I was resistant to understanding it too. Felt confusing and muddled my brain. But then last night after trying for four other nights to process and read it I had a breakthrough with it. I’m not fully there yet, but it was a huge healing and release. It’s a powerful healing when you start to open to it and get it. The block is coming from yourself.
