i think the roller would tangle your hair in it

you have a dermaneedle you recommend? The stamp type looks most appealing to me. i love massaging my scalp, one thing OP mentioned was minoxidil inhibiting collagen, that's potentially a good thing in the scalp if you're thinning, they've found fibrosis to be a main cause, which is the overgrowth of tissue like collagen, that's part of why massage and needling could help, the tissue is too dense for the follicles, like the palms of your hands, the scalp doesn't get moved around much naturally.

@Ves well, in your first post you mentioned your personal pursuits are yet to be determined, so i imagine this feeling to do your own thing is from feeling social pressure like most people in this generation to be some superstar at something; if you had some grand passion i would encourage you to go for it, but I think the 'superstar' thing is a 'trap'. Enjoy life Ves, every little thing, live now, not for some trophyesque pursuit, living now instead will actually be what get's you the most grand 'trophy'(actually realizing you already have it), as counter as it is to what society compels us to believe, and will wind up still being a superstar life. *But also, by live now i do not mean travelling, partying, .... type of shallow 'live now'; your career, the desk job, enjoy that life, appreciate the small things, learn and grow, but have your cake and eat it too i recommend contemplating about why you feel that 'internal sense', and if you feel any other 'internal senses', and meditate a little bit before and after. Preferably having eaten well that day or fasted if you do that, and having done some yoga, to have a clearer mind.

work, working for others, desk jobs(get a desk that will move to standing position), is not bad. Once you figure out the job it becomes the cathartic part of your day and week, it becomes like a break from your adventurous weekends, as odd as it sounds it's relieving to take a break from your personal venture and go to work. don't think your work is your life just don't get an overtime job, 40 hrs is fine. Hire someone to mow the grass, a house cleaner once in a while if need be, etc... don't blow your money and you'll have all the time you need for everything you want to do.

i just warn you your seeking a calling or excellence is hollow; you are excellent, you are doing your calling, you cannot not do your calling, you cannot be not excellent.

a nice journal and pen

i think if you have that attitude in the end you'll either never find a job that suits you or find that all jobs suit you. more likely never though think about before 'employment' times; cut wood, carry water, grow food; that's what you're doing in any job, just collectively with everyone else for more efficiency.
-
what job would be only for money? to me doing it for money, is the chopping wood, hauling your water, growing food; so long as you don't see what you're doing as unethical in the grand scheme. I don't like how people think some job will give their life more or less meaning, that's a hollow race
-
not wanting to do a job that is a step in the direction you want to go, is like wanting the dishes clean but thinking you don't want to clean the dishes; when in reality you probably just think you don't want to do dishes because of all the dishwasher commercials telling you you're wasting your 'existence' washing dishes

you're poor in the dead of winter, i offer you a garbage man job $10/hour. a pimp offers you $100/hour to suck dick; are they the same? most people will gladly pick up the trash
-
Your job is not your existence, don't center your life around your job. Once you figure out how to do your job, then you can do it as a cathartic activity, planning what you want to do outside of work, work becomes a sort of rest time actually. And eventually you may even enjoy being with the people that annoy you because you see the positive impact you have on them.
-
whichever place or culture you find the most appealing, after a little research
-
I wonder if that would be different if you got to see more of the positive impact you have made on people/society. Also, I'll offer a possible reframe; I imagine a lot of your motivation for those teachings initially was learning yourself, you're possibly not interested in those things anymore because you see that your initial reason for chasing that knowledge was based on ignorance, but how about looking at them now as ways to enjoy different aspects of life, to experience different ways of living really, like enjoying thunderstorms and sunny days, the different flavors of life. Either way Leo, I hate to think of how I would be without having found you and I hope nothing but the best for you in whatever direction you go.
-
obviously whatever brings you enjoyment Leo, but i think for the most part you would want to go back to the personal improvement arena, post spirituality with more emphasis as 'insights'. i think you're very special Leo, and i like to imagine what would happen if you cast for a broader audience with your practical teachings. To me spirituality isn't something to really be taught, other than by being truly loving. if you were to go back through your early teachings 2.0 them and make them more attractive to a wider audience, i think you would see a 2.0 version of what happened the first time around. More emphasis on enjoying the human experience this time too.

He's been getting his ass kicked and he just conscripted more to go into slaughter, he cannot win conventionally and that's more than apparent, yet he's still sacrificing his people. That's definitely not rational. -
You can't go to a park and meditate?

If Putin was rational he wouldn't have started this, you can't use logic to predict what he'll do, you can see what he's going to do -Saudi billion dollar deal in Russia just revealed; Saudis cut oil production(to pinch the west) -gas line finally completely shutoff, Putin has slowly been ratcheting the pressure with German gas this whole time -putin starts to draft Russian s -Putin is going to wait until it gets cold and nuke the fuck out of them, freezing NATO won't do shit but "sanctions" -

I'm more worried about Leo's kangaroo mouse post He's definitely going to nuke Ukraine. And no one's going to do anything about it. Sorry for Ukrainians, but you don't play defense to a black bear, they have to go into Russia or they're dead, they're not taking the fight into Russia for some asinine reason and it will be the death of them. -

Okay, don't misunderstand what I meant, he can limit himself with the dmt that wouldn't hurt my feelings -
Devin replied to Carl-Richard's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Just don't want to see you limiting yourself -

that's not infinity, that's a limit you're believing -
@at_anchor Well you seem to be more receptive now, even if you don't take it now I'll give it to you in hopes you try it or realize it later. Joy, what you felt eating the orange, and what you feel from those simple things that are available to you, is all that really matters, it's what you're ultimately seeking. The lie you've been told or how you've been misled about joy, or the trick about joy is that it is always with you, you actually don't even need the orange but you're so clouded by the lies or whatever that it's hard for you to see it. To go unnecessarily super deep; you are joy. Joy is not something you can attain or lose, it's always there. Now, how to get the life you want. Have you noticed that you're more productive or you accomplish more things when you're happier? So the trick is how I think Jesus said it "FIRST seek the kingdom of heaven, then ..." Something like that, you need to do the joy thing first. Then, and what you want to experience can/will change, don't resist your intuition/heart of wanting to experience something different than you were previously wanting, but then just live in joy and proceed toward what you want to experience. It's important to remember, what you want will change though, don't fight that. There's even more great things than this that you'll love but this is a start.

You said the orange was pleasurable, sounds like you found joy. There's a trick to joy that hopefully not surprising to you, you've been lied to or misled about. So is poverty one of the big problems?
