Spiral dynamics is just another nice cool theory. i hate my life. i am thinking of commiting suicide. fuck this self impovement shit. it has done me a lot of harm than good. i wish i never did self improvement . i hate my life. its miserable . i am suffering . those who idolize spiral dynamics, drop that shit of over idealisation of a theory

the way i understand , produtivity techniques and different systems are for sensors . intuitives are not good in taking actions. sensors are good in taking actions. if u ask me , the best self improvement for an intuitive is to be good in learning and work hard and excel in carrearr. self improvement is for sensors. learning and using brain fully is for intuitives
