Its a complete time tested methodology and science, today science is just finding out how powerful simple Mindfulness is, never mind the depths of what the Yogic Science has to offer.. From what I understand Yoga has found 80,000 different aspects to the Mind, the basic 4 are Intellect, Identity, Memory and Chitta or Consciousness, so its a complete investigation into what it means to be Human, via trial and error over the thousands of years its been around!!

I can agree on this, I am not saying those things in my post for anyone to believe it or disbelieve, rather ppl have to find out themselves Experientially, so know one can say yes this is truth or no this is not truth, we individually have to find out.. But Yoga has been around for thousands of Years, they say and relate their experiences and methods they used to find out the truth for themselves. This is the problem with talking about Grand Things like Enlightenment, Death, God, and Absolute, and wanting concrete answers, its doesn't work that way at all, what we write here is not IT, concepts are not IT, but we can use methods to first make ourselves Peaceful of our own nature, then from that solid foundation, we can go further and Explore what they have said in the past to find out if it is True or not.. Or one can continue to live they way they are, suffer today, feel good tomorrow, listen to other ppl, search for drama to feel their hearts beat, have kids, work to Your 80 then die, maybe to do it all over again or nothingness,,,

Genes is Karma, is a form of memory, there are other form of memory too that influence Us and make us who we are or appear to be on a daily basis. Karma is also what binds You to the body, there are 5 bodies that make up a Human Being, this is yogic science, Food Body, Mental Body, Energy Body, Etheric/Astral Body, and Bliss Body, most are only Aware of their Food and Mental Body to a low degree... There are also actions (karma being created) in 4 main places for a Human, Body Action, Mind Action, Emotional Action, Energy Action, again most are 99% unconscious of all the Actions taking place in these areas, that is why their lives are spinning out of control and they have no idea why or make up stories like God or Aliens or Ghosts are controlling them.. So if we raise our Consciousness levels, then all of this comes into Your Perception, then Karma has less effect on You, then You have Free Will available to You, here while Embodied and after Your Body dies (the Energy Body, Etheric and Bliss Body goes on, kept together by your Karmic Makeup, Karma is like glue keeping it all together).. So when Body dies, the other bodies go on, karma included and if Your consciousness is high, You can choose where to go next...

From my own research and trying it too, I teach Kung Fu as well as I have a Life Coaching thing set up but no clients in any of those areas right now, since I work full time and its sort of exhausting work mentally and physically, but have had clients in the past (covid stopped all martial arts coaching)... With this sort of thing, from watching other Youtube creators and such, they have to build up a Brand, something that distinguishes You from everyone else in Your field, this takes time and consistency, Your creating vids and content on a consistent basis, giving away free stuff too, to build an audience and trust from the clients and popularity as word of mouth is great advertising.. So it takes time and effort with little coming back to You in rewards in the beginning stages, if You can support yourself for a couple of years then maybe You can replace Your income via this venture, but there are no guarantees, unless You go sketchy and lie about stuff and have no integrity, those types seem to do well more quickly, but you will feel empty afterwards going this route!

There would be pain of course, but much less pain is experienced if You really know via Experience that You are not the Body or Mind,, I liken it too turning down the volume or standing further away from Noise or loud Sounds/Music.. If you created enough space btwn what is You and what is not You, You now Know what You are, then pain is felt less intensely... As well, most ppl are not being tortured daily by someone else, at least with Torture You have an excuse to Suffer it, but most ppl are not in this situation, they are causing their own self suffering, reliving past event, fearful of the future events, but neither of those things exist, past or future.. All suffering is via the Body or Mind, if You know You are not those things, suffering ceases to exist in normal situations, and much less pain felt if Your in a war zone or tortured daily...

While Embodied we have to deal with the Body and Mind complexes, lots of that is Karma or Predetermined in a way, what You did in previous lives, the karma created there, and the Karma from the other past lives (could be 100's, or 1000's of lives, as a Human, or plant or other life form), so these process set up who You are today, with all Your Personality traits, Tendencies, Habits, Conditioning as well as with the Culture Your Brought up in, but this is all "Past" actions, if You can live Absolutely in the NOW moment where Life really Is, then all of that doesn't not have to affect You and Your Free to Experience Life as You want to Experience It! Spirituality is about coming intouch with what You really are, which is not the Body or Mind Complexes, so call it what You want, Soul, Atman, Source, God/Absolute, its non physical in nature, so its boundless basically, always in Connection with Source or God/Absolute, we can touch that as a Human, and when You do, if Your highly conscious, and You die but with Karma left to still work off, then You can choose what body to go into next, like choosing to eat at a certain restaurant, its up to You where to go!! MahaSamadhi is just that, ending Your own Individualize form or bubble of Consciousness/Life Force, with all its karmic makeup and history.

Free Will Exists. Its only a Matter of how Conscious You are, if Your Completely Conscious, then You can choose to stay here and be Embodied, or go one to the next thing, where You will have Conscious Choice as well, even to the point of choosing what Body to Incarnate into!

Suffering is not found in any process or situation, its found within YOU and each of Us as a choice, but ppl are not making the choice Consciously, but most Unconsciously, so that is the determining factor.. Pain is different it comes for everyone, Enlightened or Not, but pain and suffering are two different things!

Well You say mahasamadhi is fantasy, others say it is not, whom to believe? I think when we term things as fantasy it can be misleading, our bodies and mind are not fantasy, non existent things, they exist but they are not what we are, but we still have to deal with it all, if You don't then trouble awaits, You have a grand experience either naturally or psychedelics and then come back from it, if You deny what is, "I have a Body and Mind" then it will rule You., So the process as described in the video, is how to deal with the Body, Mind, Emotions, Energy to get to a point of choosing to be here Embodied or not! It doesn't boil down to "He's dead", it boils down to imo that You choose how to do it, as with all things in life, are You doing it consciously or unconsciously, dying consciously is wiser imo...

Your understanding of things is way off. Suffering is not "Happening" to You via an outside force, Your causing it unconsciously, Your reacting (not responding), maybe living more past/future orientated, not NOW awareness where life is, or living via mind and its confusing multitude of identities and ideological addiction... You are responsible for everything happening within You mostly, unless Your being physically tortured daily, then who is responsible? If You say someone else is via their words, actions towards You, then You are giving Your Power to them, being a Slave essentially, but if You take Your power Back (I am Responsible), then You decided to Suffer or Not Suffer, its that simple, we have this capability, You just have to strive for learning how to do it!

What fantasy?

This is where Hatha Yoga comes into play, it prepares the Body and Mind for higher Energy Intensities... This whole process has already been laid out by the Guru's and Yogi's of the past, the 8 limb process is very safe and basically makes it so one can have liberation within this lifetime. Kriya Yoga is a more advanced form, as it just doesn't allow Liberation/Enlightenment, it also allows one Knowing, Knowing of all it all works and such, which is a sort of different path too, some just want liberation, some want to know, its all available for any Human Being to have!

You can know all about Death as You know all about Life, it just a matter of Consciousness, both are the same coin just different sides, turn over the coin and You know it! Memory or Karma is everything when it comes to Creation and Existence, Existence is Creation, Non Existence/Creation is Absolute in various forms, each one more Subtle, until Your at the Absolute of Absolutes, since there are varying dimensions or realms of Existence, here on this Earth, living as we do with Duality and Karma, this is the Grossest Aspect, least Subtle, everything felt is REAL, deny that and Your already lost.. Physical Death is just that, the stuff that makes up Your Body and Brain and such, the crudest part of what we are, this has to die, go back to the Earth, but we are not the Body or Mind, so what is more fundamental is still there (Energy, Etheric, Bliss body per say), this goes on to another lifetime, another body is being made, You unconsciously for the most part choose which body based on Your Karma/Tendencies, since You have no discretion in the inbetween realm...If Your Highly Conscious while Embodied, then You have more choice regarding this... Time only exists because Space Exist, and for sure is a Relative Experience, it can go slow or fast, they say the more Blissful You are the Faster it goes... And Yes, in the inbetween realm, there is no time, time exist here, so when Your over there in a blink of an eye your back here embodied, but it could have been 500yrs difference in time from when You left the previous one and into the new one, but in Your Experience it was a blink of an eye..

Why should we care about what You wrote? Why would you say this, then write a long post about what YOU think Awakening is, lol, why listen to You? If You don't care about that, then why share? When Your in touch with Truth, Absolute or whatever, You feel Bliss/Love, this doesn't mean that is what it is, its just that You touched it and that is the feeling when You do that.. Absolute can be anything, another person takes a drug, and feel completely different, why listen to You rather than them? Best not to make claims, just enjoy the experience, Your In Bliss, that is Good and that is All!!!

This came up on my Utube feed, its about the Debt all the countries owe, and how it keeps things going, that the debts will never be paid off because if they were then everything else would fall since the economy is based on this debt apparently! As I watched it, what came to my mind was that this is all made up stuff! When the Solipsist says that I am the only one in existence, everything else is a figment of my imagination, it reminded me of that, but only the money/economy/debt stuff is made up, all of us are real people, real and alive and functioning, but this money made debt system and everything else attached to it (speculation, stock market rises and falls) is made up stuff.. Anything to do with a Why question, Anything to do with what comes into Your Mind, what actions You take, if You invent something completely new, etc.. it all has to do with Expression and Potentials coming to life.. As You said to maintain a form, certain limitations have to be in place.. To say I have a Body, or Physicality exist means boundaries exist, limits exist in certain aspects of Life, Your Body is limited, Your Mind is limited because there are Boundaries in place. If this was not so, that Everything is boundless, then no one's body would be the same everyday on a basic level, gravity would fluctuate, the whole integrity of the Earth would fluctuate and basically not exist as we know it, same with the entire Universe.. But as a Human, since we are "NOT" this Body and Mind, what we are is more basic than all of that, we can be in touch with Absolute which allows all of this to be happening, since its a Potential Machine in essence.. Enlightenment is about being in touch with non physical aspect of what we Are! Yes You can function while in this state, or close to this Enlightenment state!!

The Idea of Rich ppl donating to charity, they do this today, but guess what it makes them richer, so they are not it doing out of "Wanting to share my great wealth for those in need", its how to get richer and more powerful, at least from what I understand that is how the majority do it, for sure there are a rare few that are genuine and give just to give... 3rd world countries are this way, because 1st world countries exploit them and use them any and every way, they don't have the resources nor ability to really lift themselves out of it without selling their souls and country resources to get access to help.. But we could go in there and do it for free if we wanted too! Jamaica just had a disaster hurricane rip thru it, nothing really survived, at least for those that don't have because their houses are huts, and their infrastructure sucks, this is due to no help and no one cares, so its not profitable to help them, this is the basic problem.. Profit comes from Capitalism and competition mindsets, more is better, I am #1, taking rather than giving, its not all from Capitalism but this is how the culture is, and like I said raising of Human Consciousness is the only solution imo! Yes agreed, it is easier said than done, but saying today is mostly all the power we have to make societal change..

Well if You think one person worth $100 billion with many multi million dollar homes, billion dollar yachts, planes, and power beyond concept, and the majority don't even own their one simple home, can barely get food and clothing, then who is to judge it then?? Its not even a judgement, its just common sense for pete's sake.. And we don't live in a free environment where everyone has the same opportunity to get to that sort of level, and its a level of materialism that is hurting the Earth and everything else except the person owning it all a sense of power and "I'm better than You" experience.. We do have limited resources, if the population of the entire world lived like the avg American we would need 4 Earths to supply those resources, but we only have half of one earth left... So its not just me making a judgement call on what someone needs to live, we have limited resources, one person doesn't need that much money and material possessions, it needs to be spread out so all have something!! What I mean is the the corporate heads and elites are not more important or offer more intelligence wise or otherwise than the front line workers!! Take away all the frontlines and just keep the CEO/Elites and nothing happens, all businesses fail...What I mean is that all resources should be spread out for All, not just a few to exploit! And that is not happening today and never really has since Humanities birth, mostly due to Unconsciousness! Like I said all ISM's have to end...We invented Capitalism to supposedly make it so everyone is equal and has the same chances, this is a major lie!! Again, just look at where we are, lots of inequality going on, suffering too...

Someone has to point it out when it appears, and this is the 3rd time You used modern day "I don't want to take responsibility for myself" sort of arguments, now I am gaslighting You, lol... Its like everyone is just a robot parroting the samethings... We have to many not seeing things the way they are, especially when it comes to those that are help us and ppl not seeing how the help is happening, but critizing it, so when that happens I speak up, someone has too.. Someone posted a Sadhguru video, you said somethings about it, I replied back and here we are, me trying to show You where your off a bit, and you using the modern day nothings to avoid that help... Just fix Yourself, then everyone is God...

Its about YOU feeling a threat, AUM is about going about all this stuff, so it all relates, if You really wanted me to not comment, you would not reply to what I said, You would continue to just discuss AUM/OM like I have above in my post...

that's the other lame argument used, like projection, you claim the person is just a lacky of a powerful person, so caught up in their awe the person is brainwashed and can't see straight, another no credibility argument, again this enhances Your Ego identification, makes You feel good and so forth... Just see it for what its worth, You have problems, we all do, they are not the Responsibility of anyone else but YOU, forget Sadhguru, forget Buddha, Christ, or whomever is in your mind right now! Bring it back to YOU, You can be anyway You want, if it doesn't come naturally to You, then Use something (not drugs or psychedelics), a method to help You get it naturally.. That's it... AUM practice is one way to help, the vibration and utterance of this Sound puts You intouch with Source, or can help with that!!

Existence, God/Absolute is just a Potential making machine of sorts, language fails here, so for Us as Humans, You have the capability of "Choosing" which state to be in, how Conscious do You want to Be, that is in Your Capability, that is Free Will.. Use it, Apply it, and this post won't exist!

Creator/God/Absolute gave You the greatest Gift, Free Will, the Ability to Respond, but Your unconscious of this, so You blame someone, something else, a separate Entity called God (this is Un Responding, this forgoing Your Ability to Respond and stifling Your Free Will), this make Your Ego feel Good, and then Your Thrive in it in a way but still Suffer.. Dumbest thing ever to do!!

Just someone that relates doing Isha practices and Shambhavi Mahamudra and the effect it has on him.. Spiritual Transmission is also another way for the process to happen, the Guru Initiates You into a practice like Shambhavi, from what I know this closes the Muldahara Chakra, so You cannot go backwards, and via that a part of his energy body is there too within Your Energy Body, a connection of sorts, So there are lots of ways to use Kriya Yoga, its an advanced method, not just for simple realization/enlightenment, but for knowing the mechanics of Life, how it is set up and where it can lead to!!
