Memory is fine, forgetting all the stupid things You have done is not so fine, so memory is not the problem. Your Identified and addicted to Your Memory, that is the problem, once You have a high Level of Consciousness, then this identification problem goes away, then everything is fine! The key in life is not having high intelligence, its high Consciousness and Awareness, then You have Clarity, with that you look intelligent to others but it is just You see/perceive reality just the way it is, not how You want it too be, so Clarity is the key thing to have, not intelligence or will power or wealth...

stupidity like this is rampant, no concern for others, just me wanting to get higher and higher and experience chase, let him do it and karma will show him the pain of ignorance, its no different from drunk drivers they don't give a shit, what happens to them will be what happens to them, we don't have to wish anything for them, they will do it too themselves unless they smarten up.. Go the natural route, its much safer for you and everyone else!

how so? Did society and culture just progress organically, or was it directed by someone or a group of someone's for nefarious reasons.. I am leaning towards the latter but of course the organic route could have been the way as well.. Today though, the way things are, when I am out and about as I am on my daily job duties, I see organized chaos and purposefully lead direction so that ppl look outside of themselves for most everything, health, happiness, fulfilment, insight..and they are falling for it big time!!

Here Jiang talks about Economic Anxiety and how it is Used to Control the masses.. I buy into this stuff because when I look around and see what is going on, we could do so much better but we are set in our ways, people are not capable really of seeing a society without Money, or Competition or Debt and Slavery to a job or career, only to end up dead broke or suffering thru it all! I've always understood it that there are groups of ppl that are really in control, setting up systems for all of to fall under and be trapped in, while these ppl in these groups are way above this and free to do what they please, which seems to be to accumulate more power, lower the population #'s, destroy the planet and other hideous acts... Not sure though of the way out of this trap other than personal Enlightenment and isolating one's self from General Society! Enjoy:)

What would happen is you would become so bored with life that you would go on drug binges everyday numbing yourself all the time..not so healthy.. Yes some ppl have more natural skills, John McEnroe was probably the most naturally skilled tennis player ever, the way he hit the ball is not the way most everyone hits a tennis ball and he could generate power and finesse and touch with it like a master violin player, and he practiced little in his prime, it just came to him, but he got lazy and the other guys got better... All skill takes some work, find out what interests You and then work at it, and do something You luv that will motivate You more...

Social Media is the collective Ego expressing itself, and what is it saying? Its Saying "Look at Me, Luv Me, Appreciate Me, I am Special, Follow Me", or the exactly opposite.. Ego luv's attention anyway it can get it, and the majority are unfortunately totally identified with their Ego and False self, so social media is a disaster zone for sure, but yes a powerful influencer in so many ways, mostly negative imo.. Its just another sign of the socially accepted insanity that is our societies generally!

Not really, you can use some methods to make every moment a spiritual training or sadhana really.. I've written a few e books on this and how to do it.. Of course there are sitting and standing practices that cannot be done while working or doing life activities, these need dedication and commitment and personal space, but things can be done while living a normal life... -

There are paradoxes in Life and Reality, this is why our Mind and using Logic won't work, You cannot live to your highest Potential via the Intellect or Logic or trying to fit it all together in a straight line... Yes, there is only the living Now, that is where Life exists, Past is just Your Memory, Future is just Your imagination, neither exists in physical reality, but they exist in Your Mind, and with the past this is Karma, all the actions You performed in the past (Body, Mind, Emotion, Energy action) has a residual affect, its like an impression, deny this all You want, but all of existence/Creation is like this, if there was no Big Bang or whatever, no creation would exist, no planet earth, no invention of the internet, no forum, no You posting on it.. So even thought the past does not exist, it has an affect on us, especially if Your an Human Being and Unconscious! Free Will lies in the fact that You can dissolve this personal Karma that You have, You can be Aware, which is another form of intelligence I would say, via this Your actually living in the NOW moment, this is reflected in Your Experience as Peace, Joy, Bliss, via that foundation You can see with Clarity (the future per say) and play this physical game of duality, karma, materialism here on Earth while Embodied.. There paradox is just this, life is only Now, but we can use the past experience to be wise from and plan for future but live now totally...This applies to Human Existence only... Your Body is full of the Past, but live Now.. Your Mind is past/future orientated, but Awareness can override the mind...Just play the game, don't analyze it too death... -

My last reply on this subject here anyway, my choice eh:) Differing opinions means looking at the same evidence, same #'s and such and interpreting it differently via a choice of how to interpret, based on their own choosing of understanding, It doesn't get more objective than physics and/or other sciences does it not? Then how to have a disagreement? Its in interpretation which is choosing to see it differently.. And Free Will is not about belief,, Now I've already said that the majority of ppl live predetermined lives, karma rules them, so predetermination is alive and well in tons of ppl, but so is choice and Free Will, as well as Randomness and chaos.. Its all of this stuff mixed together.. but hey anything can be argued and said to be not true based on the individuals personal logic, which is again a choice.. We all make tons of decisions everyday, some are predetermine (like my body it wants to go pee mostly at the sametimes everyday, but I can hold it, and if I try hard enough change that routine and predetermination to some other time.), and some are based on high level of choice, those that are highly Conscious have more access to Free Will and out of the trap of predetermination than those of lesser consciousness.. -
He is different than lets say Zehan who's more into day to day and recent history stuff, supply chains and demographics, and he's certainly not into secret societies, so its nice to view different ones and see their angles for sure!!

I don't think their so "Secret" any more, there are usual suspect, Rockefellers, Rothchild's, and those sort from way back when.. I think we are so corrupted and brainwashed by what they all started that it is almost on autopilot now, like he demonstrated with the kids in school socking the other kids because the authority figure told them to do so, but also there are rebels too, but they have their own scheme of control that they want to establish as well, think Cartels and large criminal orgs as well as Intelligence agencies and countries like Israel and middle east ones that want to take down American ways of life and culture religion and ways of living.. Basically we are all screwed in the end on all sides is my pov...

No, they called them Householders in India, and they have a whole system of Spirituality set up for ppl that have families and work at jobs/careers, this has been around for centuries if not thousands of years.. Basically in India back in the old days, you had to decide in what direction you wanted to go in at 16 or 18, family life or spiritual life, if you choose family life, you got married, had kids, worked until you were in your 50's or so, then you separated from your family (most of the kids were out of the house by then) and went to an ashram and went in the spiritual direction then at older ages...Its a good system if you ask me.. -

Its exactly this..,and Your the one that brought Einstein into the conversation.. We can all go back and forth and post this video and that video contradicting the other person's video, quote this or that person, and I find it interesting that even in the objective world of facts that science is supposed to be about there are varying opinions on the same subject, if that only doesn't tell You that free will exists as a possibility for Human Beings then I don't know what will.. This is just a perfect example of extreme belief blinding ppl, please all that read this look Above!! -

@Breakingthewall For sure it beats "I am just imagining You and everything else, I took a drug and now I am GOD, bow down to my wisdom, bow down to my presence" that goes on around here lol... -

Sadhguru calls this solace seeking, but its not a solution, like a band aid, it comes off soon after it is put on as wear and tear will make that so.. I think these types serve a purpose though, some are just not ready for the real work, the sadhana needed, so they go to where they fit in.. but I want to know what methods do they share other than talking and writing? Its like Eckhart Tolle, he was my first introduction to Spirituality, and he makes tons of sense imo regarding living now and ego issues and acceptance, but what method does he share other than intellectual ones? At least with Sadhguru he states that all the talking is circus, something he has to do to gain interest, but the real work in in the Sadhana, the Kriya's, the Asana work, and even the temples he built helps tremendously on levels we don't realize.. I can see the differences btwn the two sorts of ways, there are saints talking and writing, then there are Guru's doing it, living it, proving it works.. I guess I am a method sort of guy, got this from the martial arts I trained in I guess.. -

@Breakingthewall I think we get to a point of overthinking and over intellectualizing it for sure.. These Guru's and Saints and such, they all have their way of expressing it, this is there to appeal to all the personality types, karmic types and surface uniqueness that exist thru Human Nature or Egoic nature, its only a starting point imo.. We can go on and on forever with this stuff (just see all the threads, posts, replies here, just think of all the other forums, other avenues of discussion, analyzing, rehashing, arguments thru history) and where does it all lead.. This place Actualized.org is perfect example, its full of ego and identification, dick measuring, your wrong/I'm right, no one really listens to what anyone else is saying/writing, this just go on and on with their ideologies and discussions, then You see them posting in the mental health section talking about being addicted to this or that drug or ssri or whatever, so its a joke in a way.. We can share all we want, but in the end its forgotten tomorrow, but what is our present state of Awareness, can I go outside and just see a tree without labelling it and feel connected?? Most cannot do this, I have trouble sometimes doing this but I can do it at times... But if You like it and it empowers You continue on, I appreciate Your sharing and how You see it and explain things lately allot:) -

Wolfgang Smith, Mathematician and Physicistm he spent years with the Yogis in India, called them Giants, but was more of a gnostic Christian I would say, Here is what he says about Free Will.. "Wolfgang Smith explored the concept of free will within his broader metaphysical framework, particularly through the lens of "vertical causality," which posits that higher levels of being—such as the intellect and the soul—can influence lower levels, including the physical world. He argued that free will is an expression of this vertical causality, where the human soul, as a higher ontological reality, exercises causal power over physical processes, thereby enabling genuine freedom of choice. This view stands in contrast to the mechanistic worldview of modern science, which reduces all causation to physical interactions and thus undermines the possibility of free will. Smith maintained that the corporeal world, which includes human experience and consciousness, is not merely a projection of the physical universe but a real and ontologically distinct domain that allows for such higher-level causation. He emphasized that the collapse of the wave function in quantum mechanics, which requires an observer, hints at a metaphysical order where consciousness and will play a fundamental role, aligning with his notion of vertical causality. In his work, Smith asserted that the traditional tripartite cosmology—comprising the corporeal, the physical, and the spiritual—provides the necessary framework to understand free will as a real and meaningful phenomenon, not an illusion produced by deterministic processes." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolfgang_Smith -

Levels bro, there are levels to it all, baby steps, first dis identify with Body and Mind, then go from there, when ppl that are unprepared (psychedelic users mostly) have these grand experiences whatever that is, they come back freaking out, and then don't know what the hell life is and how to integrate the grand experiences.. You've just this moment become a Billionaire, now what do You do? You go a bit crazy, spend spend spend, lose friends/family, gain fake ones, go thru this craziness and either come out of it wiser or worse than before You won it.. Or you grow slowly, make a $100K a year, then a million a few years later and so on, slow and steady then you can handle it much better.. We have to deal with what is what, we have this body and mind, it rules us mostly, getting over just that is huge, after that thank god we have Guru's and Teachers that have been there before us to guide and help... No need to reinvent the wheel, time tested methods and systems are already out there, nobody is experiencing anything new, its just new to them but not on the grand scale.. -

Both exist, predetermination and free will, we humans have to figure it out which one to use, that is one of our roles here, no other life form on this planet has as much choices as we do, most animals are mostly predetermined living forms, we are too in lots of ways, but we have access to levels of Consciousness that animals do not, that makes all the differences, and one of the qualities of High Consciousness is choosing how to be and choosing your destiny.. At the sametime there is always a randomness to things, that is the chaos and beauty of creation, its set up in a way that potential is mostly unlimited, limited physically but living things are way more than just physical objects.. -
Yes he is good for ppl that have problems sleeping, You watch him and he puts You too sleep, like other intellectuals, watch them speak and write big posts and books and it puts you too sleep, where the powers that be want you to be asleep at the wheel of life.. At least Vervaeke is a meditator, he just analyses too much and tries to share what Reality is via logic which it is not!!

No confusion, Body is just food or borrowed material from earth with an ingrained intelligence that has a strong survival and procreation instinct.. Mind in basic terms is just an accumulation of 5 sense data input, mushed up together via an intellect, identity and memory making machine, so that again we can survive another day.. What was there before all this gathering happened, something had to be there for all of this too be built upon?? Find out what that is, then You know You are not the Body or Mind, you have them here as tools to use in this sort of dual, karmic, materialistic realm to play this game of Life which is full of Possibilities and Choices...You can live like a Pig, or be a virtual God, the choice is ours to make.. Don't spend a whole life trying to figure it out intellectually down to the first atom being born, that is a waste of time, just enjoy the ride and live the possibility that it provides.. -
God is not Love, God is just Possibility.. You (this Human Being vessel/embodiment) have to decide Yourself what is Love and what is not Love, what is Beautiful and is not Beautiful, its purely a Relative/Subjective thing... On one level You do what You have to do to survive, if stomach is empty then one problem exists, once survival is settled You can move on to other aspects of life, when stomach is full 100 problems exist... So Life situations are on many levels, the person living in Gaza doesn't not have the same ambitions/desires as a person living in downtown Manhattan in a high-rise condo, their intentions and desires are different.. What is the same is that they both Desire to be More than what they are right Now.. So find Your true Interests, fix Survival, become Clear about reality, and what life is and your Role in it, then go for it!

For sure Guns are the superior weapon, compared to knives/swords and such, but cars and vehicles can be destructive as well and are much easier to access, and guess what ppl luv to gather together outside (all times of the year) and do stuff.. Just the other day I was downtown Toronto, by the Eaton's center, I don't think it was that busy since it was cold outside but there were a few hundred ppl outside around the mall entrance and accross the street at Dundas Square (Toronto's Times Square), so if someone where to plow us all down with a truck a couple dozen ppl for sure would die, more hurt, so how hard is it too get a truck or car?? Also, this idea that less ppl getting killed is better, well if one person gets killed that is bad in situations like this, we are just desensitized by it now since it happens so often, one person getting shot or killed by some terrorist won't make the front page of the news anymore but it is significant, so let not make #'s comparison and say less is better than more, talk to the families and friends of the one that died and then see what is what..
