  2. I grow some myself but there are two companies that I found to be very high quality. I find nyishar some of the best quality in the world. https://www.nyishar.com/ https://www.dragonherbs.com/ Yes some are very expensive but you get what you pay for. As for Cacao & Matcha always look for (Ceremonial grade) and for Tulsi, Gotu Kola ect.. look for (wild-harvsted or wildcrafted). Frankincense from Oman is some of the best in the world, I use the essential oil in a diffuser. Trust this helps
  3. When you can source the highest quality like (wildcrafted) herbs, it will make a great difference in effects. Most products out there are very poor. Some products that I have had success with over the years: Tibetan Rhodiola, Wild Himalayan Reishi & Cordyceps, Cacao & Matcha (ceremonial grade), Mucuna Pruriens, He Shou Wu, Levigated Pearl powder, Shilajit Resin, Schizandra & Goji berry, Frankincense, Tulsi and Gotu Kola are some of my all time favorites. I stopped consuming supplements long time ago as I found (whole herbs) and 'whole foods' work much better long term with minimal side-effects. Now you can come across many of these at health stores, but they are nothing compared to wild-grown varieties.
  4. Osho was spot on about most things, and even though there is truth to what he says, he did not always see with the greatest awareness. To be fully enlightened and to be in a human body and interact with people about things is not possible, there needs to be a little sacrifice. With that sacrifice comes a little imperfection, this makes us human... If someone achieved absolute perfection they would vanish. Masters need to lets just say, 'tone-down' to be more relatable and you need 'ego' to interact with the world. Otherwise all you can do is remain as a silent observer.
  5. Have you ever considered that these could also be 'limiting beliefs'? that something can actually affect you positively or negatively? I used to think that way about somethings like you stated, then I detached from those beliefs and no longer had the same effect/result. Somethings to think about.

  7. If you pursue Truth above all else, everything else will take care of itself. The more whole and integrated you become, the greater your capacity to navigate the universe, let alone this world. I never worked a single day on a job I do not enjoy, as a wanderer and healer I have found abundance comes in all forms and if you be a good person, help people, people will help you. I have maybe 20 + places I can call home and not one of them is my own. We are only visitors here, our material attachments and 'limiting beliefs' greatly limit our divine flow and expression ~
  8. Microdosing is usually around 0.1 - 0.25 of a gram, you are not really meant to "feel it" as much, cause then its not really a 'micro-dose' and you have taken to much. It more meant to be experienced like a slight or subtle "enhancement" without any disruptions to daily tasks and motor functions. Anymore is beyond micro-dose territory. This way you can take the same amounts for a long period of time and experience benefits without any tolerance build up. (2 months on 1 month rest) is a good practice to incorporate with micro-dosing.
  9. @Schizophonia It does not matter to me what you think nor makes any difference, your mind is (fixated) and convinced that way... and there's nothing I can do about that, only time will tell if the seeds will sprout or not. I will continue to share the truth regardless but won't argue endlessly and pointlessly. Out of many fruitarians I know, only a few uneducated and unprepared ones experience health issues, most thrive and some of the most "alive" people I know and not zombified like you would see with the average englishman/american ect... Plant fats like avocado, durian, coconut, olives ect.. are superior to animal-fats in many ways when we are talking about the homosapian. Even Nikola Tesla stated plant foods are superior, one of the highest geniuses known to mankind. Not for everyone I agree as everyone is at different levels of conscious experiencing but you cannot really argue with the fact that humans are frugivore by natural design. If you cannot see it, how clear and evident it is, then I cannot help you further. The entire anatomy, biology, DNA says otherwise.. but we can agree to disagree because I can already see your energy. Hell even Jeff juices recently uploaded a video where he also talks about how he gained weight and muscle on fruit-based diet and lifestyle long term juicing and fasting https://www.instagram.com/p/CrQbhj8JxW4/ I believe once you do long term juicing and fasting and heal properly, you will be able to realize what a far more efficient human being operating on a higher energy bandwidth feels like, and there is a simple reason why that occurs. Its human nature.

It is Indeed about unification of all aspects of Self, we need to "integrate" ego not "dissolve" it, then it sits as its primary function, secondary to the Self, but still part of and with the self, as a team, a whole, a family, a union. Yes, dissolution sometimes is needed to experience "the truth", but its the integration afterwards that becomes the ~stabilization~ that balances out unto what some would term: Enlightenment, Wholeness. We cannot become whole if we cannot integrate both darkness and light of ourselves thus the world, it requires all aspects of self/other to be in divine union and marriage with one another, so to speak. This is the difference between a truly enlightened being and most awakened beings today.
  13. The best way is the way that resonates most with you. They are all good teachers in their own unique way, what they share to the mind is near-impossible, but from the point of view of the 'true self' it is fundamentally simple. What's complex for a student is simple for the professor. Graduation has yet to occur. I prefer reading Buddha's scrips or the teachings of Lao Tzu Tao Te Ching is arguably the greatest spiritual book of truth there is. Its the Ultimate bible in my opinion.
  14. Salt is definitely more challenging for most people. I eat mostly fruit so sugar was much easier for me. I transitioned from refined sugars to natural sugars like honey, maple syrups, molasses, dates and fruits. Well I had all types of issues with health growing up, more than the fingers on my hands, and 90% of them went away after the initial detox that took several months and many experiments with fasting, fruit, herbs, raw foods and juice cleansing that continued for years later. Salt can be replaced with sea weeds/vegetation but really there is (sodium) in every food, especially vegetables and the less salt we use the more we can taste the natural (sodium) in foods, just like the less flavors and 'additives' we add to the foods, the more the chemical-receptors in our mouth and bodies return to a more natural balance, so even a simple avocado or potato or carrot can taste somewhat salty and flavorful naturally. Salt is a big issue because it causes calcification in the body, bones, glands and arteries ect... which leads to stagnation and rigidity of bodily functions and disrupts the blood and energy flow within the body, hence is one of the more primary causes of dehydration and premature aging in modern man. Even sea salt is full of heavy metals and (inorganic) minerals, inorganic' meaning our bodies cannot utilize them, we can only utilize minerals through plants, and they utilize it from the rocks ect.. The cycle of life. I notice with less and less salts and or replacements, the consciousness is further clearer and more receptive and alive, flows much better. I experimented once on mushrooms it seemed to shift my consciousness is more structured matrix, less organic.

  16. Maps are a bunch of scientists but they do not have "spiritual sight" that is the issue, while on one hand it seems to be helping, its also causing fragments in consciousness and energy-spectrum of the individuals. I have seen this multiple times with synthetics, especially mdma & ketamine.

I am speaking much earlier than 10 thousand years ago, think 25 - 200+ thousand, I am speaking beyond the dark-ages, not after consciousness/intelligence dropped as people no longer consumed fruit or the "living" food because they naturally had lost the knowledge with intelligence decline. We lived hundreds and even thousands of years at one point... This is what you would call full 12 strand DNA activation. The air quality and cohesive ecosystem when humanity was actually Conscious and Intelligence was 1000x greater, we get so fined tuned that food is more for pleasure and can rely soly on cosmic forces or rays. Study the Yugas and Golden age. Tony Wright has great discussions explained how our brains actually evolved through fruit, not meat, this is common knowledge in my field and known for some time, but then again it goes even deeper than that.. So now we are now very fragmented with artificial environments, toxic air, fake foods ect... We have become degenerates overtime, synergistically(hence mass awakenings) we again are entering the silver/golden ages of the times past, universe is a spiral of cycles. What I share here will become more evident as consciousness/intelligence rises, it will make sense and you we will eventually be able to connect the dots. You judge me because you can only meet me as deep as you have met yourself. If i was being honest, almost everyone on these forums I encounter, I see a younger version of myself, and all I can really do is continue to be my example and speak my truth. The truth never changes, just the expression of it. All your history and education has been spoon fed to you by the world and until you go beyond the world you cannot see beyond it, the knowledge that was lost with intelligence, requires that of like vibration to retap into it. Think of memory as a radio frequency, it is not confined to the brain, its a wave, if you vibrate accordingly, you match it, you see it, you remember it. Simple. I do many of those things you mentioned and have more energy than most people around me and yet I consume mostly fruit? I see others around me rise and crash with every meal, while i fast 16 - 20 hours a day. You could not do it cause your vibration was yet to acclimate to that level of being and you may still need DNA reworking and activation, if that is relevant for you. Its a much longer (transition) for some than it is for others, and some don't transition. There is no such thing as luck my friend, its called "alignment". Abundance is your frequency, and your frequency is your currency. There are people in those countries you mentioned that do thrive on fruits. I know many breatharians and fruitarians all over the world, there are many gatherings and festivals we partake in yearly. We know people that are hundreds of years old and don't look a day over 60. We are so conditioned by the western system we really have been significantly dumbed down by a techo-chemical imbalance we think "aging" is normal. Give Mans Higher Consciousness by Hilton Hotema a read, it may help open up your eyes and mind. There is a lot you have yet to realize. You felt like shit because as I said, you were not ready/aligned for it, you did it out of the mind and not actually following your body of consciousness, and or you did not do the deeper detoxing and de-programing, long fasting ect.. monk-mode... that are required for the regeneration and redesign of the cellular matrix. We as humans cannot return to perfection overnight, first the environment is far too toxic in most places for us to live without food, so for most people that is completely out of the window, but fruit is the closest thing to the optimal state, health and function of the human being we have, especially mono-fruit. Its how we are designed to pick and eat fruit. Your assumptions are incorrect in my case, anything but fruit with the exception of some boiled or steamed veggies, nuts & seeds, sprouts, would significantly hinder my energy, power, clarity and overall experience. I have experimented many times my friend, I have been on this path for 15 or more years. I even gained muscle mass and natural tone with fruit without exercising because it is harmony with my frequency, and its most natural human being, so the body becomes beautiful, like the fruit, you become what you eat, and once my cellular structure was clean, I was able to fully utilize nutrients both via food and cosmic rays. Most people do not have "deficiency issues" they have "absorption issues" because their bodies are so clogged up with toxins, processed foods, junk, sugar, salt ect.. paired with a toxic and radiated environments, most people are only at 10 - 20% total efficiency, most have no idea what is beyond that because they are full of junk.. Once you understand the "vibrational" aspect to things, you will understand the depth of which I speak. As Nikola Tesla said best, to understand the universe we must think in terms of "energy, frequency, vibration". Deficiencies and health issues only arise if your vibration is not fully aligned with your current diet/lifestyle. I posted a video a few pages back, I am guessing you did not see it, which explains these things very well and why and how these things work. P.S I never supplement for anything b12, iron, protein any of that stuff because I overstand "how it really works". We cannot make the shift overnight from eating the wrong foods our whole lives and poor living environments for thousands of years that are deeply rooted within our collective conscious/psyche, and to become fruitarian and breatharian overnight is not happening for most of people, but its definitely possible now and with practice can be remastered, we have just been taught wrong and are very, shall we say.. rusty. It definitely will take time to regenerate and transition for most, but the rewards are enlightening to say the least... Fruiit & Fasting makes our bodies "protest" to toxic environments and poor lifestyle habits and choices we make and live. That is why most struggle, so they need potatoes and meat to numb the pain and emotions and find some kind of more-grounded/less sensitive balance, because as you start to free your body up (from the inside) things are "brought up to the surface" to be met and faced and healed, this may be too much for those not ready to integrate such depth of truth.   18. I sleep when sleepy and rise when regenerated about 4 - 6 hours a night is all I require, I have more energy than almost everyone I encounter. Sometimes I sleep for 2 - 4 hours, it all depends, you have to follow your unique current and its often changing. Although I do agree there is a great benefit in sleeping and rising with the rhythms of nature, it is best to follow what feels most natural to you in each and every moment, because we are always changing and going through phases and shifts and we have to honour where we are at.
  19. Those with calcified pineal glands cannot see what those with decalcified and activated pineal glands can, its as simple as that. The war on drugs has never been about drugs, its always been a war on consciousness. If you want to control and enslave a person you poison and weaken the body with chemicals, then you can easily control his mind with technology. In doing so you can literally render invisible to whats right in front of him, you can make one blind to truth. Its that simple, physics.

  21. Depression when you break the word down you get Deep-rest. I personally would avoid pharmaceutical anti-depressants as they do numb and suppress the issues and more of a (band-aid) approach and not an actual cure or true treatment. There are many natural alternatives which work much better and are not damaging to the system like psilocybin or other medicinal mushrooms like reishi, chaga and lions mane, raw cacao is especially effective for depressive moods, pair with some mct-oil and other herbs that assist in depression, get some nature and sunshine, do some gardening, go for forest walks or mountain treks, change things up in your life, and you will gradually see results, one step at a time, be gentle on yourself.   22. Everyone is their own unique expression of the divine, there are ultimately no right or wrongs for ultimately almost all of us are still discovering ourselves. Its upto you to decipher what is truth and what is not, what works for you and what doesn't. Use your intelligence or be consumed.

I no longer condone the use of MDMA to anyone because I have more than enough experience with it to know that there is much better alternatives and far less risky like Mushrooms and natural medicines which many are superior in healing and long-lasting, sometimes permanent effects. But I know people won't always listen to I do my best to help where I can. A very simple and effective method I developed was have lots of Coconut water throughout the night, full of magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium and the 'electrolytes' your brain needs when MDMA is shredding them. 1 - 2 liters is ideal, fresh is best. Have a lot of Fruit rich in Vitamin C that day or either few hours beforehand, or as a refreshment during the experience, and consume a hearty and fatty meal 3 - 4 hours beforehand, something like Steamed vegetables like Broccoli, Carrots ect.. or Boiled potatoes or Pumpkin, adding healthy fats like Avocado and Hemp seeds(omega 369), Spinach(greens) and antioxidant and neuroprotective herbs and spices like sumac, clove, oregano, thyme ect.. would equate to a very satisfying, nourishing and protective meal. The follow day you can have a nutrient rich smoothie with bananas, protein, lots of berries, some greens and seeds for essential fatty acids, along with that can add some neuroprotective/regenerative herbs. Coconut or Almond milk as a base are ideal. This saves you all these excessive supplements that don't work as good as whole foods and are not really needed IMO. I have experimented with them all. Keep it simple, no more than twice a year. Stay safe ✌️
