i found my life purpose last year. now i am 28 and i am working from scratch. i need to get bachelors and masters degree . which take a long time. i am second guessing myself and thinking if finding my life purpose was worth it or not. i could have been well settled by now if i follow the normal route . i tried to find my life purpose for 9 years and i found it . and i am thinking if it was worth it. i am broke . need to spend some years gaining the degress and then ony can i get into a job . on top of all that is that i am from 3rd world and i am fucked. we dont have enough opertunities like US. people who advocate for "follow your passion" are all from 1st world country . they have all the opertunities . well i am fucked tell me what you all think

Yeah I guess focused on those meditation path that make u a productive member in society OSHOs meditations are good. U can get enlightened from listening to his free clips online

I get a lot of bliss . Because i was getting a lot of bliss, I start to forget my problems and survival By bliss I mean deep intense emotional joy

Bruh For real Some are born with good athletic abilities , some are born with good logical capabilities , some got talent in a lot of things

Kriya was eating away my drive and ambition . which is problamatic becoz i need a lot of drive and ambition to survive here in India

yeah this is true i had mystical experience too thou nowadays i am focusing on survival kriya yoga is not good for survival as it eats away my ambition and drive

@Javfly33 dont go for sadhgurus kriya yoga . go for kriya yoga international organisation . sadhgurus program is watered down version. kriya yoga international is very powerful

i used to do kriya yoga. but it was eating away my ambition and drive and it removed my suffering. i live in 3rd world country and survival is brutal hardcore cut throat. i need those ambition and drive to survive. so i gave up kriya yoga. will start practicing once i get a job

This is not what i signed up for. I am in the top 5% of people from leos course who get results . I found my purpose. But I am fucked. India is not US. Opportunities are very low and there is over competition for everything Wish i listened to my parents and studied hard and got good grades and got a decent job I am now in the process of entering the workforce without a degree , because i spend my youth trying to figure out my life purpose.

Mastery by george leonard is a nice book. But it is not the best book when it comes to practical application It is nice But not the best It has problems in practical application Wish i knew it back in the days It is made by observing akido. A sport. Knowledge work is different. Knowledge work has some similarity with sport but u need a system designed for knowledge work .

with all due respect only leo recommends mastery by george leonard. outside of leo, no one recommends it . Leo is not an expert on productivity and getting success. Leo is not an expert . Those who are experts in productivity and acheiving success never recommend mastery by george leonard. they recommend other books
