Don't Talk about Enlightenment, there are no Enlightened Beings posting here, so how do You talk or discuss something that You have no experienced... There are allot of Awakened People, yes for sure that is why we are all here, something has woken up within Us and we are curious to share and learn, this is all good, but when You talk about things that are not in your experience and above Your level of Awareness it leads You to develop Belief Systems within, identifying with Ideologies and this is not the way imo.. The way has already been firmly established long before any of Us were born, find one that works for You and Your unique Karma and such, follow it and a quality Guru and Your on Your Way.. First get Happy naturally, then talk about other levels of Awareness and Enlightenment, if the Happiness part is not settled then your not even at 0 so no point in discuss level 10 when Your below 0 -

I take the elections seriously when it is time to vote, for Us here in Canada our national election is next Year... But to discuss it like it is done here to Death, its overboard... I am up on World Events and Situations, I have many sources I refer to in that manner, so I know what is going on in Europe, Asia, Middle East and so forth, but in the end I as an individual cannot do anything about it, my vote and for whomever won't change a thing, the system we are involved with is very corrupt and dysfunctional on all levels, our Governments, Financial, Educational, and Health care systems are Dysfunctional, and talking about it and debating about it what to do won't change it.. This idea that my power lies in my vote and my voice is false, nothing has changed, only a grand catastrophe of sorts will make change Unfortunately, until then my main concern is my own Awareness, Health and Security and that of my Family... -

So just to logically break this down and show You and others the problems, You say everything is God/Absolute, this I can agree with, on a Fundamental Level this is True, but Sadhguru cannot lead me to God, he's a recognized Guru, You have more intuition than him and think Leo is more capable, Lol, okay now I really know where we stand:) This is complete Delusion but that is okay, to each their own...:) -

You call me Sick, and this sort of stuff will go on and on, while the rest of the world is just struggling to survive! What is sick is that the real attention is not on what it should be, saving this world from basic suffering issues that can be solved because we have the ability and technology to do it, we just don't have the Will or Awareness to do It! Profit and Power always Wins today, at the expense of the masses, that is what is Sick! -
You can either be a Slave to Outside Situations and what others say, this is basically Compulsive Reacting, or You can Choose to Respond, and establish Your Being, and Consciously Decide How to Be within Yourself and How outside Situations affect Your Inner Experience, that is the choice we have as Human Beings, Free Will is our basic Capability if we choose to exercise it!

The Adam guy I have heard of him, he's an "Internal" Martial Artist I think, does stuff like Tai Chi, Bakua, Hsing I, Chinese Internal arts that focus more on so called Chi, but in reality it is very specific Body Structure and Mechanics, its not rocket science but its very sophisticated methods of utilizing Your Body better so that you can get power from 1" away or even when touching Your opponent, you don't need space to make power happen, its already loaded in Your body via the Structure/Mechanics, like a loaded spring ready to pop, this has nothing to do with mysterious Chi flowing and one becoming a Jedi Knight lol.. -

I simply care about what happens to ppl, all of us since I have to live and deal with everyone on a daily basis, and when I see insanity I call it out at times.. -

As a Long Time Martial Artist, most of this sort of stuff is BS, if that was possible, and it may be possible, then the receiver would react more than what he is there, if Chi is bioelectric then the shock would mess up his nervous system, plus these sorts of demo's can be so faked its unreal, and I think one would have to be very dedicated and specific about their Sadhana to use prana/chi like this, don't think this guy has done it lol... -

I would say Prana is manifested Life, but its very subtle, not as Gross as Blood for example or O2, and its not just O2, it can be many things like the food we eat which comes from the Earth, Earth has prana in it and we can absorb it that way as long as it is quality Food coming from Quality Earth or Soil..Sunlight and other forms of Light are Prana too I would say, some Yogi's do not eat at all, and they breath very few times a min, maybe once if that, they can still go on... Its not Love, its a grand form of the Intelligence that allows everything that is in Manifested form to exist, this intelligence is within everything we see and ourselves, some call this Nature,, -

Most Narcissistic or Megalomaniac personalities do NOT recognize it within themselves so I understand why You don't get what I am saying... When I first came on here and everyone found out I am into Sadhguru, You tried to get me away from him in a way, at least that is what I felt, it was strange indeed... I pride myself on my ability to look around and see others perspectives, I focus on what Sadhguru does because it simply makes the most sense to Me, it may not be this way with others and that is okay, lots here do the same with Leo, but I do not see it in Leo like the others do, I see someone that for sure has had Awakenings but he's not there Yet Experientially, he seems Angry and Emotional/Reactive, and he looks down on many here including me as newbies or someone that doesn't know what they are talking about, and that he is above all others, and I see it in you too, your just more gentle with it... I've researched many many other Spiritual Teachers and Methods/Ideologies, I just use Sadhguru's terminology allot that is all, I don't even watch his videos much anymore, I did before and I don't have to know unless it is about something revealed as New or Interesting to me... -

@emil1234 Good post and sharing, for sure You've had Awakening, I would just keep on doing what Your doing and let nature take its course. Guys Like Frank Yang, you mentioned him, lots around here think he's something special, I don't see it, he looks super egoic and likes to show off, looking for fame of sorts, I wouldn't follow or listen to anyone like him when it comes to Spiritual Teachings or as an example of that... So these sorts of ppl are not on the path, its something else, that is why they still luv the materialism and such. Others on the right path use materialism to support their mission to help others elevate their Consciousness, this is the way of things in today's world, $$ has to be spent if one wants to to big things in the world, Sadhguru's course are cheap compared to others, I paid only $150 US for his Online IE course when I did it in 2012, its is priceless in how effective it is and how well it worked, others charge 100X this for shit courses, so it says allot and can be easily seen... -

Dude You need to Chill and come down to Earth, aren't You suffering from some form of Social Anxiety, didn't You post about this recently asking for help? I'm not holding this against You, we all have some sorts of issues, whether social or interior experiential experiences going on, its not easy being Human especially in this day and age, I just bring this up because You come off as a Megalomaniac in a way, saying what You listed above.. Leo is just like this too, especially lately, but he seems very Grumpy and Aggravated, You are more soft approach but it is there for sure.. We all have a sense of Ego, and follow certain paths and ideologies, this has to happen when Embodied with a Body/Mind Complex, its going to happen, but what You say above is dangerous thinking and understanding of Oneself, I see this all the time in the world and it is not Healthy! -
Completely Agree! Its not about Good or Bad, its about are You Self/Ego Centered or Inclusive in Nature? These Athletes are are Egoic in Nature! I played many sports when I was younger, but I got super involved with Tennis, went to high Level Tennis Camps in Florida, I think if I lived in a more Uban Environment I could have done something with it, but I still watch the pro's play, I don't Understand it, the clench their fists on everyshot lol, the big guns win win and win and lose it when they win like its the greatest thing ever, its like a drug addiction, their after that win. To Win someone has to Lose, that means Your celebrating being on top of someone else, that is more like a sickness than anything. Its okay to challenge Yourself on many levels, if Messi is playing just for the Luv of the Sport then that is the way it should be, You play because U luv it, the playing of the game and such, yeah I may be a little disappointed when I lose but it won't kill me. Just watch that new Netflix series on Tennis Players called Break Point, these ppl are dysfunctional to say the least, they put stress upon themselves and I think are living miserable lives all to chase that big "WIn", hypocrisy if you ask me Sadhguru with an Ex Soccer play from Britain, excellent convo on cheating in sports and what sports is all about!

He doesn't recognize the pretentiousness, he like everyone here makes big claims, but when someone else makes different ones, at time they become pretentious and very egoic in nature lol... People can discuss and disagree on things for sure, but when they claim others are "speculating" and just guessing, lol, who's to say that to someone else when they no very very little about them other than what they write here, its super pretentious to say such things.. Leo is the lead here and it has filtered down to many others in many ways, that is not so good imo... -

Its a big Distraction that is why, if someone is stuck in a Hell of sorts, Suffering all the time, they will do whatever they need to do to get out of that place, at least for a bit of time.. We are very complex as Human Beings, high levels of Awareness of Truth are needed to Live a Life that allows our Full Potential to come forth in our Experience.. If this doesn't happen, and ppl go thru various levels of Suffering, then its a wasted Life, as its a wasted Potential, isn't that the definition of Tragedy?? We morn when a Child dies or is Killed because the Potential is Lost, and its Tragic! Spiritual Path or Mukti as Sadhguru puts it, is about Living to our Potential and Possibility, this sort of Language takes the Bullshit out of it, the Religious and Spiritual words that ppl use, like God or Absolute or whatever that can create all sorts of meaning in someone's mind, just call it Potential, and don't ask what that means, just find out for yourself thru some practices and methods that have been around long before anyone here was born, why reinvent the wheel when its already there for Us to us and find out what our Potential Is! As soon as You try to define it and intellectualize it, You lose it, and put it in a box and then your Fucked in ever living that Potential! -

@MarioGabrielJ I prefer the use of the Term Brahman myself, God has to many implications associated with it for Use in a Spiritual Context I think, Brahman is better as it doesn't refer to a "Personified" God, it refers to as what You said above, Everything and Anything.. We can't understand Brahman, but we can Experience it. How does the Absolute or Brahman experience itself? I think it creates Us, so that a game of sorts begins, so that all sorts of Situations and Experience arises out of this Game. The Game is Serious and Fun, Blissful and Suffering, and the coolest part of it all, Brahman gave Us Free Will, the Ability to be Conscious/Aware enough of Brahman (this does not mean Intellectual Understanding) that we can determine in each of our Individual Expression/Experience how to go thru this Game, is it a Blissful Game or Suffering Game, both have to exist, one cannot exist without the other, but we can choose!! When we don't choose, then we live by accident and cannot really Experience Brahman totally, so that is why Bliss is a Great Foundational Context on the Spiritual Path, it allows us to be Free From Individuality and Karma in a way, it brings us beyond the inherent need to Survive and Live on that level of Living.. When You stop looking outside for Fulfilment, You stop Extracting from "Other", and You start Sharing, Giving much more, You want to Share this Bliss with everything around You, that is where Sat Chit Ananda comes into it, Reality/Brahman is Truth, Consciousness/Awareness, Bliss, these three words basically describe Reality and its all we need to know of it I think, any further inquiry will then get Us too Intellectually stimulated and we will Lose Awareness of it totally! All of this is Experiential, without Experience then how is Brahman/God to know itself? -
Read and Listen to the Lyrics, if You don't get it, then You need TOO! Logical Song by SuperTramp! When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful A miracle, oh, it was beautiful, magical And all the birds in the trees, well they'd be singing so happily Oh, joyfully, oh, playfully watching me But then they sent me away to teach me how to be sensible Logical, oh, responsible, practical Then they showed me a world where I could be so dependable Oh, clinical, oh, intellectual, cynical There are times when all the world's asleep The questions run too deep For such a simple man Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned? I know it sounds absurd Please tell me who I am I said, now, watch what you say, they'll be calling you a radical A liberal, oh, fanatical, criminal Oh, won't you sign up your name? We'd like to feel you're acceptable Respectable, oh, presentable, a vegetable Oh, take, take, take it, yeah But at night, when all the world's asleep The questions run so deep For such a simple man Won't you please (oh, won't you tell me) Please tell me what we've learned? (Can you hear me?) I know it sounds absurd (Oh, won't you tell me) please tell me who I am Who I am, who I am, who I am Ooh Hey 'Cause I was feeling so logical Yeah D-D-D-D-D-D-D-Digital Yeah, one, two, three, five Oh, oh, oh, oh, yeah Ooh, it's getting unbelievable Yeah Getting, getting, yeah, yeah Uh, uh, uh, uh Source: LyricFind Songwriters: Richard Davies / Roger Hodgson

If You listen to this, its really the Enlightenment Song, not the Logical Song, the Lyrics say it All!

Here Sadhguru Describes the 5 Koshas, or Layers/Shealths that make Up a Human Being,.. What keeps it all together is the Karmic Substance, its like a Glue of sorts, Your Karma is stored in the First 3 Layers I believe, if You lose Your Body, its still in the Mind Layer, and the Energy Layer...Energy is the most subtle aspect of Physicality, Body is the most Gross aspect, once You Master the Energy aspect of Your Existence, then Your Destiny is 100% in Your hands, Karma cannot touch You know! 1) Food/Earth Body 2) Mental Body 3) Energy Body 4) Transitionary Body, phasing into Non Physical Aspect.. 5) Bliss Body, Bliss refers to the Experience of the person touching this aspect of what they are, pure Non Physical Aspect!

Most human beings are breathing somewhere between 12 to 15 times per minute. They use less than 20% of their lung capacity during normal breathing. If your lung capacity expands, the number of breaths per minute during normal breathing naturally comes down, without one controlling it. One practises it so that this type of breathing becomes normal in our daily life style . Ofcourse intense activity like running or sports activity is an exception . If we simply practise breathing like this which is also one of the part of shambhavi mahamudra , you will see your energies will divert themselves in a completely different direction.

If One is Identified and Trapped in the Mind, then there is Time and Space, that is the arena of the Mind, always Remembering and Imagining, but if You have more Intense Awareness and Consciousness, then you will not be identified with the Mind and not trapped by it, therefore Time no longer exists for You, Your Here and Now, a never ending Moment, this is very empowering but it has to be balanced, if not then Your not going to function within a Society (which is okay too). So it all depends on where one is, levels again present here too.. This is what it means to be Human, Free Will or the Ability to Respond to what is happening within You and Around You sooner or later has to be dealt with, if not one will live in fantasy's or ideologies which may lead them astray to more suffering or worse a lost and wasted Life.. -
