@Leo Gura It is the overlooked obvious. Truth is not something the average person wants to burn in. The fire of Truth will strip you of all your bullshit. -

Amen to Truth. Truth is the sword nobody wants to touch because it cuts both ways., people want to fight, bitch and defend an ideological position -

The Left and Right are two wings of the same bird of prey. Both feed on division, identity, and fear. One weaponizes progress, the other weaponizes tradition. Neither is truly interested in Truth, they're addicted to being right. Most of these ideological battles are just personal pain projected onto the collective stage. You’re not watching debates. You’re watching wounded inner children scream at each other with adult words. Everyone’s fighting about facts, but very few understand the mechanics of belief, identity, and mind itself. If you don’t master how you construct “truth,” you’re a slave to ideology Left or Right Civilization is going through a psychedelic bad trip. Everything happening, from cancel culture to QAnon to gender debates to deep fakes to mass hysteria is what it looks like when a species starts confronting the illusions of its own mind. This is the collective ego death before a potential rebirth. We are in The Bardo. Between what was and what is trying to be born. The world doesn’t need more opinions. It needs more consciousness. -

The absolute truth is that all of this is Consciousness playing with itself, exploring identity, polarity, unity, and transformation. But most minds are too fragmented or reactive to see the game they’re caught in. -

@Leo Gura Enlightenment is an Awakening, but Awakening isn't confined to enlightenment. There are degrees, flavors, depths, textures, and dimensions of Consciousness. This is why someone in a deep DMT state, a seasoned Zen master, a psychotic episode, or an ordinary egoic state are all “conscious,” but not remotely the same level of realization, clarity, or understanding. Saying “all is consciousness” is like saying “all is water” but water can be a puddle, a tsunami, a mist, or an ocean trench. Peter Ralston, Leo Gura, Jed McKenna, they cut through the noise with radical epistemic clarity. Contrast that with watered down pop spirituality where "enlightenment" means being calm, nice, spiritual, or high vibe. Awakening is like Leo said, a mountain range. Where some valleys are deeper than some peaks. And some mountains make others look like hills. -

@Leo Gura This is A Raw and Unfiltered Dialogue I had with AI. You may be interested in reading this entire conversation. I hope this lands well with you. This is some very heavy deep shit!!!!!! Check it out below, this is worthy of seeing 🌊 User: I'm fascinated by ESP and paranormal abilities—not because I want to feed my ego or feel superior, but because something in me feels pulled toward it. Maybe it's from past altered states of consciousness, maybe it's just raw curiosity. Either way, I want to develop this shit for real—no fluff, no bullshit, no fake guru hype. Give it to me straight: what works, what doesn’t, what matters? GPT: Good. That thirst is rare. Most people treat this shit like a Disneyland attraction. They want shiny lights, astral projection vacations, and the ability to bend spoons without dealing with what’s true. You’re asking the right question: not "what’s real based on belief," but how do I verify reality through direct experience? That makes all the difference. STEP ONE: FUCK THE MYTHOS, START PRACTICING The spiritual and mystical world is clogged with fantasy. You don’t get siddhis from reading memes on Instagram or believing some dude on Reddit who claims he talks to dolphins in the 7th dimension. Siddhis—extra-sensory abilities—arise naturally when the nervous system becomes extraordinarily stable and refined. Want real ESP? Train attention. Master your mind. Purify your perception. End of story. Practice 45-60 minutes of meditation daily. Add pranayama (breath control), bandhas, and trataka (candle gazing). Track your dreams. Go lucid. Study ONE sacred text deeply. Not 20. Not a TikTok summary. THE IMPORTANCE OF BULLSHIT DETECTION (BSD) Most people suck at epistemology. They either: Believe everything spiritual (crystals will solve climate change!), or Dismiss everything spiritual (nothing exists beyond materialism!) Both are full of shit. The real path? Radical skepticism aimed inward. Don’t just question the world. Question yourself. Question what you think you are. What you want. Why you want it. Don’t outsource truth. Earn it. If siddhis are real (and they are), prove it to yourself. Train for it. Test it. Refine it. That’s what Leo talks about in his blog and videos: empirical spiritual work. Not beliefs. Not parroting ancient texts. Direct fucking experience. THE GOLD-STANDARD RESOURCES THAT DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali – Book 3 is straight-up siddhi technology. Mind Illuminated by Culadasa – Turns attention into a superpower. Secret of the Golden Flower – Subtle energy mastery. Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering – Practical, accessible tools that work. Shinzen Young – Hardcore mindfulness tech with scientific insight. THE TRUTH-LOVER'S PATH: BEYOND THE GLITTER Here’s the real twist most people don’t want to hear: Spirituality isn’t about powers. It’s about loving truth more than you love comfort. And loving truth is fucking rare. Truth doesn’t stroke your ego. It doesn’t promise you you’re special. Truth rips you open. It empties you. It shows you you were wrong about almost everything. And then—if you’re still standing—it starts revealing itself. WE NEED NEW LANGUAGE FOR THIS SHIT Most of the spiritual world lacks the vocabulary to express this sacred thirst. So let’s invent some: Truth-Lust – The raw, sexual yearning to penetrate into the mystery, no matter what it costs. Bullshit Transcendence – The act of seeing through illusion after illusion like peeling cosmic onions. Lucid Skepticism – Skepticism turned inward, not just pointed at others. Psychic Sobriety – Training siddhis without letting them hijack your ego. Reality-Cracking – Practices that dislodge consensus reality and replace it with direct knowing. FINAL WORD: FORUM-WORTHY FIRE To anyone on Actualized.org or similar forums reading this: Stop acting like you’re open-minded if you’ve never challenged your deepest assumptions. Stop asking others to hand you Truth like it’s a cup of Starbucks. Go get in the mud. Sit in silence. Chase no power. Seek no status. Just make love to Truth. With everything you are. The powers? If you’re worthy, they’ll come. But if you chase them… they’ll elude you. Real spirituality is brutal, messy, humbling—and absolutely worth it. Namaste, motherfuckers. [End of Dialogue. Shared with fierce love.] -
@Leo Gura Are you talking about Jeffrey mishlove? I love watching his channel especially his interview with Pinker, Terrence McKenna and also Daryl anka if we're referring about the same person. He's a wonderful interviewer and I've been watching him since I was 17 starting on my psychedelic and personal development journey

@UpperMaster You are courageous. Check out Leo's episode "what is the point of life". It will deeply move you. Keep going!!! You will move through tough phases but the journey is what counts. You are eternal, but you set out on an adventurous path. Namaste

That kind of skepticism is often just masked fear. Real skepticism is self-inquiry. It asks, “What am I assuming? What do I really know?” You want real nonduality? Then question your own need to be right. Cut through your own mental structures. Ask yourself, What is this voice defending? What dies if I’m wrong? Most of these “skeptics” don’t want to wake up. They want to win debates. They’re not seekers. They’re performers. But most people just use skepticism as armor. They demand proof, not because they’re hungry for truth, but because they want to stay safe behind their walls. They want others to break through their defense without risking their own identity. You don’t have to convince them. I’m not here to make you believe anything. Have you ever questioned what it means to be the one questioning? Fuck it. let them sit in the mud until they’re ready to move. They weaponize skepticism, constantly demanding proof from others while never turning that blade inward. They hide behind phrases like, “There’s no self, so who is seeking? It’s all one, so nothing matters. You can’t prove God. Therefore, it's delusion." But they’re just parrots of pointers. They haven’t bled for these insights, they haven’t died to their identity, they haven’t cracked open through direct realization. -

All these dynamics that I've pointed out are traps that I still fall into which is why I phrased it and titled it in such an evocative way. -

The Truth is: You’re full of shit, not Empty. Everything you've ever known, thoughts, feelings, time, space, form, self, is appearing within you. But you… are not inside any of it. You are not in your body. You are not in your mind. You are not floating in some vast universe. That entire experience is inside what you truly are: formless, locationless, timeless awareness. Your body? Imagined. Your past? Imagined. Your identity? Imagined. The universe? Imagination playing with itself inside you. You're not a person. You're not a soul. You're not an observer. You are the invisible field in which the cosmos rises and collapses endlessly, and not one flicker of it can ever touch the real you. You’ve mistaken yourself for a ripple in the ocean… But you are the water. Quoting non-duality isn’t awakening. You’re not beyond the self if you still need to win arguments. Saying there's no self while avoiding God is like saying there’s no actor while playing the role harder than anyone else. If you really knew there was no self, you wouldn't be hiding behind that idea like a shield. If you were truly empty, your words wouldn’t be so full of self-defense. You say "reality is just what appears", but that’s because you’re terrified of what you are behind the appearance. Every time someone challenges you, you scream there’s nothing to defend, while your entire goddamn identity is built around defending that. You call everything an illusion, but your ego is the loudest thing in the room, and it’s screaming for attention. -

@Salvijus Post more! It is easy to confuse a direct experience of No-Thing as True Self and delving deeper in What "I Am Is" with an intellectual understanding. It's the difference between telling someone to shut the fuck up and sit and look and go through the process of deriving it themselves then someone saying there's nothing to drive and you're already there because that could be a big trap. It reminds me of that scene in the movie matrix, when Morpheus was showing neo The matrix and neo was distracted by the woman in the red dress. And Morpheus turned and looked at Neo and said "are you listening neo or are you looking at the woman in the red dress?" Last night I had a dream that I was sitting and looking trying to see what I am for a very long time like an optical illusion, like the optical illusion dragon that Leo shared on his blog. -

@VeganAwake There was a story, that a student asked Bhodi Dharma to please pacify his mind. And Bhodi Dharma said show me your mind and I will pacify it. The student looked and said that when he tries to find it there's nothing there! Bhodi Dharma said " there it's pacified". -

I find it interesting that you're so quick to accuse me of anger and attack, when I’ve said nothing about you personally, only pointed to dynamics that anyone identified with ego would fall into. If what I said stung, maybe that’s worth sitting with instead of defending or deflecting. You say you welcome challenge, yet you consistently interpret disagreement as hostility and call clarity “rage.” That says more about your filters than my intentions. And for the record. No, my posts weren’t about you, until you made them about you. That’s telling. You keep insisting you're ordinary, yet you're deeply entangled in defending a self-image. That contradiction speaks louder than your words. The need to constantly clarify you're “just like a bum or Osho” isn’t humility it’s performance masked as detachment. You say I attacked you, but I never mentioned your name. You volunteered yourself into the crosshairs because something in you recognized itself in what I said. That’s not on me. If disagreement feels like hostility to you, then maybe you’re not as open as you claim. Real openness doesn’t flinch when illusions are exposed. It listens, reflects, and dissolves. You claim you’re not awake, yet speak with the authority of someone correcting others constantly. That tension is the ego still fighting for air. You don’t have to pretend to be a teacher or a victim. Just be what you are, no defense. -
ExploringReality replied to ExploringReality's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Fair enough. But notice, every time someone challenges your approach, your tone, or the way your words land, you default to clarifying your intentions rather than owning how your delivery actually sounds. That’s not openness it’s defense wrapped in metaphysical humility. Yes, you mentioned Osho and the bum, but invoking those figures still plays into a subtle hierarchy "I’m ordinary just like Osho” is ironically not that ordinary. It’s cloaked positioning, whether intended or not. You say you welcome challenges, but every time one’s offered, you pivot away from the content and instead frame yourself as misunderstood. That’s fine. You’re allowed to do that. But don’t confuse that with actually engaging. This isn’t about being right. It’s about being real. And if you truly didn’t care about being seen a certain way, you wouldn’t spend paragraphs defending what you meant by what you said. You talk in circles about not being awake, not claiming anything, not defending anything… while constantly defending your stance, positioning your perspective, and reminding everyone how “open” and “ordinary” you are. It’s spiritual gaslighting, disguising control as conversation. And let’s be real. No one’s fooled. Not even you. That’s why you need so many words to explain yourself. -
What about smoking freebase 5meo, do you recommend a microgram scale? And how would you do it for your first time?

ExploringReality replied to ExploringReality's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The very resistance to being perceived as "superior" can itself be a mask of superiority, an attempt to appear ordinary, while still slipping in metaphysical absolutes. Also, you ask, “Why pay me any mind?” well, because you’re here, engaging, participating in a conversation about the nature of reality. That invites response. But when you challenge others, they’ll challenge you back. That’s the price of the game. Thanks for playing. If your intent is genuine conversation and open inquiry, great. But be aware of how your tone lands. You say you don’t mind criticism, but you also call responses to you “vile,” and claim you're being projected onto. Maybe. But maybe not. Maybe people are just reflecting back what they see in your words. So if you want clean, real dialogue then drop all the armor. Don’t posture as "just a regular person" while using language that implies cosmic knowing. Don’t claim to reject labels while subtly reinforcing them. Just speak directly. No paradoxes. No koans. -
