Its Possible to have both experiences, to feel totally Fresh and New in a way, or remember all the past lives and what happened, that is why Absolute is all about Potential and Possibility, no matter what someone says here, how ever they explain Reality or their Experience of it, in a way it is correct, its a Potential being realized in an individual form. People here want concrete set answers and situations, this is survival mechanism coming up in their Spirituality, which is anti both... it doesn't work that way, all is possible, all is impossible, we choose what is possible or impossible so Absolute can explore itself wholly and completely..

It all about Possibility okay, if this label we use of God exist, with certain parameters and conditions applied to it, then the opposite Possibility exists as well, it has to.. As soon as some idea comes into existence the opposite of it comes into existence, its the same with everything.. God/Absolute is just Potential and Possibility that is all, we determine how we want to Use it and Be with it..

This is True I think, Absolute/Brahman is all about Potentials and Possibilities, but in that realm there is no Expression and Experience, but since this thing called Possibility exists then we have to exist as we are here, in a Dual, Material, Karmic world, but as Humans we have the most ability to be Conscious of this and we have Free Will, Free Will is not about Control of everything, its about How You are Experiencing Life within and how High Your Consciousness of Reality, Absolute as an Experience You can Be.. So we are the Expression of the Endless Possibility the Infinite has to offer...

Enlightenment is just everyone's experiential take on the Highest Potential they can Experience within any given moment.. For James 123 it is above, for others its a different take, its all okay, we are not invading each others home and being a actual threat to anyone, so recognize the feeling that arises when one makes a claim or statement then the need to react come up via this forum and replying, just use it... The Highest Potential for me within this moment is not being a slave to outside situations, being at min Peaceful of my own nature, Living beyond Survival based needs in Awareness (being able to enjoy a butterfly in the air or the warm breeze or sunny day or snowy day even when outside situations are tough). Can't think of anything higher up like understanding the total complexity of Nature and Reality, if basic things are not taken care of first, basic is Natural Peaceful/Blissful Nature first...

@Jowblob First how can Dodo be oblivious to consciousness when there are no other? All is Consciousness right, so is there others with individual awareness capability or not? Second Your beliefs have been challenged and Your ego is ruling You, its okay we all do it, no one here is Enlightened or that awake, they are awake to a point but belief and identification is very strong here.. Existence is all Potential, everyone has Choice to choose what Potential they tap into, that is Absolute, we are here to play the game of Absolute interacting with Absolute on all the levels Possible for Absolute to know itself, it can't know itself in Absolute realm since its all One and Complete, no duality there, but all Potential lives there (obviously language is very very limited in describing it, it can't really), so that Potential is expressed here via Duality, Physicality, Experience and Expression, Free Will...

Yes, good explanation! That is what ppl are forgetting, relativity vs absolutism, most here are into Absolutism it seems, and we cannot talk or discuss or use logic/intellect to do anything with Absolute, but You can with Relativity, which is where we are right now, we can Experience to a very high degree the Absolute but that is about it.. So saying 'Nothing is Happening" is a misnomer big time...

Almost like Exorcist stuff just not as intense, and no vomiting lol, but ppl shaking, screaming, talking funny, others just sitting there in tears, crying, others just zoned out and looking into space for long periods of time, others laughing hysterically, lots of different reactions I saw while we were in his presence at the Tennessee ashram and in Detroit for the IE program... they say eye witnesses that during the Consecration of the Dylanalinga that ppl could not get close to him because he was just too intense, energies concentrated, he aged 25yrs in 8mths they say, there is some video footage somewhere online..

Well I've sat with Sadhguru at his a few of his events and plenty of ppl were doing all sorts of weird things..He has to tone his intensity down otherwise ppl will really freak out, some do anyways because they may be more sensitive than others or not used to his sort of energy.. He's what they call a Chakrawara or Master of the Energy system, 7 Chakras, he's consecrated the Dylanalinga and many other Temples so he's top of the line for sure...

This is true in a sense, but its not Blind faith like Javfly said, there is a deeper connection.. Before our modern times, the Guru did not talk as much as they do today, the Spiritual Information was a Transmission of sorts, on another level beyond the intellect where our communication is, but in today's world the Guru has to talk allot more due to our intellect addiction and identification... but if a true Guru walks into a place were the ppl's minds are simple, they will recognize the Guru more instantly..

Sadhguru has a huge ashram in India and in Tennessee, he's building a Yogic city there too...Plus there are other Guru's that have well established Ashrams in India, do some searching then plan to go there and check it out, I hope to do that someday as well...

Your starting to post hypocritical things, so I'm calling You out on it that is all, we have too much of this stuff going on here and other places.. People are allowed to say what they want, but they should expect push back at times, that's only fair..

I don't know about Guru Ravi situation, with Sadhguru it is a very high quality path, and we need Guru's. Its not about putting them on pedestals, Sadhguru says many times to never look up or down on anyone, just see them for what they are now, but many fail at this, their prejudice does not allow them to do this, but they should do this, just see Guru's as a tool, be devoted to them for sure, as they are special relationships, not normal one.. One does not need a Guru but if they do it on their own it may take many lifetimes, with a Guru it will happen within this lifetime...

Your contradicting Yourself again, first You say one cannot know the path, that one has to walk it alone, then You offer help, which is basically You offering a path. The path is not about the consequence, its to set up the consequence to happen naturally, like planting flowers, nothing You are doing to produce the flower has anything directly to do with a flower, but from the work (path) the flower appears. Paths just offer to a person a faster route, the old saying of using another experience to become wise is true, of course each person has a unique experience and sort of path, but using others experience is wise, with Spirituality this is very true, without Guru's there would be that much less Transformation in the world, they help immensely!!!!

I don't think I meant to imply that You are making this up, You asked for suggestions, I just gave You some...Acceptance is just a starting point, it is resistance to what is that causes lots of stress and stops all progress on the spiritual path imo...

What we see on Utube, various Guru's talking and such, this has nothing to do with Spirituality, Truth and Reality, its just marketing, playing circus, they have to do that today to get ppl to listen and be inspired or thrown back, otherwise how to get ppl on the Spiritual path, just sit there and wait for students to come? That may work on a small scale, some want to do bigger things, that is their freedom, Guru's are definitely needed today, no doubt about it, but we need less ppl that are not real Guru's or Teachers talking and sharing videos about things they barely know anything about, sharing experiences is okay, teaching others how to do it as well is not...

This really isn't the fault of the Guru, a true one anyways, many followers or whatever are fake, in that they display the typical I am a devotee, praising and kissing the Guru's feet, but when the Guru is not around they treat ppl and others like shit, so its fake, there are fake Guru's and fake followers.. For any learning to happen, a certain type of Faith has to be there, in martial arts, although I never actually saw my Teachers fight, I knew they could fight and they had Skill sets I wanted to have as well, so I trained/followed them and learned, its the same here, no one actually knows what the State of Being is of another, but if it empowers them on a True Level of Empowerment (being fake is not true) then they must Follow the Guru's instructions for real and not Guru/Teacher shop, nothing empowering will happen when that is one's mindset...

Don't fall into the trap of "I am not the one typing these words" or there is no one making decisions and things of that nature.. To be Human means You have the most ability to be in control of the only thing that matters, that is how You are Experiencing Life right now, so now You have noticed some suffering appearing, its probably unconscious things becoming Conscious, this is good in a way.. To be on the Spiritual Path means Life is going to be on fast forward, your going to burn thru Your Karma more quickly than others because You want to be Free from it all within this life span, not many.. So things will start to come up, that may some how disturb You, that's okay, Accept it all, knowing and unknowing, as this is what is happening, it was inevitable that it happened, if You dwell on it and suffering arises from it, more Karma is being developed and needs to be dealt with. The safest path is the Bliss Path, in Bliss You don't care about what is unconscious to You coming up in Your Consciousness, Your Blissed Out naturally.. So work on that, get Peaceful of Your own nature first, Accept what is, Live Now, Respond to Now Consciously, do some Energy Work, Kriya work, get the Energies working in the right direction and more in Your Awareness, this will bring Peace to You naturally, then it smooths things out, Your at Ease Naturally, then Life opens up and You can handle it easy..

Well I've shared the 5 sheaths Yogic Theory with You, I don't believe or disbelieve it, its just there along with all the other things said, written and shared before.. All I know is that I am not this Body or Mind, then the natural curiosity of "Then what am I" (Using "I" is a misnomer of the language, there is no I in Absolute or Atman/Brahman) and it leads us on to something else discovered or learned, so layers of Maya are present, karma too, and we go further down this path, even thought its not a path to know One's self is One/Absolute/Atman in reality as You say its already there! The Key for Us Humans is Realization I've discovered..
