. Not really Destiny's fault though, I guess.
