Why can't You stay in high states? We are meant to be in high states, everything about us is enhanced when in high states, but maybe for other reasons, like situational circumstances, place of residence or something else is holding You back?

What comes first Perception or Experience? I think they are related, if Your Experience is Blissful, would that change Your Perception, as well if Your Perception is Enhanced, via no identifications of any kind filtering You, would that not change how You Perceive?

It depends on how one wants to portray it, in the culture of today Light is positive, Dark is negative, but this is culturally based ideology. Existentially, when we look up in the sky, the way our vision is set up, we notice the stars more than the blackness/darkness, but in reality there is more darkness than light, as with everything, even an atom which is mostly empty space, that space is dark..so most of reality that we can perceive is dark, not light, light is the absence of dark, and light comes then goes, darkness always is...

Sadhguru talks about it here, the video is mostly a verbal description of how Creation happened, he forwards it by saying "No-Thing" cannot be described by using words, but he attempts it anyways since ppl are asking, in it the subject of darkness comes up, I've stamped it at that point in the video...

This is not about "Telling the Body how to Feel", our Bodies are naturally meant to be Heathy and full of Energy and Vitality, its that we are doing things to bring this sort of situation down, we eat bad food, we don't exercise, we sit on the phone all day, etc... The Mind if there for us to use to Survive another day, that is the basics of it, its Intellect based and Intellect is a Survival tool, you won't go beyond Survival Level of Perception, Awareness via the Mind as it is in the modern day, and both Mind and Body are Accumulations, Body via the Food we eat (hence its a Earth Body), Mind via the input of data from the 5 senses, it comes in, its filtered thru the Intellect, Identity, Memory, and then maybe to the level of Chitta or Consciousness, but for most it does not go up that far, so all You to do is have a space experientially btwn what is You and what You have Accumulated, you are not anything that You have Accumulated, You are the thing that was there before any accumulation started, some call this Soul, Atman, God, or I like to use the word Life,,, once that is in Your Experience, the Body and Mind are Healthy naturally or will heal Naturally and Peace, Bliss are your Natural Experience, from this place of Stability, then You explore what it means to be Human and the Potential in Life!

I agree for the most part, we are not anything we have accumulated, we have accumulated our Body and Mind, our thoughts, opinions, beliefs, ideologies we hold as true, are all borrowed for the most part, not many ppl are truly authentic in their POV or Understanding, only a few are coming from a Pure Perception of Reality, that is why we have Guru's they are coming from that and can help us get there too, don't listen to their words, watch their actions and You'll know if there Authentic or not.. Don't worry about Free Wil. that is a consequence of Awareness, not something You think up and try to execute, but it our Human Ability to have Free Will, to decide how I want to be within Myself, to determine my Destiny and Direction in Life, that is partly what it means to be Human, otherwise we are no different from the animals or plant life which are more in a predetermined state of existence than we are!

Interesting example You used above as I have actually thought about that same example and how ppl can believe in a God creator Bible character, the way it is set up and such, its just completely ridiculous, just imagine a Supreme Being, Creator of Everything, all Knowing and Powerful, available in all places at all times, allowing a Baby to be lost or in my thoughts stranded in the snow on a winter day, it has happened, but this so called God that supposedly loves everyone and cares, lets this happen, its just plain old nuts! Since the above is not the Reality, then it is I think as I said to the best of my ability and understanding, we are here to play the game of becoming Aware of our True Nature, in this dual, material, survival based world and culture, via striving and seeking we can experience life from a more Aware POV, via that Life here on Earth Transforms, which is why the most important thing that can happen in the world is the Raising of Human Consciousness, when that happens in mass scales then things Transform!

If I raped that is, I have not, so rape for me doesn't exist! But the act of rape is happening right now, someone is committing rape on someone else, so whomever is doing this act is doing so of their own will, or lack thereof.. Its all Possibility, its not absolute, we can choose to Rape or Not Rape if Awareness is high and one is in Peace/Bliss states, how is it possible to be Evil if one is Blissed Out naturally?? Not possible!

Evil only exist as a Possibility, not as an Absolute that it will happen, just as Benevolence is a Possibility, as is with any action or emotion, experience, or situation that can happen or not happen, its all Possibility, what is the deciding factor is You and I, I can choose to be Evil or Benevolent, it has nothing to do with some God or Creator of sorts, Life being akin to God/Absolute, just sets up the playing field, we are here to work it out via our Awareness and then Free Will, Choice and our Ability to Respond!

Well there are lazy ways to do it too, if You can do absolutely No Thing, no thinking, no dreaming, no imagining, no ideas popping up, no judgement, no ego, no thing other than breathing and bodily functioning and being absolutely here and now, then Your there, karma is no problem for You, but can you be like this??? If not then Japa, mantra, kriya, asana, Jnana, Bhakti, Prananayama, on and on it goes...

I think once again the wrong wording is being Used, You cannot use words like evil and bad and wrong and the opposite in context with Absolute, Brahman/Shiva, God or whatever label You put too it, as Leo said this is Existential Level... Evil and Goodness and such labels are on the Human Level, so why are ppl taking Human level things and applying it too God/Absolute and such? It doesn't go there, but ppl are buying in to that there is this God/Absolute and then there is a ME, US, Humanity, Life forms etc, its not this way at all, there is Just Life, which is akin to God/Absolute, this Life is within Us all, we just have to be Conscious that we are Fundamental Life, with Bodies and Mind here on Earth and an Ability to Be Aware that we are this Life. Life is not the situations and circumstance one is in, its not the past events and experiences we have all had, nor the future imagination plans we are creating in our heads or dreams of the future, Life is present Only Now, its intense, active liveness that allows all creation to happen each moment and before and after this moment, all we can do as HUMANS is bring our Awareness of this to high intensity, then no Evil will exist, only Empowerment, which You can label as whatever You want, I say its Good, Love, Bliss, Aliveness, Truth, Consciousness, Hopes, Dreams, Success all the so called "Positive" things...

In my research they don't disagree that much, some do on some details, but mostly they just put it in different terminology, I've heard many say basically the same things!

Intelligence is everything and everywhere, in existence and non existence (physical/non physical), how does one describe existence, absolute/brahman/shiva other than saying its is super complex, connected, integrated, full of potential, that sounds like grand intelligence of sorts to me, not some love emotion that simple humans feel on and off depending on needs and wants.. 3. Energy Body, prana/kundalini/chakras and nadis, how does everything within us operate without Energy of sorts, its on the gross and subtle level, kundalini is life realized within a Human Body, all life has Kundalini, we are the only ones that can realize/be aware of it... 4. What I meant was what is Feeling or being capable of Feeling when there is no physical body and mind complex available in that astral realm???

Yes, well I guess it is the Brain specifically that we can control, the Mind is complex, the 4 basics of it you saw in Sadhuru's video, Intellect, Identity, Memory and Consciousness are the 4 basic aspects of it, I think there are sub layers and sub layers on top of the sub layers and such... We can use the mind in this way to choose how we live our life here while here...Some are choosing either consciously or unconsciously to maybe control or be in the space of the identity or the memory or intellect aspect of it, Spiritual path is about getting intouch with the Chitta or Consciousness aspect of it, I guess once that happens things change and Free will is now available!

What I don't know or understand is Sadhguru says if at the Moment of Death if You are in Emotional Pain, Suffering of sorts, that will be Your state on the other side, visa versa if Your In Bliss, but what is feeling that? From what I understand the Earth and Mental sheaths (mental is not about thoughts, ideologies and such, its the software of sorts, the intelligence that allows the body to function, like cells communicating with other cells and things of this intricate nature) don't go with You on the other side, the Energy /Etheric/Bliss sheaths do, karma is stored in the Energy Body I suppose? So what is feeling the suffering at the moment of death?? Ghosts are real too he says, it depends on what is happening at the moment of death and their karmic situation.

Has to do with Sounds and Mantras, research that sort of thing, every Physical thing in existence is vibrating and has a sound frequency. I guess some just don't go in the direction...

No Body no pain, pain only exists in the Body and Mind for the most part, there is physical pain, and emotional/mental pain, what other pain is there? Suffering is continued feeling of this pain after the source of the pain is gone, for sure someone that develops cancer and goes thru that will experience physical and mental suffering, its an ongoing situation of pain, that defines Suffering as far as I know.. Astral realm, Mahasamadhi, where is the body and mind in this situation?

What Others? I thought this place was the House of Solipsism?? LoL Yes its wise not too make assumptions, other than when Your Enlightened, You've touched the Bliss Body, they call it this because when intouch with it You feel Blissful, and when Your closer to Truth/Reality suffering is not possible for You, these are pointers only... Pain is always possible, but Pain is not Suffering! Enlightenment is knowing Sat Chit Ananda Experientially, that is You know via Experience Truth Consciousness Bliss...

Doesn't matter, who is or isn't Enlightened, why is the subject coming up, that is more important (ego), as well, does the methods shared and teaching of sorts (its not a teaching or philosophy or too be interpreted that way, just a sharing from someone) work or not work, is life Experience Empowered or Not? If Not then don't listen or continue with the method, move on, if its working then continue on, see where it goes!!

Simulation = A simulation is an imitative representation of a process or system that could exist in the real world. You see the contradiction here? There is a pretend world then a real world, what is the difference here, how do You what is pretend and what is real, how do You differentiate between the two?? It sounds pretty messed up to me, but to each their own:)

Ego and Belief are blinding, which is why the criminal is able to do what they do, they believe they are doing right, when in the end they are hurting more ppl than they realize, because they don't know about it, its not in their belief system or perception, so that is why belief is no good, it blinds ppl!

How do You know this?

Muktit or Liberation from Birth/Death Karma cycle... God is just another bondage, if You buy into it its no different from Loving a Drug or Movie actor, or any sort of addiction, but with God its super strong for some reason with ppl, it creates a feeling of security within them, solace of sorts, it settles their nerves that some God is watching out for them and luvs them, lol nuts!

Ego luvs this! Solipsism is Narcissistic sort of Spirituality, its not Spirituality at all really, just turbo boosted Ego!
