My problem is not that ppl think or not think they are God, or Absolute, its the proclamation of it only that is egoic. For sure the narcissist is not a Spiritual person as I would define it, they are self centered, solipsistic, me/myself & I focused, they use ppl for their own good, the spiritualist is opposite, they are selfless, devoid of self (devotion in action), mostly or fully aware of Reality, Connection and Response Able, living Now and using everything as a means to enhancement, not wounded by anything.. The difference in our understanding and/or approaches is simply this, I understand as Humans we have choice, Free Will, the Ability to Respond and make choices, I can sit down or stand up, I can go left or right, I can run over that old lady or avoid her, choice is everywhere, You do not buy into this via the statements that You make, for eg. "No, no, you are not figuring shit out, it's just happening just like a bird shitting on your head", Free Will is not about Situations that happen to You, Life is not about Situations that are happening to you or around You, Free Will is how You respond to having a bird shitting on You, not that fact that is happened to You, that is a big difference in understanding and approach! -

Listen, I am not here to compare the size of our dicks, if You have had higher levels of Consciousness, God, Infinity or whatever You want to call it than I, then I am happy for You, we need more ppl like You on this earth, that are here just as an example of how to Be, and it doesn't matter what You write or say, Your action will overshadow all of that if Your Consciousness is that high, as they say "Action speaks louder than words", so that is good.. -

this is mental justification that satisfies a certain need to logically figure something out, but saying real and unreal at the same time is nonsense, especially when we are here using logical communication as a means to understand one another, if life is real and unreal, then how to understand to any level of coherence what someone means when they Write something if it is real and unreal at the sametime lol.. If what Leo shares on his videos is real and unreal at the same time, what does that mean, why listen to it if part of it is unreal and means nothing? -

lol, no my ego is not hurt, I don't take myself as seriously as You do, I just wonder how You know all of this about me just from what I write here, maybe I am playing a game of sorts, leading You and others on, playing down my level of Consciousness, Leela is the way as You know right:) My point is that You believe in knowing what I am pretty confidently, how do You know this is truth beside what I write here, which may or may not be the real me? -

This is after the fact, monday morning rationalization, luckily for me I don't have nightmares, but for those that do to them it is real in the moment that it is happening, then they wake up, stressed out to the max, sweating, heart rate blood pressure up, and then cannot go back to sleep, and then it happens again the next night, and next night, but its not real until they die 20yrs before they are supposed too, lol, so tell me is the dream not real then?? -

I agree totally, but can You do it on Your own, can You realize beyond the intellectual level and experience it for yourself right now this very moment? If You can then I will bow down to You, and I think that is Great:) If not, then what? And from what I see You have almost 11k posts here, I have 1318. so who's endlessly rambling on forums and claims to be God and the only one, not me:) -

So now Your claim he is dead to support a theory that those other Guru's are light years ahead of him and still relevant today??? Isn't that a bit far fetched? If I said I have watched ppl claim that he is alive today, why is this less credible than you saying he is dead 5yrs ago, please explain?? You must see here how the ego is being used to justify belief systems and opinions to be true over others opinions, which in the end means nothing right! -

This is why it is a misnomer to use the word "God", it has very deep implications and meanings to ppl world wide, if someone says "I am God" most ppl will think they are what I described it too be, the words infinite/infinity and such are not in their minds or used as implied meanings. Much better to use words like Brahma, Shiva, Krishna, Deity, Enlightened or something along those lines... Why have to constantly remind ppl of how You use and interpret the word when there are other words that can be used that don't imply what most think the Word God means! -

Once again, I ask, "How do You know You have reached higher peaks of Consciousness than Sadhguru?", how do You determine this, You still have no answered this, you make the claim, but when you proclaim it here on a public forum of sorts you need to back it up.. Now from what You have posted on this forum, for the last 4 yrs You have been in University, have a GF, done psychedelics on a regular basis, meditate, do Yogic practices and such, and post on this forum, and probably a bunch of other things that no one here knows about... What has Sadhguru done in the years before You went to University, and the work still continues today? Are we not able to judge someone based on their actions and/or inactions?? Is it fair to say that someone with a very high state or peak of Consciousness would be able to do this as he does over the last 35+yrs, could You do this since You claim to have higher peaks of consciousness than him?? Also notice how You make this personal between You and I will statements like "This just only shows your inexperience in the field of Awakening.", this is not personal for me, I don't care what You or anyone thinks, but I ask, how do you know what my state of Awakening is, by the words I write here or do you know my thoughts and actions on a daily basis minute by minute?? -

Its simple, why come on a forum and state "I am God". What does it mean to say that? God, as far as I understand it is all knowing, all powerful, omni present, creator, creation, ultimate intelligence, absolute, things of this nature, if One proclaims they are that, then what about Me, and the others that say the same, are there more than One God? If I had such an experience, I would not make such a claim, just to be devil's advocate to what You say.. I would say that I experience everything as One, a feeling of Completeness and Bliss, Sat Chit Ananda would be my Meme, now by using this sort of language I am not inferring upon myself All Knowingness, All Powerful, Omni Presence, Creator/Creation identity or Ultimate Intelligence is mine and mine alone, do You see the difference in Expression?? Saying that I am God, as described above imo shows huge Ego, saying I am Sat Chit Ananda is not.. Strong identification with Ego simply means You take Yourself too Seriously, which is the whole point of this post! -

What does all this mean? Higher awakenings, higher states of Conscious possible, how do I know what this is, how do You know what this is, what is the difference between You (You are portraying here that You are capable or are of a "Higher state of consciousness") and normal consciousness, or even slightly higher consciousness compared to You or Sadhguru or the ones light years ahead of him.. So far You've only stated opinion, in regards to opinion there are currently 8.5 billion different ones, why should anyone take Yours over the other 8.4999999 billiion, what proof or credibility do we use to determine Your opinion is more valuable than others or Sadhgurus? I've done plenty of Studying of other Saints, Yogis, Gurus and such, so far not many compare with Sadhguru, plus most of them are not here right now functioning in this world alive and active, what good are they to anyone now compared to one that is here active and alive today? -

Its fine to have a God realization, its ego when one proclaims it publicly, like proclaiming "I am Enlightened". Be God, Feel God, Imbibe God wholly, that is the whole point of Spirituality, and why all the Guru's and Yogis, and Jesus and everyone else that has been Enlightened or will be come to this earth, but proclaiming it publicly is the point of my post, why proclaim it, why defend it, why say such things? You only do it because You take Yourself, Your proclamation, Your Realizations and Experiences too Seriously, if You just laughed at it all, knowing that in 70yrs time no one will know that You ever existed, and you can still laugh, then imo You truly are God Realized:) Can You Laugh at Yourself, your "God Realization", psychedelic experiences, the posts You have made on this forum, the relationships as well??? -

I would call myself a "Disciple" of Sadhguru, I've studied him for many many years now, more so than anyone I've ever studied, and that is allot of ppl, I've sat infront of him for days on end on a few occasions, done a few of his programs, promote his methods to others, when I read what You say, I think it is perfectly fine, You have done Your own research, You find value in some of it, but not enough to go all the way, that is perfectly fine, but You see the value in it, that is the whole point of it, if someone see's no value, when value is there, and then promote it as not valuable, I have no choice but to say something.. Please someone here that thinks they know what reality is and thinks they are really really smart, if God as You see and know it to be, was to appear here on Earth, what would he/she/it have to do and say for You to recognize it as God, please share it?? -

The path towards truth for sure can be walked alone, just like the path on a dark trail in the woods, but are you going to go in the right direction if You do not know the path or never been down it before? If You know the path, then You are fine, if You do not know the path then what will happen, will You be fine or not fine? -

How do You know this, and why should anyone care? If Lahiri Mahasaya is light Years ahead of Sadhguru, how did You come to this determination and why is it relevant today for Me? -

"The most Irresponsible thing You can do is walking around here and feel Miserable!"- Sadhguru -

there is no need to reject anything, You just use it, and when it is of no use you drop it, that doesn't mean you like or dislike it, it just falls away by itself, its like going from puberty to adulthood, it just happens by itself, its the same here, Sadhguru knows his role, he is not reliant on anyone's approval or acceptance or love or devotion, whether or not You follow his ways, don't follow his ways, listen or don't listen, he doesn't really care about what You feel, he only Gives it all Away, that is what real Experience of Spirituality is while You are Embodied and on this planet with a Body/Mind complex in place, You just Give, like the Sun gives light and heat, it just gives, not wanting or needing anything in return.. I agree in an aspect, the responsibility or individual Willingness to Receive Grace or Help has to be there, if it is not, it doesn't matter who is helping You, SAdhguru, or Buddha, or Jesus Christ, if You are not responding to it and willing, nothing will help you Spiritually.. -

Who determines "More Awake"? Does Leo decide who is more awake than another, or do I, or do You, or does anyone, how is it possible to be more awake than another, who determines this? How is one to know how Awake someone is? What actions or inactions are required to determine Awakeness? If someone says Sadhguru is not Awake, and another says he is, who is right, who is wrong, how do we determine who is in what catagory? Is Leo awake? How do we know this, how is it determined that he is awake, and others are not, what factors are involved??? -

I'm not offended, it doesn't matter to me personally what ppl think of Sadhguru or anyone else, that is up to them, but this is a public forum in a way, pp that are into spirituality come here, so when someone says this or that about Sadhguru, I will say what I need to say, because for me he's the real deal, Guru's are here because ppl need help on the Spiritual path, if You think You don't maybe You are right, maybe You are wrong, some are for sure more gifted spiritually, and this will reflect in how they experience life and function in this world, this applies to everything that one can get involved with as well, some are gifted physically and in a variety of ways, some lift a weight once and their muscles grow, others it takes allot more effort to get little progress, so that is the way it is, but all of Us can grow Spiritually, and ppl like Sadhguru (he's not the only one) help us tremendously along the way for those in need of it, if they don't need it/him then don't listen to him or watch his videos or judge him... -

Sounds like Your Ego was spiked and Your agitated, this doesn't sound like God to me, or a person that has control over anything in their life... -

Every Aspect of this current Society/Culture is a Cult, Apple and the way it does business and the ppl that use their products are a part of a Cult, same with ppl that listen to Taylor Swift, or luv the Rocky movies (like myself), or cry in the presence of their favorite movie star or singer, all of it is a Cult, and whomever is determined to be the leader of such things can be said to be a cult leader, but if everything is a Cult then who cares!!! -

Whether or not Sadhguru is Enlightened or not is not up to You or Me or anyone to determine, all we need to determine, and its for ourselves, is does what he shares work, is it effective for what he is sharing it for (Spiritual Enhancement, Development and eventually Enlightenment), if it is for You, then continue on, if not then drop it and move on to something else, or drop this Spiritual path stuff forever.. The best part is that Sadhguru says to do this himself, all the time...
