  1. Wolfgang Smith graduated from Cornell University at age 18 with degrees in physics, mathematics, and philosophy. In his life he's published extensively on mathematics, pioneered crucial advances in aerodynamics, rallied against the metaphysical assumptions of scientism, and met with Vedic masters.
  2. Spirituality is the Study of the Non Physical Aspect of what You are, the thing/Intelligence that created everything and was there before Creation..So what we are is this in a manifested physical form, dealing with a Dual and Material World, with a Strong Survival Instinct, Ego complex, Identity situations, and such, but with an almost Unlimited Potential and Possibility, we can live below animals and rodents, or we can live above Saints and Gods, that is our choice, so the element of Free Will comes into play with our potential as well...
  3. 1) Realizing NOW is all there is, past is memory, future is imagination, making this a realization rather than an Intellectual concept.. 2) Accept this Moment is Inevitable, that what is going on now situationally is the way it is, this stop stress Response in its tracks... 3) Respond to Life, don't React to Life situations, Responding is Awareness becoming Active and Dynamic, Reacting is Awareness Stagnant... 4) Shambhavi Mahamudra 5) Observing Mind Patterns and Ego rising and falling throughout the Day!
  4. So I've been rewatching some Star Trek episodes from the original series in the 60;s. the one that started it all, some interesting episodes came up.. The 1st one from the 1st season called "Errand of Mercy", is where the crew and Kirk, Spock come upon a planet that is in the path of the Klingons, Kirk goes down there to warn them but they are pacifist, saying "There is no need to be concerned, nothing will happen to Us", well Kirk doesn't by it, and when the Klingons do come to take over, he stays and pretends to be one of them, in the end it shows Kirk defending the right to fight and start a war with the Klingons, the two of them are totally ideological indoctrinated and only when the beings on the planet reveal themselves in their true form (beams of Light and gifted with great powers), they prevent a war from happening btwn the Federation and Klingons, so in basic terms Kirk comes in contact with virtual Gods and lots can be learned... trailer here.. The next episode of interest was called "This side of Paradise" in which the Kirk and crew come to a colony agriculture planet that has been out of contact for some years, they go down there and finally meet up with the colonist (a bunch of agricultural scientist) who say everything is perfect and they are completely fine, but Kirk and crew find there are no animals or insects and the planet is being bombarded by a sort of radiation, and they have to evacuate the planet, but the colonist don't want to leave, then Spock gets sapped by some spoors from a plant, loses his logic and becomes very happy and in love again with an old acquaintance he met 6yrs prior, then MCcoy gets sapped to as does the rest of the crew, its like they all are on LSD feeling high and have no cares in the world, only Kirk doesn't get sapped and finds that intense emotions like Anger or Guilt/Shame gets them back to normal, whatever normal is, in the end Spock says something interesting at the end of the episode when asked about the experience on the planet " I don't have much to say about the planet other than it was the first time in my life I was Happy".. trailer ...
  5. The opposite of Suffering is Blissfulness, yes both can be traps but with Blissfulness when it is naturally occurring, sets one free from the outside stimuli trap of looking for happiness outside yourself, you learn that all Experience happens within You, no where else, from this foundation "What about Me" drops, you now out of the self preservation/survival instinct loop, and can move on and find the Ultimate Potential and Possibility for a Human Being, but yeah many get stuck in the Bliss phase thinking its the top level, but its just the start.. Suffering is below the starting point, your in a hole in this state, can go anywhere from there...
  6. She's using some sort of video filter, makes her look weird, all for the affect...Basic attention seeker that's all, like most around here...
  7. Here top level Mathematician and Physicist Wolfgang Smith, talks about his first trip to India, he met a Fakir (someone that learned some Yoga and got some Siddhi powers from it) and he says his mind was read, and some other things,,bookmarked clip of him stating this here...
  8. I understand where your coming from, 10 million would be awesome right now, lol, but in all reality I would get used to having it, then its not a miracle anymore, so its relative right? LIke I said we take too many things for granted, i think when ppl are on certain psychedelics we go back to our original sense of AWE, trees, plants, nature, bubbles become interesting again:)
  9. Every Moment of Creation is a Miracle, who's to say it isn't? If Your suffering it isn't, if Your Blissed out it is, so who's right or wrong.. Even on the logic scale, how is everything happening happening? We take it all for granted, and get use to it all, so then it doesn't become a miracle, but in reality it is, our earth especially, we could be living on a planet that is one in a trillion...
  10. Ok, well then we are talking about the samethings, just using different labels, but yes agreed in the end if God is that, then I agree...
  11. Then please explain all of existence, how did an atom come into form and existence, what happened at the moment of the Big Bang, what was there before Time existed, what came first Time or Space, what is below the atom, proton/neutron/nucleus and sub atomic particles?
  12. How do You define Love then? In the Video he talks about what I described, rather than God being about Love, its more about how things are set up, the process by which Life happens, Life not meaning Situations around us, but Life itself...
  13. I'm talking on more fundamental terms, quantum level and below and such things, Akashic fields and such aspects of existence, nothing really to do with Human mind and such, as I agree, most Human minds are relatively simple and predicable, easily conditioned by the society around them, few have the grasp of the capabilities of the Human Mind in its fullest potential and that is just at Mind level, Human Beings can go far beyond Mind level... The sort of Intelligence I am talking about is not about Calculations and Figuring things out, its more about how things come to be, what makes something work, organization on a level we cannot understand or fathom, complex patterns that seem to not logically combine but do, like they say in Daoism, the Dao is not the Dao if it can be explained via logic...
  14. Identify with Ignorance as Ignorance is boundless, knowledge is limited so if You identify with something limited you will be limited too... You know how to survive and accumulate more of what You are lacking in, ppl today accumulate ppl, places and things and experience, because they lack in real Experience and Clarity of what they really are...
  15. Sadhguru addresses this directly here, i've bookmarked to where he answers "Is God Love", i luv the brilliance of his answer, which is NO. Existence, or God, Brahman, whatever allowed this all to happen, was there before Creation and here Now always, is more Intelligence than anything.. Just think of an Atom, the smallest object, we have been studying it for a very long time, spent billions on machines to find out its secrets, and we still do not know all there is to know about the Atom, but there are more Atoms within You than there are stars in the entire Universe, but we know little about it, why it is here, how it was created, when it was created, etc,. and this is just about the smallest object, what about everything else? What is allowing everything to happen, to be created and destroyed every milli second, how did it really start and how will it end, and cycle to another Universe, this sort of Grand Intelligence is so vast and complex we will never understand it, but it is within Us and can Experience a piece of it... People will always attribute God to what they are lacking in, God is Love, God is Power, God is all Knowing, etc...God is all these things, not just one thing. Love is essentially a very intense Emotion Humans are capable of, but Bliss trumps Love and Ecstasy Trumps Blilss, if You stay in Bliss for long periods of Time You will not want to go down to Love State, it won't sustain You lol.. The Hindus put it the best, Existence is Sat Chi Annada, Truth Consciousness Bliss...
  16. Here Adam talks about some of the final stages he went thru, Experiencing Original Nature (Sing in Daoism) and he talks about Dissolving and then coming back to Form, he uses the analogy of becoming the Ocean and then becoming Ice, and going back and forth but the common element is Water, learning to discern that between the shifting btwn the two states you are always Water, Water meaning the Brahman, Atman, Dao, Infinite Universe of formlessness, God or whatever label you want to use..He also discusses the mistake of making the experience a Noun by announcing or thinking "I am Enlightened or I have Arrived/Awakened", since this is about Infinity and such there is no End to it and by thinking/identifying that there is, you stop the process... He also talks about how the paths differ, Shamanism path of using drugs, or Mystic path of using doing/non doing practices, and if You don't want to go all the way how just 15-50min a day of steady practice can get You stress free and full of Well Beingness...Very Wise Man and path!!
  17. Yes and No, lol, another paradox for sure, doing nothing should be easy compared to doing something right, but right now the way most of us are set up is the doing nothing is the hardest thing, So when ppl say just do nothing, its easier said than done, but for some rare few it works, they more than likely Fall into it naturally, it just comes upon them...Most of us need a method to get to that point!
  18. Let say You have a baby, the baby knows nothing about anything, you let the baby be free all you do is feed it, see how long the baby survives, it picks up a knife, doesn't know what a knife is, cuts itself, dies by bleeding out (this is Top Down method Thinking and Approach, nothing has to be done, let everything be as it may and let the ball roll where it wants to go, you have no control over anything...) This is what it basically means when You don't learn lessons and gain wisdom, now the example was on the Survival level of life, but this applies to everything, saying nothing has to be done, be the way you are, I'm already there and stuff like this doesn't work for most ppl, simply because they can't just do nothing, doing absolutely nothing means, no thinking, no ideology, no wanting/needing, no desire, no intention, no definitions of words, no discretion, no nothing, can you do this right now? If You can then Your there already, Enlightened as we say, but can that be done by You, if not you have to find another way... Traps are there, many ppl fall into them everyday, it wastes allot of time, so gain some clarity, so life is lived with Ease, Ease means you are not touched by what is going on around you via Situations, life is not about Situations, its about what is going on within YOU...
  19. Its difficult when its not in Realization and one is not Aware of it, its easy when one is in Realization of it and is Aware of it, all that have gone to this place of experience say the samething, suffering was needed but then not needed when Realized and such sayings, so its a paradox in some ways, Realization is key, how to get there is varied...
  20. Sadhguru is very practical in my experience, you just have to be exposed to the methods he shares, which he doesn't generally do online, shambhavi mahamudra is online now and that just happened recently, a powerful practice along with Surya Kriya and Namaskar which balances you with the Moon and Sun, both available at Isha Foundation and very practical...He's just peaking one's interest so they explore further, its called Seeking!! The thing is he is saying was said in 2018, so his predictions are spot on for the timing for sure...
  21. Sadhguru talks about within the next Years the rise of Solar Flares and the energy projected on the planet, and how to use it for Spiritual Rising, rather than letting it use You, like the Full Moon days affecting ppl's psyche, its the same with the Sun and these sorts of events!
  22. Joe talking recently about the up coming Tyson vs Jake Paul fight, just watch it. Now I'm a fight fan too, been doing Martial Arts over 30yrs, studied allot of fighters and it was just interesting too me, the whole game of it, and I'm not a fighter guy, I'm a coach guy, but its all very interesting, its sort of a combination of Science and Pure Killer Instinct, that is what a good fighter is and what Tyson was in his prime, he had those two qualities, but I'm not going to freak out over it and become like a little child that is drooling because of Tyson and his skills and a upcoming fight lol,,, he's immature plain and simple...
  23. Hi, I didn't mean to make like that, just using a simple example of ppl doing what they are interested in, by the way have You watched "Sound of Freedom" it came out recently, its about this stuff I mentioned, they say there are over a million children involved with this stuff, so its not so small and isolated, that sort of supply means there's a great need, its the same with drugs, the cartels in mexico are making more $$ now and shipping more cocaine than ever, why is that, because the need is there, so these are just two examples of things going on in the world, there is many many more, so just saying ppl don't need to go and do what they are interested in, they aren't conscious enough yet lol, I witness daily the consciousness level of normal everyday humans, they are not there yet for that sort of drive to go for what they are interested in, they are interested in very low level things and some are not so healthy for them or the rest of us...
  24. When one comes to another culture to live, follow that cultures ways of living, drop the one you came from, or keep it at home, and don't identify with Culture too much, just enjoy it, enjoy the diversity of it when it comes into your life within the moment, then drop it when its not there...
  25. I live in Toronto, which is supposedly the most culturally diverse place in the world, every culture and ppls are here, and there's lots of problems, the main one is that ppl from other places come here looking for opportunity and higher standard of living, but still are entangled with their culture from back home, they want here to be there, but they left there to be here, which is weird... Simple example, the drivers here are very very bad, no courtesy, no signally, no common sense, this is from ppl from other cultures, driving the way they drive back home and doing so here, but it causes allot of headaches and time delays, which is crazy, just a simple example.. Where I work there's lots of cultures there, they are all good people, everyone gets along and mixes with others and talks among each other, so there are good examples of working together too, but my work place employer (which is a world wide recognized company, functioning all over the world) has a culture set up, everyone learns it and abides by it for the most part, everyone is not trying to bring their own culture here at my workplace and trying to function from that, it won't work that way... So the problem is Identifying with Culture too much, Culture is just the society around You telling You what to like, what to dislike, how to function and think within that society, but cultures vary greatly from place to place...
