That would have been funny! No I intuitively knew what was happening, I jsut htought it was something that happened to all people who meditated. So you could say the trigger was meditation but thats not really accurate. I did meditate, and kundalini did awaken... would kundalini had awakened even if I never meditated? Probably yes. It was something you would call a destiny. I was in a 2-3 month long period of deep depression and grief. -

@OBEler I did absolutely nothing. It woke up spontaneously. At that point I had no idea what spirituality was. First almost year of the journey I didnt even know the signifiicance of it. Awakened kundalini will fully enlighten you in the process of purging out the ego out of your nervous system. Which is not kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga is just a practice. I have no idea what potential it has to awaken kundalini. This should be answered by someone more knowledgable about these topics such as @Leo Gura -

@How to be wise There is some goodthings... a very good thing is the love and bliss at the end of the process (I can imagine) - strong bodily orgasm-like sensations - feelings of relief - finding resolution for lifelong problems and finally allowing the letting go to happen -very strong boost in your intuitive abilities - you get pretty good at manifesting what you want... because you begin being in alingment with reality, and what you want will be the same thing reality is going to put in front of you whether you like it or not > In ex. one of my personal experiecnes is that I really wanted to travel to Canada during the summer into nature, and the perfect opportunity presented itself. Now, the experience was much less pleasant than I thought because it was there for my highest evolution and not to have a vaccation from my growth but still xD... - you start seeing what people need, and you intuitively fulfill these things for them And again, this is just a start, I am 2 and some years into kundalini awakening, and its no longer the hell it used to be in the beginning, the first year was the worst... but I survived it (gotta give myself a high-five for that, cuz not only I survived it, but I managed to stay in university through that entire period... damnit good job me!). Most people report (after their kundalini integrates) ability to transmite source-energy, or pressence, (give shaktipath if you will)... which I can imagine can feel quite nice realizing youre unleashing the grace of god onto another :-) -

If you have this mentality you have no idea what kundalini can do to you. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger! Sure! Except it does kill you You made kundalini into the next thing to chase. It’d be bettet if you chased girls honestly. -

Please be cery careful about that. If your mind is driving you too crazy maybe stop meditating for a while. psychotic symptoms are generally an invitation to take it easy, and start integrating, shile loving yourself like never before. Let love be the answer to every single of your unpleasant thoughts, may “I love you”, be an invitation of your heart for the mind to trust once again. May respect for your shadow arise in you. When I first had a psychotic episode, I went to therapy. I found an excellent therapist who helped me. The reason why it worked was nothing other than the opportunity to express my darkest thoughts in a non-judgemental environment. It allowed my shadow to trust that its integration isnt doom’s day. Work with your shadow, talk to it like you would to a child. Be honest, respect it, allow it to say all it has to say. No matter how scary it can get. May you be blessed with peace. -

@How to be wise kundalini is a force to be reckoned with. Dont try to force a kundalini awakening, that can be potentially very detrimental to your life. Even more so, try to be first self-realized (established in the big-self, your true self - advaita) before awakening kundalini. Then it is much more bearable from what Ive heard. -

This is typical dark night of the soul stuff and is unavoidable for serious progress. Congratulations on your progress! The rule is: It gets worse before it gets better... Always. Are you willing to swallow the "worse" period? That is the question. Damn right it is. Im sorry for your pain. May you be blessed with joy bliss extasy and love. The rule of the thumb is that noone who achieved full enlightenment is gonna tell you: "Oh I felt ok for a long period of time and then I gont enlightened." Hell no! Its more like "Yeah I felt terror, was pretty sure I was insane for a few years, I could barely function and then my redemption dawned." The human unconsciousness is real. The human pain is real. Very real. There is only one question. Are you willing to take it? -

@Max_V love heals the woundedness behind ego’s pain. @Toby You can still require other people’s attention and consider yourself superrior. ”I deserve more attention than you.” -
Martin123 replied to stevegan928's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Toby Narcisist - “I am amazing, better than everybody else” Inferior “oh look at me, im awful I have to work hard to be good enough” Both come from inner woundedness but differ in how they project their pain into their reality. Narcisist is ignorant, because he demands other people to be his slaves basically, and isnt able to acknowledge other peoples needs and wants. inferior has the consciousness to acknowledge other people, but uses them to feel bad about him or herself. You probably havent met many narcisists in your life. They are rare, but once you see it, it is so obvious. Once when I fully realized I was dealing with a narcisistic ego-structure in my interaction, it creeped me out so much. For an inferior it is very very easy to absolutely condemn a narcisist. It is such a foreign way of thinking, and when deep enough, doesnt hesitate to manipulate, lie and cheat just for their own benefit. There are degrees to it as well, and yes it can be a combination. Lets say there is a part of you that wants to be served by others, and wants to dominate. Does that sound normal to you, or does it creep you out, and you think “what the hell is wrong with me?!”. To a narcisist, that would sound normal, to an inferior, that is weeeiiiird. Narcisistic - predominantly superrior ego, Inferior - predominantly inferior ego -
Martin123 replied to stevegan928's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No. Thats just an attempt to shame ego. Ego is there to be loved, not shamed. A narcisist goes out of his way to confirm how he is better than everyone else, to an insane degree (Im talking from experience). An inferior ego structure, eventhough when it gets all self-righteous, and self-absorbed, it will still feel bad about itself for whatever reason. Also gotta say that narcisists, are quite rare, most people have inferior egostructures. You can do whateever you want. Just notice how youre overthinking everything like... ”Should I meditate or not? Oh my god what does he mean! Omg Am I from heaven? Ya that feels nice but... they can hear me when I love myself, OMG am I insecure?!... “ its adorable Just relax, and do whatever practice makes you feel good. I shared the video to sugget the 2 different kinds of path, not to drive you nuts with possibilities. -
Martin123 replied to stevegan928's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@stevegan928 the heaven stuff is not the point. The point is, if you are aware enough to entertain the idea of being a narcisist, youre not one. You have an inferiror ego. Therefor your path lies in healing unworthiness, not in self-enquiry and effort to “detach”.
