  1. I watched the half-time show and some of the game. Kendrick's performance was great, and the Eagles did amazing.
  2. It's specific to n,n-DMT breakthroughs. It's the price you pay for blast off.
  3. There is no me or you. We/I are imagining a sense of other. What makes these distinctions and perceived separateness true? Realize it is your/my mind doing this. You/I can learn from talking to yourself/myself. There are infinite perspectives to explore. You/I need to see reality from every possible angle. Its a paradoxical mindfuck not easily rationalized. Nothing and everything are the same thing. You/I are infinity. Language cannot do it justice.
  4. Idk, ask yourself that.
  5. Leo is much younger. Ralston is 75 years old. If they had a training camp, maybe Leo could make something happen. The enlightened Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson.
  6. There is no me or you.
  7. You're smarter than you think you are.
  8. There are plenty of opportunities here, but you have to let go of your family's expectations. Everyone here at actualized understands. Just continue exploring your possibilities. If you aren't the type to follow some corporate path and be happy, that's okay. It doesn't even make your own family happy, yet you feel pressure to do that. If you like writing, explore that. If you like health, there are many careers there. You gotta follow what feels authentic. Let go of family and societal pressure. You can still have a "big career" while doing what aligns with you. It will still take work. Look at Leo for example. He explored many possibilities before arriving at where he is, and he still works hard. Be deliberate and mindful in your action instead of stressing and racing to some destination. You will waste time and energy in a pursuit that doesn't align with you. Allow yourself some space to not know what you want to do, then it could come to you.
  9. That's a good point. It does feel like 99 percent of people's actions are based around fear, and their actions/thoughts are a distraction from what would silence and peace could bring.
  10. Sorry mate. It sounds like you've been conditioned to be an overachiever. You realize this doesn't align with you, bring yourself away from it, then fall back into your conditioning again. I am the same way, and it's hard in a society that promotes productivity over mental health. You need to let go of the narratives you drive yourself crazy with. Do the things you do not because you are supposed to do them, but because they intuitively align with you and you genuinely want to do them. Act on your highest interests. Listen to your body. This could mean a completely different life than what you are narrating. You might have to let go of some silly unnecessary standards. Everyone is unique, so don't compare yourself with others. Sure, some can be happy sitting and meditating 24/7, and some can't. Some could be happy as a lawyer, and some can't. Nobody can tell you the perfect solution, only you will know. I believe you will figure it out my friend.
  11. Remote work usually comes to people in very qualified careers who don't need to go into an office every day, like accountants. Entry-level WFH jobs, like customer support or virtual assistants, can be competitive and are outsourced easily to other countries (assuming you're in the states). I'm not saying it isn't possible, but it's not very likely in my opinion unless you are specialized somewhere. For example, if you have a skill that could be sold on Upwork, you could get contractual work through there. I don't wanna kill your dreams.
  12. I think Ralston should teach Leo MMA, then they should fight to the death.
  13. There is some honesty here that I respect. Other people do this without admitting it to themselves, and especially not to others. That being said, it seems like you do this to a higher degree with no remorse and seems to enjoy it. You probably have a personality disorder and should be removed from society.
  14. I have done it. There is a sense that you need to remember to breathe for sure. Your heart rate will also increase. Be aware that people do turn blue and stop breathing- there is a risk to doing the drug whether you are alone or not. if you do vomit and you have taken too much, a sitter can turn you on your side and make sure you don't choke. It's hard to say that you won't puke without having eaten- vomiting can still occur without food being in your stomach, but I personally haven't felt nausea. For some reason, I am also concerned about a heart attack from 5meo- I have experienced heart flutters, but a rapid heart rate is normal. If you are worried like this, you probably will not have a good experience because your fear will shape things. That being said, fear is part of the experience. This is nothing like LSD or mushrooms. I went through this entire line of thinking, and it's probably better safe than sorry to have a facilitator. If you don't, just start at a very small dose and work your way up. You need to be ready to let go, and essentially accept your own death. Having an experienced facilitator could make you feel safer and allow you to do this. It can be a pretty tough experience for a lot of people. Last time I did it, I felt that I could stop my own heart if I chose to, but I was completely at peace. Smoking is going to be much more intense with a faster come up compared to other ROAs.
  15. Why do you need to share this sense of growing with others? Why communicate that you want to grow? To receive recognition? Support? You don't need this, especially from those who won't understand what you're doing. Trust your process and keep it pushing. Ask yourself why you feel the need to do this. When I had my first few awakenings and aha moments, I tried to share them with friends and family. I learned my lesson. It's really just a waste of your energy. I realized it was my ego that needed to share, converse, feel less alone, reflect, help others "understand", etc. This sort of thinking was just a distraction. I also sometimes assumed other people would understand what I was talking about, and would try to talk with them about some topic, only for them to either not understand at all, or even sometimes get angry, judge me, etc. Personal growth is, well, personal to you. Everyone is on their own path.
  16. I see it as a form of purging similar to other psychedelics.
  17. Science debunks things it could never debunk all the time. How could science possibly debunk someone's visions, or someone's ghost sightings. When you experience it, it doesn't matter what science feels about it. You know it to be true through your own direct experience. Nonetheless scientists spend their time trying to understand things that can never be rationally understood and can only be experienced. Or, it can be understood, but only through the experience. They think rationalizing will get them to the deepest levels of understanding but paradoxically this is untrue.
  18. There is a utility in thinking, but humans are addicted to it, and it starts to get exhausting. Thinking happens for a reason but it can get you in trouble. Most people don't know anything besides complete identification with thoughts and are unaware they are thinking. It's okay to think, thinking is fun, so don't label thinking as bad, but have a disciplined practice of shifting focus away from thoughts and removing yourself from the constant thought stream. I just practice shifting focus away from my thoughts for longer and longer periods of time. I do think its important to be somewhat disciplined in this practice and do it regularly as to not fall back into your conditioning.
  19. His video are fake and he uses fake contestants. Some of his competitions are real, but he's facing lawsuits for mistreatment of contestants (basically torturing them?) and sexual harassment in some of those contests. He's also apparently an angry, money hungry dude who creates a toxic work environment, and one of his main co-hosts was found to be a groomer. Personally, I don't really care about him or the controversy, and I think his content is bad.
  20. That's not how to use psychedelics. You should just leave her alone bro. Im gunna call the cops
  21. UMBC is a great school with a nice campus.
  22. I didn't say those experiences wouldn't carry emotional weight. Just because life isn't catering specifically to me doesn't mean it isn't infinitely beautiful and amazing. The universe is perfect in its intelligent design despite my suffering. The grief we feel when losing loved ones is selfish, because you want for that person to still be here with you. Of course that grief reflects the love you shared, but that doesn't make it not selfish. The best course of action would be to accept what you can't change, and allow yourself to feel those emotions.
  23. My mom is dead already. And I didn't say I wouldn't cry if something like that happened. I would cry, in that moment life would not be beautiful for me. Of course I would be upset at that situation, because I am a human with an ego who's top priority is survival. Does that mean life is not beautiful, just because it is not beautiful for me in that moment? Just because things aren't going my way? Just because life is not exactly how I curated it and manipulated it to be and I couldn't keep myself safe? You know what wouldn't help in that situation? Crying like a nine-year-old girl. Sure we would all do it, but that's actually not going to help you. What would help? Acceptance. Accept that you are in that situation and doing your best to work with it. There will be moments like this in your life, horrific situations you just have to accept. You can present hypotheticals all day about horrifying situations and how we would all feel bad in them. My point is that there is truth outside of your emotional human perspective that you can't see. Nobody said life is going to be pure unadulterated bliss from start to finish.
