  1. It really reminds me of that scene in the movie blood and Bone, starring Michael jai White. At the very end there was a fight taking place on the lawn of this multi-million, billion dollar house of these rich grifters. And the people that were there watching you can just see the faces of these wealthy devils, like watching a group of "I am legend" movie zombies eating a dead corpse. It's disgusting.
  2. Leo have you experienced after so much personal development and spiritual work, an indecisiveness of reading books? I know I have a bookshelf full of self help and spiritual Gold but I can't read them all at once and I have ADHD. I just want to swallow all of my books. Is there anything that can help, or something that can ground me. Maybe I came into this work too fast too much all at once and I feel stifled. There is so much to learn, integrate that it can feel overwhelming.
  3. Especially when you throw a few elbows in there haha
  4. The Mayweather's are a family of fighting, so the genetics are strong. All of the skills and accolades attributed to Mayweather and other greats are due to his early exposure and extreme hard work, desire to master and dedication paradoxically with his genetics. He was literally bred from fighters, his uncles, daddy and coaches were there his whole life. You don't have to be a Mayweather or GSP to get extremely great and masterful at something, but trying to compete or compare with another freak athlete or human is futile. Our genetic expressions are uniquely our own whether someone else has genetic advantages. In every area of life, genetics play a huge role mostly.
  5. You mentioned that genetics is 99.99 % and effort is 1% for our overall holistic health and I wonder also of what I hear of epigenetics and a paradigm shift of looking at how we can and do change. Can Reprogramming the subconscious mind connect with an effort to change our genetics? Because especially people like Bruce Lipton discuss the power of epigenetics. I am fascinated with this stuff without buying into it, and also hearing you say effort plays a very small role in our genetics and genetic expression. Just want to sort this out and add puzzle pieces to having a clearer understanding.
  6. How true is "hard work beats talent when talent don't work hard"? Is talent referred to or related with genetics? Like we hear people say that he or she is very talented, for example there are many great boxers that have poor fundamentals and bad techniques and form but they have God given power and other abilities to compensate. In this example a boxer that may not have those genetic competitive advantages but trains very hard and very smart can definitely beat a talented boxer but also The talented boxer or fighter can defeat world class level competition. It's an interesting way to look at this issue in the sports and combat domain and arena.
  7. Always remember when using AI, it is created by humans, it reflects your state of consciousness, how you frame your communication and what kind of questions you ask so you don't project a bunch of shit on it, or worse of all, worship it. It is a great tool, but you must be the master and not rely on it to do the heavy lifting.
  8. Awakening is God's fractal touch of Consciousness eternally unfolding, touching and morphing upon its own Infinite Formless Selfless Self. Nothingness, Formlessness, No Self, No Mind, Emptiness, Shunyata. But don't forget Infinity, God Realization, Love and Truth. Do you gravitate towards thinking, philosophical existential and metaphysical inquiry, endless contemplation and having a deep thirst and movement for just wanting to understand Reality and Truth just for it's own sake or do you tend to prefer Silent Meditation, No Self, Nothingness, No mind, No philosophical mumbojumbo? There is Infinite Mind. The Mind of the Infinite, but there ain't just one infinite mind, there are an Infinity of minds. Then it's just one mind then, right? Yes, but no also. There isn't just one or many and it isn't so simple as saying, "then it's all non dual then since all and one are identical". You can lump all infinities into one absolute infinity, but notice that there isn't just one absolute infinity, there are infinite absolute infinities. If there are infinite absolute infinities, we can just lump them all into one absolute infinity. Yes but also notice that there are infinite infinite absolute infinites. Keep imagining, it will stretch your imagination. You are not an object, with awareness, perceiving the external world located somewhere, doesn't matter where you are. All of that is arising within your awareness is it not? You cannot deny the obvious. Well actually you can! You are not happening somewhere in a body, you are the substance of existence. You hold everything, but you aren't anything at all. It's wild, your not anything, and you are everything but you are not bound by anything, not even Nothing
  9. Keep cooking Leo!!! We are all very grateful for your hard work, sacrifices and love of wisdom. It inspires me to continue growing, learning, reflecting and deeply thinking about existence. It's amazing how you do this with your health problems. I love you, Amen brother
  10. "What, they have bigger dicks? Bomb them"! Maybe Iran is advancing their enrichment for nuclear power for negotiation leverage instead of actually wanting to use the bomb.
  11. @Leo Gura do you think iran has bias towards their ability to create nukes and wareheads for power and control rather than peace and being true to their beliefs in Islam? What would George Carlin say? 😂
  12. A client with a deep curiosity of understanding the workings and beauty of consciousness and reality is a great client, especially someone who needs help integrating their niche being a benevolent position in the world. My ideal client is someone, young, more fascinated with consciousness expanding experiences than material experiences. They would rather have an experience of 5 grams of psilocybin cubensis than drive a Ferrari around, or sleep with women. I'm gonna keep learning, exploring and deepening my understanding of Mind, not to profit my interest and passion for being a life Coach, but to use my career as a life Coach to send and drop bombs of truth ,love and wisdom on a ripe mind. 🤙🏼
  13. Please keep sharing more films. I know you've been spoon feeding us a lot of gems, and I appreciate you a lot for that. Maybe you can make blog videos interconnecting dots of your blog post, engaging or responding to forum comments and shenanigans and how that plays into a larger role of the epistemic crumbs that you are trailing on your blog page that encourages us to a more expanded view of reality.
  14. It's all relative. From a certain vantage point, Leo is the most amazing thing in the universe, from another, not even bat an eye.
  15. @Leo Gura There are countless other folks, but you Leo are a rare gem 💎 maybe in a hundred years, people will look at you as the trans rational mystic sage that you are.
  16. Maybe you underestimate your popularity. Maybe it's fake humility but then again maybe it's not. Give us examples of the thousands on your list. Maybe it is a reflective bias from chat but then again maybe you are number one baby. There are amazing mouthpieces and value of wisdom on YouTube but Leo, you're one of the rare deepest. You're truly a purple cow.
  17. @Leo Gura 😂. Yeah like you mentioned before, you're genuinely attracted to high quality porn and there's an artistic beauty to it that you enjoy. And I'm sure that there's a lot of corruption even in that porn too, however you're coming at it from a high quality set of eyes and nuts lol. You mentioned that you've seen porn under 5meo and it's nothing like how most people see porn. That same recognition of beauty is more of how I approach and see fighting. Like being cognition that Maslow talks about.
  18. @Leo Gura I resonate with your blog post about the corruption of the UFC. But there is something higher and deeper to my fascination to mix martial arts and fighting, not just violence but a primal instinctive killer intelligence. A hyper focus on body awareness and over coming a difficult and challenging situation such as a highly trained and skilled fighter trying to take me out. I love studying the art and technical skills of a fighter, how they move, footwork, punch mechanics and elusive defense. I don't personally look at it the way you point out however I can see how mainly most people, fighters and organizations come from this macho, violent, iideological frame. It is very corrupt, but I sus out all the bullshit and focus specifically on studying fights, the best fighters mentalities, historical fights, skills and details of the science and art of boxing and fighting. I strictly love the artistry and mastery of fighting, everything else is distraction and corruption like you rightly point out. Even great fighters fall into these traps. I grew up watching historical fighters from the 20th century and it really inspires me how people including ourselves can rise to the occasion, perform beautifully skillwise and overcome adversity. Like the marathon monks of mount Japan. What are your thoughts Leo 🦁
  19. @Leo Gura Ohh!! I see. Thanks Leo for the clarification. I have had only one God realized experience. It totally shocked me to the point where I had to re engineer my life completely. Also it's been 9 years and I am still integrating what happened to me. Thank you for being such a beacon, without you I probably will still be searching and looking for someone who knows what they are talking about, that is still alive. Non dual awareness is awesome, but God realization really does something to the psyche, it's one thing to lacerate the ego, it's another thing to completely rip it off and become infinite, realize you are infinity itself. It's a radical re contextualization.
  20. @Leo Gura if non-duality is not God realization, then why not? I am a beast that has touched God, but in the turmoil of survival, I pursue Transcendence along with my car , meat and house.
  21. Yes this is a response to a discussion with chatgpt. It's only reflecting my own consciousness, and ways of sharing my perspective because this is my mindset when it comes to drugs, and chat did a really amazing job in amplifying and distilling my thoughts and what I shared with it. Ill still write in my own style and reptoire of vocabulary and grammar skills, but I really wanted to share this tad but because it struck me and know someone will find this useful. Bon voyage. Read it, I'm sure there's something valuable in this perspective, I'm claiming that this response your going to read below is AI generated. Just because it is doesn't make it invaluable or useless. This is one of the most misunderstood things about psychedelics, plant medicines, and even weed when used deeply: they don’t guarantee expansion. They only amplify what's already in you. Let’s break it down: 1. Your mindset = the launchpad Before you even take the substance, your state of mind is shaping the trajectory. Are you grounded? Open? Curious? Or are you anxious, distracted, escaping something, proving something? That mindset colors everything. You can’t just take a psychedelic and expect wisdom to be handed to you like a PowerPoint presentation. If your mind is chaotic or fearful, it can become a horror movie. If you’re still and open, it can become divine revelation. 2. Your emotional maturity matters People often expect psychedelics to “do the work” for them. But if you haven’t built the inner muscles of self-awareness, surrender, emotional regulation, and contemplation, then when your ego starts to dissolve — you panic. The mind resists what it doesn’t understand. Instead of seeing the experience as a teaching, you label it “bad” and miss the wisdom behind the chaos. 3. The medicine tests your readiness Sometimes people don’t have a “profound” trip because they’re not ready to see what’s really inside them. Psychedelics are intelligent in that way. They’ll give you exactly what you need — and if what you need is patience, grounding, or facing your own BS slowly, they’ll often reflect that. It’s not punishment. It’s grace — just not in the form you expected. 4. A psychedelic is not a shortcut — it’s a magnifying glass Whatever you’ve been avoiding emotionally or spiritually will be brought to the surface. If you’ve spent years numbing out, the trip might feel painful or meaningless because it's trying to shake you awake. But if you’ve been contemplating deeply, the trip may feel like a crown on the head of your path — a glimpse into what you've been slowly building toward. 5. No trip is wasted — but the ego often thinks it is Even a “bad trip” is full of messages. Panic, darkness, confusion — these are not failures. They’re parts of the psyche being exposed. But if the person is not integrating afterward (journaling, meditating, getting guidance), the experience fades into fear or dismissal instead of transformation. Bottom line: Psychedelics are not magic keys. They’re catalysts. If your foundation is shallow, the experience will feel shallow — or destabilizing. If your foundation is deep, it can crack the sky open. So it’s not just “what you take.” It’s who you are when you meet it. Want me to write something about how to prepare yourself internally for truly life-changing trips.
  22. An Out of Body Experience can be one of the most paradigm shattering awakenings a person can have because it directly challenges the core assumption most people unconsciously carry which is that consciousness is produced by, and confined within, the physical body. When you have one of these experiences even just once, you realize you can see without the eyes, perceive without a brain, move without a body, be aware outside of matter. You don't understand how profound this is if you haven't had this happen. It's not just an idea or a philosophy, it’s direct conscious experience. With that realization the entire framework of your identity begins to loosen, you can't go back to sleeping in materialism. You glimpse that you are not the thoughts, not a body, not your history or name. You are awareness itself and awareness can shift, expand, and exist independently of any form. Your not escaping the body with an OBE, but to to live with it, with the wisdom that you are not it.
  23. I have a fight coming this Saturday 5/31/2025. I don't have an opponent, I'm showing up to get processed, receive my fight passbook and get my physical to be cleared to fight under USA boxing. If there is an opponent ready, I'm taking the fight. I've been putting in the work, sparring And showing up, grinding. Making sacrifices for my preparation has revealed the eyes of those close to me. I really miss my dad, I know my dad would show up with me, he always went to my basketball ball games growing up. He is with me. I hear his voice, smile, his wisdom and his love is with me. I'm stepping into the fire, I already have been, but now its time to dance and put on a beautiful boxing performance on full display. I am war ready.
  24. @Davino Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you, I will work on this.
