The easy way: 5-MeO-DMT The hard way: Meditation Perhaps the best way: A practice utilizing a combo of both

A million percent. I'm glad someone else gets it. Somehow, Trump has distracted everyone from the underlying reality, and has made it appear as if the feelings of many millions (from the US and beyond) are all tied to one single man. It's no wonder the desire to make him disappear is at a fever pitch.

I grabbed this from AI. I remember Wilber talking about it, but I couldn't recall the details, so I cheated a bit: According to Ken Wilber, men and women tend to have different preferences when it comes to mystical states of consciousness. Wilber suggests that men often prefer the "Formless" or "Formless-Form" states, which are characterized by a sense of unity, emptiness, and transcendence of the ego. These states are often associated with the "via negativa" or apophatic approach, which emphasizes the negation of the ego and the world. On the other hand, Wilber suggests that women often prefer the "Form" or "Form-Form" states, which are characterized by a sense of connection, embodiment, and immanence. These states are often associated with the "via positiva" or kataphatic approach, which emphasizes the affirmation of the world and the body. Wilber's ideas on this topic are based on his interpretation of various spiritual traditions and his own research on human consciousness. However, it's worth noting that these are general tendencies and not absolute differences, and that individual preferences can vary widely. So by this logic, assuming he's on to something, I suppose it is possible that females generally would have less of a preference for 5-MeO-DMT.

But wouldn't you say that the increased anti-establishment movement is more of a global event occurring in all Western countries? I get how it can appear like Trump is the source of all this when he's so loud in the US, but I think it's likely that's just obscuring a more deep-rooted situation. It's almost as if we're dealing with some kind of species-wide phenomenon, like how historically, breakthrough technologies were mysteriously discovered in different locations of the world at nearly identical times, or the way the beating of the 4-minute mile seemingly triggered many other athletes to perform the same feat. I'm just making the point that from my perspective, this seems to be a lot bigger than Trump, even though he's the current avatar for it in the US. To answer your questions directly, I predict it will grow rather than shrink. And if something were to happen such as Trump's assassination, I believe it'd grow at a shockingly quicker pace rather than dying with him.

Sure thing, happy to help. So it may be a little tough for me to compare the two, because basically all of my breakthrough-level trips have involved an initial medium or high dose SC injection followed shortly by the use of 5meo e-juice to progressively dose myself across the breakthrough line. From what I can tell, my experience of the breakthrough is in line with the typical reports you hear from those who go to facilitators and get dosed all at once via vaporization. Meaning it's like an ego death, there's white light, identity shifts to be everything, etc. I've also read reports from those who have used large injection doses alone, and they describe a similar white light breakthrough, so I believe the quality of the experience can be the same with either ROA. As for duration of the whole trip, SC injection is longer, lasting about 30-60 minutes rather than vaporization's 15-30 minutes. I'm not sure if there's a difference in duration where the breakthrough phase is concerned. I should note that not everyone experiences the breakthrough in the same way. There's some major variances that I'm not entirely sure how to account for. Here's a Reddit thread where a user experienced both the infinite whiteness during one of their trips, and then the infinite blackness during another. And then on top of that, there's others who reach a breakthrough while maintaining their human experience, similar to sahaj samadhi. Very interesting stuff. https://www.reddit.com/r/5MeODMT/comments/1dtf637/trip_report_two_sides_of_the_bufo_coin/

What Am I replied to Sugarcoat's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
For some extra detail, I just asked an AI chatbot to describe in what way spiritual energy is known to be associated with astral projection: In the context of spiritual and esoteric practices, spiritual energy is often associated with astral projection. Astral projection, also known as out-of-body experience (OBE), is a phenomenon where an individual's consciousness or spirit temporarily leaves their physical body, allowing them to explore non-physical realms. Spiritual energy is believed to play a crucial role in facilitating astral projection. Here are some ways spiritual energy is thought to relate to astral projection: Energy vibration: Spiritual energy is believed to vibrate at a higher frequency than the physical body. By raising one's spiritual energy, individuals can allegedly increase their vibrational frequency, allowing their consciousness to detach from the physical body and project into the astral realm. Astral body activation: Spiritual energy is thought to activate the astral body, a non-physical, energetic duplicate of the physical body. The astral body is believed to be the vehicle for consciousness during astral projection, allowing individuals to navigate and interact with the astral realm. Protection and stability: Spiritual energy is often seen as a protective force that helps maintain stability and balance during astral projection. By cultivating spiritual energy, individuals can allegedly shield themselves from negative influences and maintain a sense of grounding while exploring the astral realm. Consciousness expansion: Spiritual energy is believed to facilitate the expansion of consciousness, allowing individuals to access higher states of awareness and perception during astral projection. This expanded consciousness can enable individuals to access new insights, knowledge, and experiences. It's essential to note that the concept of spiritual energy and its relationship to astral projection is rooted in spiritual and esoteric traditions, and its validity and mechanisms are not empirically proven. -

Sure, no problem. That's just my best guess, as I don't have any personal experience with inducing astral projection. Though if we're talking about something as significant as a true out-of-body experience, I don't see how this spiritual energy that I'm describing couldn't be involved. -

Very impressive. Sounds like something worth cultivating. The similarities to classic meditation should be pretty stark. Mastery of one would crossover to the other. Believe it or not, but your body is sustained by a type of fundamental spiritual energy which is capable of incredible things. Beyond being the source of your vitality, it's a mediator for profound states of consciousness, tapping into what can only be described as hyperdimensional states of being. It's been recognized by the various wisdom traditions throughout history and given a bunch of different names. Qi (Chinese) Ki (Japanese) Prana (Hindu and Buddhist) Mana (Polynesian) Ruach (Hebrew) Pneuma (Greek) I realize that may sound pretty unlikely and strange to someone who isn't initiated into the concepts or direct experiences. Though in your case, I guess you have already had some first-hand experience. That sensation you're feeling would be a manifestation of spiritual energy. Believe me when I say it can get much more impactful than that. -

Correct, that manifestation of vibrations sounds like the precursor state to astral projection. At least that's what I've read in many examples from those who claim to be able to do it. If the state of mind you're experiencing is anything similar to the type created by meditation, the perception of your vitality will increase in clarity as you sink deeper from gross into subtle. I'm guessing the pleasurable sensation of vibrations is probably related to that. -
We've officially crossed the rubicon lol. Sorry, nothing to really add. It's likely a rare lady who's actually given it a try, though it honestly probably is a pretty good ROA. Assuming it doesn't cause physical discomfort as it absorbs.

Same to you, though even more so. You're quite a skilled keyboard orator. Same for our buddy aurum. Very impressive style. There's an inherent feeling of satisfaction from observing the level-headed, yet open-minded, thought process.

lol, this so awesome. Julian gabriel's broken lines of posture are a clear 180 to Leo's bolt-straight rod of power.

I feel like this is worthy of more attention. As I mentioned in my brief story, I experienced powerful cravings for meat as well. And for me, it wasn't like a craving for sweets, where I simply miss the enjoyable taste in my mouth. This subjectively felt like I was lacking a vital nutrient of some type, and my body was conveying that message in a not-so-subtle way. I wonder if there's a mechanism occurring here that we just don't understand yet. An excellent goal, indeed. I'd love for this merging to happen as well. I don't necessarily want to be some caveman who forgoes all of our modern advancements, but I also find it very difficult to overlook what I've so clearly experienced for myself, at least in terms of perceived good health. I guess it's similar to our previous conversation about kundalini. I genuinely apologize if it causes a bit of offense, but I really do believe our current understandings in science must be missing an important piece of the context. What that is exactly, I could not say, but it's beyond a shadow of a doubt in my mind that it's true.

Right at the beginning of my transition away from vegetarianism, I did get some basic bloodwork done. I don't think it's a great representation of my current state though, because I was leaning much more heavily on the keto/carnivore end of the spectrum at that time. Even still, everything was comfortably within range, with markers of additional concern, such as hormones, being at what I'd consider optimal for my age. LDL was predictably elevated, but I don't believe even that was outside of the reference. I imagine my LDL would look much closer to the average omnivore's these days.
-
Those numbers are pretty close in my experience, though I would say this is more accurate when relating to subcutaneous injection of 5-MeO-DMT fumarate: low doses are between 1-3mg, medium doses are between 4-7mg high doses are between 8-11mg breakthrough doses are between 12-15mg No direct experience with DPT. I hear it can be a much scarier version of DMT. Though I've also heard of people having success utilizing it for spiritual pursuits. When it comes to SC injection, there's about a 5 minute onset where you can pack your shit up and mentally prepare yourself. When talking about IV injection, the onset is just a matter of seconds, which could really leave you in a vulnerable position.

I wouldn't say I've been particularly successful at it (yet), but it's my understanding that celibacy and sexual transmutation come more into play at advanced levels of spiritual attainment. Where there's a consistent ability to reach states on the level of nirvikalpa samadhi, and your days are spent soaking in presence and being. As a natural consequence for the increased need of spiritual fuel (kundalini), your body perceptibly draws on special resources which serve a dual purpose, such as your sexual fluids. It's supposedly at this point where wasting your semen would be especially disadvantageous. That's how the theory goes, but I'm not so skilled as to be able to claim I've fully verified it for myself. Just like you though, I have a high degree of confidence in its truth, based on what I've experienced already.

Great convos here, especially between aurum and RendHeaven. Not much to add, except to say I'm currently on team animal-based. Beef and organs Eggs Dairy of all kinds Honey Bone broth Fruit of all kinds Potatoes While these ingredients may appear few, you can make quite a large variety of flavorful dishes. When tracking macros and micros, everything is exactly where I'd like it to be. I've tried many different diets over the years, and none have given me such vitality and well-being. I was a strict vegetarian for over 10 years. I was never really happy with that diet, and the subconscious desire to eat meat was strong enough that it even made its way into my dreams on many occasions. When I briefly gave veganism a try, I felt like death in short order, even when carefully avoiding unhealthy vegan options. I'm aware science isn't on my side in the saturated fat debate, but I literally don't care. Having experimented on both ends of the spectrum and everything between, this is clearly the best way for me to eat. I have a feeling I'm not the first or the last person to jump ship on the science-approved plant-based diet after discovering a much preferred alternative. At least in terms of favorable subjective experience. When I heard the learn’d astronomer, When the proofs, the figures, were ranged in columns before me, When I was shown the charts and diagrams, to add, divide, and measure them, When I sitting heard the astronomer where he lectured with much applause in the lecture-room, How soon unaccountable I became tired and sick, Till rising and gliding out I wander’d off by myself, In the mystical moist night-air, and from time to time, Look’d up in perfect silence at the stars.

I'd pay to hang out and talk about spirituality an obscene amount. -
Ah, nice, I see you've learned about Theosophy. Yeah, many of their ideas are not what I'd call great either, but I'm also with you about the value of being exposed to their perspective. From what I can tell, many of those in theosophical groups had at least some amount of legit skill in spirituality, with a lot of it focusing specifically on the subtle-level aspects like you mentioned (astral, energies, etc.) Personally, I prefer a more Eastern approach to mysticism, but the esoteric Western teachings have their own unique value. I suppose this is undeniable, considering the nonsense that's so prevalent these days, but I think it's more often a problem that arises when a person explores the unknown while having an unfortunate combination of weak traits. Stuff like low intelligence, lacking discernment, excessive gullibility, and perhaps even poor genetics for spiritual exploration. Whatever it is, they're pushed in a direction where they end up at the most goofy and useless conclusions known to man lol. A very far cry from what's actually possible and verifiable in their own experience. I'll leave it at that though. No need to take the thread even further off-topic.

lol, no problem. You probably weren't overly inaccurate in your analysis. To deviate from Leo a bit (perhaps?), a large part of the stuff touched on in that video is definitely a matter of historical fact. Mystery schools really have been training their adherents in the perennial philosophy for thousands of years. You could even consider this forum as a modern type of learning center for the higher mysteries. And throughout the eons, a whole lot has been written regarding the nature of reality and how human society should best be organized to appropriately fall within a kind of divine order. Like I mentioned before though, a non-mystic such as Linsday wouldn't really grasp what he's looking at, since he's simply ignorant of his ignorance when it comes to higher consciousness. His interpretations would always be tainted by a lack of understanding, and his assignments of malice could easily be misguided. I do commend Lindsay on at least becoming aware of the material though, even if he's not pulling what's useful from it. It seems like these days, so many who discover authentic spirituality seem to believe they're the first and only humans to do so, and there's no need for any historical reference because they're already the tip of the spear. There's a treasure trove of unspeakable value from those who came before, and it's worth at least being exposed to the material if you have serious spiritual aspirations. It's so helpful, so long as you utilize the words as pointers rather than Truth itself.

Just pretend I didn't include this part in my first post: "Similar to how the left can be driven to extreme measures via the belief in Trump instituting fascist rule along with Christian nationalism." My intention wasn't really to draw a comparison between the two, though I acknowledge that may have subconsciously leaked out. Were you previously informed on the rest of the info in my post?
-
Yes, this is an especially important part of the belief system. Similar to how the left can be driven to extreme measures via the belief in Trump instituting fascist rule along with Christian nationalism, segments of the right believe in a conspiracy theory involving the ushering in of a global illiberal technocracy that's part of a mystical multi-thousand year plan for a ruthless one world government. Not all on the right are smart enough to handle the full scope of the conspiracy theory, so it gets watered down as it reaches the less intelligent. Leo made a blog post a few weeks ago that highlights a talk by James Lindsay. I'd consider Lindsay's presentation a pretty decent representation of the concepts involved in the conspiracy theory. Though he's prone to misunderstand quite a bit, since he doesn't realize mysticism has a literal basis in fact. https://www.actualized.org/insights/butchering-post-modernism

Art can be a better method of expression where powerful psychedelic trips are concerned. For me, DMT is a lot like this.

Appears to be safe. Still can't say I recommend it though.

True enough, good observation.
