  1. @Leo Gura I accept that. But where I have a problem is with all the demagogues who turned this place to shit. It baffles me how on earth people will still eat the same propaganda about "Protecting the children from gays" about "Protecting traditions and religion against evil woke globalists" when the average citizen here doesn't have enough money to buy toilet paper, or when he gets sick and goes to a hospital, he dies there from all the infections and filth. I mean, how much can you value religion so that you piss on evolution and improvement so that you can claim that you voted for someone who would keep you just as hopeless... but at least that candidate protects religion and safeguards you from gays, wokeness and George Soros .... It is mind breaking to me.
  2. To a sane human, when a candidate is interviewed by Politico, he should feel like, yes, here is another reason to vote for this candidate because finally more developed nations and news outlets are giving recognition to the candidate. But NO. Because Politico wrote about him now the rednecks view this as a clear sign that the gay globalists want this man as president to turn this country into a secular, colony state, enslaved by the gays and the woke agenda...... <FACEPALM inserted> Sometimes it is too much.
  3. @Leo GuraWhat frustrates me most is my inability to persuade anyone to support my preferred candidate...not even my girlfriend, who identifies as blue/green and with whom I’ve spent countless hours discussing the spiral dynamics model. Despite this, she plans to vote for the far-right candidate because of their stance against homosexuality and aid to Ukraine and because he is nationalist and loves religion. Others I’ve tried to convince dismiss my candidate as weak, claiming he’s a Soros puppet who will push LGBTQ+ issues into school curriculums. My response is: we’re struggling to afford sending kids to school or maintain functional classrooms.. why are we fixating on nonsense about gay rights when our real issues are crumbling hospitals, substandard schools, broken roads, and barely enough money for groceries? Their response was: " I would prefer to have no roads, or no hospitals at all, as long as we keep our traditions and religion and not to be the slaves of the globalists, George Soros and the European Union" How can I convince such people? Or should I stop all together and mind my personal business?
  4. Believe me, America and Romania aren't too far apart when it comes to development. Sure your infrastructure is great. But the citizenry is basically the same. I would say that rural America is as developed as rural Romania. Where America stands better is when it comes to the urban population. America's urban areas are well into Green, where as in urban Romania they start to evolve out of blue and into Orange. But rural America is probably in some areas even worse than Romania's because at least here we don't have guns to shoot each other.
  5. The only thing that can make him have a chance at winning is if urban Romania is actually very developed like high orange on the spiral. I live in rural Romania very close to Ukraine and here people are almost 99% stage blue/red. I haven't travelled too much around Romania but I hope that the number of stage Orange people who could resonate with Nicusor Dan is bigger than the number of uneducated stage blue/red corpse kissing fanatical Christians in rural Romania. Nicusor Dan in my eyes is closely resembling you @Leo Gura when it comes to politics. A down to earth centrist, systemic thinker, activist, viewing the world through a multi perspectival lens. Unfortunately red/blue is too far from the yellow/green politics that Mr. Nicusor Dan is offering. So sad... currently this country is the definition of corruption and income inequality and I wish with all my heart that a candidate like him to lead the country. But perhaps the current citizenry of Romania is far too backward for that to happen.
  6. That's what games are for.. for there to be a winner someone else must LOSE! That's the beauty of life, to defeat another ego fair and square in a battle. At the end of the day we are animals, so games help us feed the animal urges we have in our psyche.
  7. Fischer was a miracle for the chess world. Never in history will there ever be such an unparalleled warrior of this noble sport. He played chess with such a devastating violence that made you see literal war over the board! With one sole objective.. TO CRUSH the opponent's mind!
  8. Opening theory addict? He played like 3 openings his entire career. The Najdorf Sicilian, The King's Indian Defence, and the Ruy Lopez...
  9. @Leo Gura You have your opinion. But me personally I never memorized anything, I just studied the main principles of a certain opening. Besides, there are like 50 sub variations within a particular opening.. who in the right mind memorizes them all? Opening theory is about general principles and lines of attack and defence for black and white, not literal memorization of 30+ moves of theory. Although at the professional level they do that, they memorize crazy 30+ sequence of moves, but that is no longer chess it's a memorization contest.
  10. I love classical chess and classic opening theory. To me theory is what makes this game thick. Every opening has an unique soul to it. For example The Sicilian Defence, Najdorf Variation in particular feels like the ultimate counter attacking warrior. I feel like every move I play with black in the Sicilian Defence is like I would punch a hole into my opponent. It feels so combative and I love it to death. Also the King's Indian Defence makes me euphoric with black because white builds his massive centre, develops all his pieces only to be totally blown off the board with a kingside counter attack by black. To me openings are the bread and butter of this game and without them it is just a random mess without any structure or principles. Fischer Random chess to me is like a jungle. I like my game non chaotic. I wanna be able to predict what's gonna happen not to be at the mercy of the piece place generator. And if you as a player enjoy having mayhem on the board, that's what gambits are for. Try the Smith-Morra Gambit. There you will experience MAYHEM!
  11. I've transcribed word for word from Leo's stage Blue video into my commonplace book everything Leo said in his video, and then I pasted the final result here! This is basically the blue print of Leo's spiral dynamics Stage Blue video. Hope it helps!
  12. Thank you! I love so much spiral dynamics because in a way I owe this model the fact that I am alive today!
  13. I've gotten goosebumps when I've read that on Leo's blog. It was such an Aha moment. In my subconscious I've always knew that the only reason I wasn't killed by something thus far was only because of pure blind luck. Reality is merciless and will take your life regardless if you are a rat or a human. To god there is no difference between a rat or a human.
  14. Thank you Leo! I've watched in-depth all your videos on spiral dynamics in the summer of 2020. But I noticed that 5 years in I forgot a ton of valuable information on each of the stages. Almost like I haven't watched the series at all. So I decided that from now on, when I watch a video of yours I will do so by taking notes thoroughly on my commonplace book. Thus I will make sure that whenever I forget something I can just open my commonplace book and refresh my memory. I've noticed that unless I do that, I forget almost within a week the content of your videos.
  15. @Leo Gura have you ever seen such a strange combo? Beige and red violent psyche coupled with a stage green nature loving, emotional, egalitarian heart? How such a combo is even possible? Red and Green seem the polar opposites yet I feel like having a superpower, being feminine, emotional, defined by the fight for social justice, yet cold, violent, merciless against those I that I deem my enemies.
  16. I've noticed that. If I wanted I'd have responded in a way that it would have resulted in 100% Turquoise. But I deliberately chose to answer with the most genuine answer that was the most accurate acording to my worldview and mental state.
  17. I always knew that I am off the rails but I always fancied myself a watermelon. Green coating with a violent red within. But I never assumed that what I identified as red was in fact beige. I didn't even knew beige exists. From @Leo Gura's video's I assumed that Beige is a stage for the mentally impaired people and for literal monkeys. But still I think the test was pretty damn good! In my mind I tried to analyse myself before knewing about this test and I evaluated myself as 50% green, 35% red and 15% orange. Your test was kinda close to my estimates. Thank you for sharing this!
  18. Thank you! Simple advice yet brutally efective! If you can manage to force yourself do the things you need to do you win. Distractions are the biggest problem.
  19. And not to mention about the stage to which I belong the most. Stage Red:
  20. I've also done the same for stage Blue:
  21. @Ulax He could have world's best campaign team. It is redundant as long as the counter campaign paints him as a LGBTQ+ advocate and a George Soros backed candidate who wants to eradicate religion and wants to send young men to war against Russia. That's what all the news outlets in Romania report about him. And to a stage blue society, it is enough to be seen as the son of Satan. So much BS about a candidate who all his life was on a quest of eradicating corruption. All I wish now is that there are more sane minded people in this country who would vote for him and that the rednecks are just a loud minority.
  22. Could a stage yellow/green centrist candidate win the presidential election in a stage blue/red country like Romania? I am 100% going to vote for the mayor of Bucharest, Nicusor Dan. For me he is like a role model! Is Romania ready to have such a developed person as it's president? I want this to happen with all my heart! But I doubt that it will happen. What do you think? Is there any chance? Please read the following Politico EU article about my favourite candidate. https://www.politico.eu/article/romania-vladimir-putin-us-president-donald-trump-west/
