I’ve been doing pickup for almost 2 years and I’ve started to get some decent results. I’ve purposely avoided relationships during that time but recently I met a really cool chick. We have great chemistry and similar interests with spirituality and self help. We’ve been dating for about 1.5 months. This was the first girl in awhile that I considered being in a relationship with. Yesterday we have a phone call and she explains how she wants to be exclusive and I told her I’m open to it. Almost immediately I felt anxiety. And I’m still anxious. My last relationship was 5 years ago.
is this anxiety like a fear of intimacy thing?
