Being above is not how you think happends for me, i have my human needs but it all happends within because i'm all. Relationships are part of the illussion of you chasing something for happiness because you live in seperation. The only true love relationship you will ever have is with yourself or God. And ofcourse keep in mind that i'm not saying that it is bad or wrong to have a relationship, as it is part of your temporary human experience. I'm just making you aware of the negative side-effects, specially when it will be time to let go to progress further. Also keep in mind that the relationship with others that you have is illusory and they're part of the enviroment or your own progression in consciousness, so they will just play the game along, you will never have a real connection with them, but you will think that because you're part of the system.

Only in your own mind because you can't handle the truth. I am at a level of consciousness/unity where i literally feel others skin/body/clothes etc. You're all chasing relationships because you're hopeless for happiness when it is within

I've been single all my life basically, realized there's no true love here. And human love is based on survival, if i was born in this world and have to survive and care about my resources and time, i rather stay single. That's why i'm retired at 31. There's no point wasting your life working till your 68 taking care of of others. The human love is based on survival. Ones you go more within, you realize everyone is you and get these energies automatically. This world is pointless and was probably made by god to forget itself in the working mode and survival. Also realized that you're "it" or you're "love" yourself and there's basically only being. Everyone is an actor in the survival game, chasing hopeless dreams and happiness in the eternal, you exist forever. You also have to keep in mind that the more you get attached to things the more harder it is for your consciousness to develop or grow, you have to remember that eventually everyone has to let go of their loved ones to progress further, and the grief will be insane because you realize it was just a game and you didn't love your loved ones enough, they were just part of the enviroment/game.

@TheSelf Do you even know what semen actually is? If god is infinity then why do we have to gather semen or prana every time to increase spiritual energy? Gathering prana to semen just shows its finite nature? Don't you think it is just a concept that belongs to the created human body?

The #1 thing people forget is that even sleeping and going to bed as a human is a construct, when you fully wake up i think you will be fully on 24/7 sitting with yourself being aware of everything. And i also believe it is true what Leo has said, and in my experience the body adopts very fast to new levels of consciousness or ecstasy, so at the max level the ecstasy or pleasures mean nothing, you're all alone. So i guess then you invent a world or a story and then put your consciousness in it and act like you're a human or a beby until you forget. I don't see any other way, or any other options... Perhaps someone can enlighten me to other options?

Hmm yeah 3 years is a very long time, to be honest if you held it for such a long time this yogic practices are probably unnecessary since your awareness is at a different level anyway and the cause of it was that you held for so long. So i guess you're so conscious right now that you can easily become conscious of your internal organs or spots within the body. But still in all honesty i think it's just a play of god or your higher self "to make you progress in consciousness" like you're doing something. Because in my experience that i had, when i came home from driving 850km from my guru and went to bed to sleep, i started waking up in my sleep to the astral body and it was see through and the ecstasy kept progressing to infinity until i couldnt handle it, i lifted my arm up and the veins or nervous system was just vibrations it wasnt blood anymore etc. That's why i said some people "die" and just wake up to this body , but in our instance we are just playing a game that we are doing something and are progressing. But i think it is done like that on purpose so that we can experience different states and feel like kids playing with it. Here is a picture that i found of what i was becoming aware of, in this body i felt a strong connection to god through my head and i became aware that God was using this body as an avatar/vehicle. So god is even higher then this indestructible body, i had the awareness through crown that god was even greater then this astral body. And i all happend in like 7 seconds

I don't think you can experience orgasm without ejaculation, i think the orgasm you're talking about is just ecstasy from the result of feeling others. Orgasm is like an explosion or a release. But as you have said kundalini is an intelligent energy ,so i will just trust the process for it to lead me further in the development. How long do you hold your semen by the way and is there any benefits for example for holding it beyond 30 days? I just feel like if you hold it too long, on 1 day it will just burn automatically and universe will consume it or something like that and you won't feel the maximum vibration anymore, atleast thats what i experienced when i held it for like 12-30days

Yes i used this technique before, but the problem with it is that it compresses ecstasy meaning it makes it stay around the same level or decrease. I want a technique to being able to hold more ecstasy meaning i want to feel even more without orgasming, seems then the only solution is surrender and trying not to orgasm

Well i worked in the netherlands bought a house there in 2021, then sold for profit in 2025, also had savings. Then i came to bulgaria this year in may ( burgas) and bought last floor apartment for only 69.000 euro with sea view. And i live from my savings, don't really plan to work anymore. Maybe some internet jobs or other part time jobs if i get bored, but right now i'm in my transformation phase i mean like consciousness wise.

What states do you enter during meditation, and do you have any siddhis, if not it is possible that you were born enlightened or high consciousness because you wouldnt be conscious of some of your siddhis. Saying you cannot even put to words what youre experiencing during meditation is highly conscious when most people see a black screen when their eyes are closed, and they try to imagine something in it.

I never used olanzapine though, i was scared because how drastic my consciousness was changing and didnt really know what was happening back then. I got the medicine so i could stay home longer from work. The funny thing is, before the shit started happening. @Sugarcoat These meds will sedate, they don't really do anything besides grounding you to materiality meaning lowering your consciousness. When my kundalini awoke, i lost my shit a bit and didnt go to work called in sick. Had to go to the work doctor, he gave olanzapine sun. Then i felt my higher self pulling my jacket back gently, now i understand why. I'm on totally different consciousness level/mind , much more advanced conciousness then how it used to be .

You mean by anytime even if you walk around? For me the energy is mostly at the root/svadhisthana just vibrating, sometimes i feel it around solar plexus area vibrating but that's all. In my experience it just progresses automatically i'm not doing any practices besides sattvic diet, i think higher self is reponsible and has mapped out your life how it will go. Some have to do practices , some don't have to do practices, some will just wake up in their sleep to the astral body (death) . Did you gain any siddhis? Like an ability to feel others when walking or watching a video for example? Like their skin /clothes/ texture of foods etc just by looking?

When you're not practicing and just being in the resting state do you feel the energy vibrating around the root chakra or not? Or did you develop further then that?

@Hojo You're wrong, this experience doesnt particularly fall into a dream category because this experience is created, this body is a vessel or a machine. You're also wrong for interlinking this particular human experience and your higher self with your nightly sleeping dreams, again, this vessel is a machine that dreams not your higher self. However higher self can edit or change the things you dream when you sleep. When you go a dimension further where you're given the indestructible body and can zoom into things, you're a free travelling consciousness point within the ocean. But the higher self is still above you, and you will feel the connection through your crown

Right now you're living your life, everyone is equal or close to you vibrationally. One day things will start to happen (usually because of suffering)/surrender, and you might start peceiving the slight energetic form of your higher self like a finger or just the energy. Don't worry about it, your higher self will help/lead you to higher consciousness, until you start perceiving more and more of your higher self (energy wise) This is what is meant in the bible becoming close or one with your higher self, as the higher self can use his subtle energy to do the necessary things. God helps God, this is also one of the reason how different versions of you are created (infinity) . Some of you might experience some effects from this information, like a feeling like you have to shit or perhaps some other feelings, because this information vibrates highly.

With veganism you will still be eating dead foods or processed foods and foods that are rajasic/tamasic , so it's indeed BS. Sattvic diet actually increases your consciousness after about 14 days to 30 days, you will witness your calm mind back in the enviroment

Veganism is pretty much the same like a regular omnivorous diet, it doesnt have any benefits pretty much for spirituality. Only a sattvic diet which is a diet full of prana/base life force is of benefit according to Bhagavad Gita/ayurveda. If your nervous system isnt upgraded, you can stay with the omnivorous diet. You will know when you have pain around your solar plexus area or your mind telling you " i should stop with these foods etc" they're not good for me. Then you know it's time to switch to sattvic diet.
